Effecting change in large health systems is a complex, high-stakes endeavor — especially for IT executives driving clinical and operational transformation. This webinar will explore how leaders can successfully “sell” a vision for change within their organizations, particularly when that change alters established workflows or power structures. Panelists will discuss strategies for building trust, securing buy-in, and aligning change initiatives with the broader mission of patient care and financial sustainability. Topics will include the importance of long-term relationship-building, the role of personal and organizational reputation, and the fine line between persuasion and directive authority. Drawing from real-world experience, leaders will share practical insights on what works, what doesn't, and how to navigate the politics and psychology of transformation in clinical environments. A whole lot of betting going on and this episode is here to explain what is going on. First of all FSU and Clemson betted against the ACC and ESPN and lost. Okay, okay let me explain. FSU and Clemson were suing the ACC and ESPN for the ability to break the Grant of rights. They believed that they could break the grant of rights and get to another Conference and get a bigger and better rev share cut. Here the thing, FSU and Clemson were burning money on legal fees. They were no closer to getting free from the ACC. Plus, they found how much the other Conferences didn't what them. They did gain some new advantages with staying with the ACC. Peace in our time? Some Georgia state legislators are betting on that can pass legislation that with allow the college athletes in their state to be tax exempt. They believe this legislation will aid in better recruiting at the schools in their state. One the biggest issues the NCAA faces is interference from State law makers who only see things that set advantages for their schools. Those law makers only make it difficult for the NCAA to pass law that are equal for all schools. Speaking of Law makers our congress is being wooed by lobbyist of the NCAA to create and pass anti-trust laws to protect them from being sued every time try to legislate the rules that are past by the member institutions. There is a strange twist, these same law makers are being wooed by leaders of NIL leaders for the athletes. The law makers are double dipping , but for who's benefit? Sounds like both side are betting on something will get done. Lastly, The FBI is investigating point shaving and game influence in the NBA and College basketball. The colleges are fearing betting on many levels. The attacks on players social media and the lost of eligibility. Effecting the outcome of games is having a strange twist on college sports, or why it's happening at certain levels of College Basketball. She spent her adolescent years in the beautiful mountain regions of Taos and Angel Fire and proceeded to live in Santa Fe for several years while pursuing her academic studies and professional art career. She graduated from the College of Santa Fe with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2007 and studied a broad range of disciplines including: studio arts, art history, creative writing, psychology, philosophy, and mythology. Her paintings have been included in a wide array of exhibitions since the age of fifteen and her work has been featured in numerous publications including American Art Collector.Professionally she has also worked at galleries in Taos, Santa Fe, and Albuquerque as a director and exhibition specialist for both local and national art fairs including shows such as SOFA Chicago, Art San Diego, and Palm Springs Modernism. She has also collaboratively curated many successful art exhibitions as one of the founders of the Pop-Up Collective, a local Albuquerque group focused on creating exceptional one-night-only art events. She recently curated 12 rotating monthly art exhibitions for Artisan ABQ which in turn lead to the development of 3017 Gallery. She worked with local emerging artist and internationally acclaimed painters.Effecting 1 in every 100,000 births, she was born with a genetic mutation called Holt-Oram-Syndrome which disrupted the development of her heart, hands, and upper limbs. Having been born with a rare birth defect that caused a hole in her heart and impacted the muscle and bone structure of her hands/arms, she feels that this “difference” is one of the primary reasons she gravitated towards a creative path. At a young age her parents encouraged drawing and illustration as a means to improve dexterity. By learning to cope and utilize art to help overcome physical difficulties early on, she realizes her circumstance is a gift rather than a limitation and feels this aspect of her life helped lead her to the practice of art.She has traveled extensively around the world having visited 27 different countries. As a globetrotter and versatile multi-disciplinary artist, her work is often stimulated by her personal and emotional experiences with people, places, and nature. For the same reasons she likes to travel, she constantly explores new content and imagery. She often works on an extensive series, then moves on to a new idea when her inspiration shifts. She views herself as an “explorer of emotion and technique” and thrives on experimenting with the notion that medium influences the creative approach and process. Over the years, she has explored many different painting mediums and subject matter ranging from: semi-realistic representational figurative works, stylized urban and natural landscapes, and contemporary animal portraits. She paints on numerous traditional surfaces and depending on the project/series she uses anything from: ink, watercolor, oil, acrylic, gouache, or even spray paint to create her compositions.

What's wrong with the world? Effecting positive change in oneself or the world requires a right answering of this question. Is the problem external or internal? “Those people” or me? In Mark 7:1-23, Jesus confronts the Pharisees and their understanding of that question and in turn shows us the way.

Sequence and shuffle the puzzle pieces to figure out what needs to be decided first. RESOURCES Corinne Murray on LinkedIn Corinne's company Agate's website QUOTES (edited) "We can't decide what a culture is. We can decide what an experience is and what that collective experience amounts to is the culture." "We are getting stuck focusing on where things happen, not why they happen, or how they can be done better." "Executives lived experience is so radically different than everyone else in their organization, and yet they're the ones who are dictating how everyone else should be behaving." "If we just assume that everyone wants to be productive, even if everyone's definition of it is different, how do we get stuff out of the way so people can do more of it." "Hybrid is broken....Our application of it is what's broken. And why it's broken is because we have been almost exclusively focused on where hybrid happens rather than what are the dynamics of hybrid work."
