The hosts, Patricia and Katina, are truly wonderful ladies who provide valuable insights and tips backed by real research. Their smart take on workplace dynamics and promoting well-being not only resonates with learned psychologists but also with average individuals like myself.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is how it translates complex workplace research into a fun and accessible format. Patricia and Katina have a great understanding of cutting-edge ideas and present them in an engaging way that feels like having lunch with two funny, smart friends. Their expertise as PhDs combined with their work experience make the information credible, and they provide useful evidenced-based advice.
