His recovery started with relearning how to walk before gradually building back to training. In our discussion we dive into what it took—both physically and mentally—to get back, his approach to training now compared to before the injury, and how his mindset has evolved after such a long road. We also break down some of Kieren's races since his return, including Bay to Bay, Sydney Harbour 10K and the Sydney Marathon 10K.Sponsors:Relic Running provide epic modular medal holders for runners and athletes.
