Send us a textThe Minnesota Twins make their first round of cuts this spring and Andrew "Hoges" Hoganson joins David to talk through the current state of the roster. The guys discuss the potential of Matt Wallner batting lead off for the Twins, and Wallner's issues last season stemming from putting on too much muscle in the offseason. David wants to know who is going to play 2nd base for this team, and he begs Hoges to tell him there's a possibility that Buxton, Correa, and Lewis will all play in a good amount of games together this year. The boys discuss their level of optimism for the season, and discuss Baldelli's newly expressed love for llamas. New Era's new hat logos are ridiculed, and the guys try not to show happiness at the injury news coming out of New York for Gerrit Cole. Thanks for listening, and as always, go Twins! In the fall of 2011, a 41-year-old California woman set out for a new life on a beautiful island in Panama. But what seemed like an adventurous fresh start quickly took a turn for the worse when she suddenly disappeared without a trace. As her family's concern grew, a horrible story of abuse and manipulation began to surface. As investigators looked for any sign of her, they soon uncovered a trail of lies, fake emails, hidden relationships and shocking evidence that pointed to a murder. This is the story of Yvonne Baldelli. Learn more about your ad choices.

Imagine escaping the stress and chaos of daily life and moving to a tropical paradise, even if only for a little while. You could wake up to the soothing sounds of birds singing and waves gently lapping the shoreline just outside your bedroom. For many, this is a fleeting vacation dream, but for a lucky few, it becomes a reality. This was the dream Yvonne Baldelli and Brian Brimegar hoped to achieve in the late summer of 2011. They left their lives in California behind and moved to Panama with plans to work and build a business. It was supposed to be the adventure of a lifetime. When, after just a couple months, only one of them returned to the U.S., he brought with him a trail of lies from Panama to Costa Rica to Southern California. In the latest episode of the Coaching Studio, Lyssa had the pleasure of chatting with Lucia Baldelli, an MCC and a seasoned agile coach who has navigated the journey from being a software delivery expert to a professional coach. Lucia brought to light her transformative shift from the pursuit of mastery to embracing artistry within the coaching realm. She spoke of transcending the need to get "it right," focusing instead on being present and creatively employing coaching competencies to truly connect with another human being. The conversation delved into the core theme of vulnerability in coaching. Lucia recounted her personal narrative of relocating her family to a new country, a leap that brought about a heightened sense of vulnerability and an openness to relinquish control—a trait she believes is vital in the world of coaching. This personal leap further reinforced her belief in valuing freedom over stability, an ethos that now informs her approach to coaching. The conversation also dipped into the role of assumptions in coaching, underscoring the significance of cultivating curiosity and minimizing biases to fully comprehend the unique context of each client. Both Lucia and Lyssa discussed the power of observable data, such as body language, in discerning a client's emotional state, illustrating how this data serves as a gateway to deeper understanding.Lucia Baldelli is an ICF MCC credentialled coach, co-author of The Human Behind the Coach.Lucia is a distinguished figure in the coaching world, ranking third globally in the Agile space. With over two decades of experience in Organizational Coaching, she has honed her skills in multicultural environments, becoming fluent in three languages.Lucia is the visionary founder of Coaching Outside the Box, a coaching school dedicated to unleashing human potential through innovative coaching techniques. You can visit her WebsiteAnd connect with her on LinkedIn Host: Lyssa deHart, LICSW, MCC, BCC Music: Frolic by Harrison Amer Production Editing: Lyssa deHart Social Media and Communications: Michele Logan
Shubostar's RA Podcast begins and ends with video game music. (The beginning kind of sounds like Mary Poppins, actually.) Lots of DJs and producers play or make music that emulates the nostalgic sounds of old-school gaming, but the South Korean artist goes direct to the source. Before falling in love with dance music, she went to an animation-focused high school and learned how to make video games—so it's basically in her musical DNA. And while her DJing isn't as out-there as you might expect from that description, '90s and '00s Japanese video game (and anime) soundtracks offer a good idea of what her playing sounds like: lush, synthetic and a little naive, full of wonder and positive vibes. With releases on labels like Permanent Vacation, Internasjonal and her own uju Records, Shubostar is also a student of cosmic space disco, inspired by artists like Daniele Baldelli, Lindstrøm and Prins Thomas. Lately she's been rubbing elbows with Âme and Dixon. She picks tracks from across eras and genres on her RA Podcast, with cuts from Yellow Magic Orchestra, Baldelli and Kraftwerk alongside selections from DJ City and Private Agenda. It's a mix full of mood shits, dazzling keyboard runs and, of course, melodies that seem to reach out towards the heavens—or outer space. @shubostar Read more at https://ra.co/podcast/925
In Episode 2 of THE Durham Bulls Podcast, Patrick Kinas visits with Bill Evers, who was the first Triple-A manager of the Durham Bulls. Evers, an original Tampa Bay Devil Rays hire at the inception of the franchise, managed the Bulls from 1998 through 2005, claiming back-to-back Governors Cup championships (2002-03) and his #20 was later inducted into the Internaional League Hall of Fame. Evers became bench coach for the Tampa Bay Rays, then later joined one of his former players, Rocco Baldelli, on Baldelli's major league coaching staff with the Minnestoa Twins. Evers retired after the 2021 season and in this episode reflects on his time with the Bulls, the Rays, managing Derek Jeter throughout his brief minor league journey toward superstardom, shares the story about "The Rookie" Jim Morris and more.

Yvonne was described by everyone that met her to be the light of every room. She was positive, outgoing, and wasn't afraid to have fun and live life to the fullest. Yvonne had a lust for life and a passion for doing what scared her. So when her boyfriend of 3 years, Brian Bringer, suggests they move to Panama and live on the beaches and enjoy their lives together with his military benefits, Yvonne jumps at the opportunity. It wasn't until November of 2011, 3 months after the couple landed when Yvonne's family would never hear from Yvonne again. Police would later uncover that Brian had been living a double life with a wife and child living in his Southern California home. So now with Yvonne nowhere to be found, all eyes are on Brian for the answers. And the answers, are more horrific than imagined. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
this is a comedy ""podcast"" btw believe it or not. It is a joke, it is parody, it is satire. It is not serious; it is not meant to be taken seriously. I do not condone the physical harming or even light harassment of real estate agents in any way shape or form. Do not call, text, or email Jeffrey Doussan or Keller Williams of New Orleans. Do not write funny bad reviews on yelp or google or furnished finder. Do not send pipe bombs or bomb threats to his house or any of his listed properties. I mean it! If you do any of these things you will be banned from podcasts forever. Thank you enjoy the show. Looking at rentals is really fun cuz real estate agents and property managers are some of the most redacted and oblivious people you have to trust with your livelihood. Recently I had scheduled to see a place and the guy no showed, no contact I messaged and emailed him multiple times and 3 days later he texted "apologies out of town." He then proceeds to try to reschedule immediately for the next day at 11am I say can we do 2pm he says no we can't let's do Monday 2pm I say okay Monday 2pm he says great I say great and then he says actually we can do tomorrow Friday 2pm i say perfect cool then Friday at 11am he says you must think we're crazy but we're actually just short-handed can you do monday 2pm and then i showed up today Monday at 2pm and the guy is 10 minutes late, I text the guy and he said "oh Philip's not there?" Philip the minion shows up within 1 minute of me texting, Philip says haha it's good thing our office is right around the corner and he points to a building literally right behind the rental and gives me the dorkiest fcking smile and I want to drown Philip in a puddle. We go to open the door and he doesn't have the right keypad code. I stand around in the rain for about 5 minutes while he calls and texts people and then he's like oh we can just try the other side of the duplex and I asked if the other side is the same layout and price and furnishings and he said no so I said no and so we sat in the rain for another 5 minutes and he finally gets the code and we go in. It looks like the last tenant had just left, all the lights and tvs are on and trash cans full, poop splatters on the toilet and it smells like cat piss. Despite this, I message the property manager that I am interested and would like to move forward with my application and he likes my message and says nothing else. $1400/month. a few years ago, a property manager was stunned that I requested to inspect the house before signing a legal document that said we conducted an inspection and told me I was the first person to ever do so. He addressed me as "Gay bro" in a text and it was never acknowledged $1754/month 440 sq feet #italiano #realestateagent #propertymanagement When you were investing in real estate, I studied the blade. When you were having open houses, I mastered the blockchain. While you wasted your days at the bank in pursuit of equity, I cultivated inner strength. When Yvonne Baldelli and Brian Brimager set out to Panama to live as ex-pats - it appeared they would be living the dream - living in a hostel - playing gigs at local bars and selling bikinis to tourists… But when Yvonne stopped communicating with her family right before Thanksgiving in 2011….her family back in California suspected something was wrong. When Brian showed up in California right before Christmas without Yvonne - red flags went up left and right. Ultimately, Yvonne's sister helped to crack the case of missing Yvonne Baldelli when she did some internet sleuthing. Insights from The Art and Science of Wine Tasting with Niccolò Baldelli-Boni, Josh McCallen and Jin Ahn. In Episode 3 of the Inspired Money Podcast's live stream series, "The Taste of Success," hosted by Andy Wang and produced by Bradley Jon Eaglefeather, a distinguished panel—Niccolò Baldelli-Boni, Josh McCallen, and Jin Ahn—shared their wisdom on the art and science of wine tasting. The segment, fittingly titled "The Art and Science of Wine Tasting," explored the complexities of sensory evaluation, wine characteristics, and the importance of group tasting. Here are the key takeaways from this enlightening segment. The Intricacies of Sensory Evaluation Niccolò Baldelli-Boni, a seasoned wine enthusiast, emphasized the need for a comprehensive sensory evaluation when tasting wine. He pointed out that it's not just about sipping; it's about visual examination, olfactory evaluation, and taste analysis. These techniques help in discovering the wine's complexity and character. The Olfactory Journey: From Flaw Detection to Complexity Jin Ahn, a professional in the field, elaborated on the olfactory evaluation process. He highlighted the importance of first identifying any flaws in the wine, such as cork taint or oxidation. Once the wine passes this initial test, the focus shifts to its fruit profile, non-fruit characteristics, and overall complexity. The Power of Group Tasting Jin Ahn also emphasized the value of group tasting, especially with those more knowledgeable. He explained that group settings allow for comparative tasting, which is crucial for understanding the nuances between different wines, vintages, or vineyards. It's a collaborative learning experience that can significantly enhance your wine-tasting skills. The Legacy of Renault Winery Josh McCallen introduced us to the fascinating world of Renault Winery, the second oldest winery in America, surprisingly located in New Jersey. He shared the rich history of the winery, founded in the 1800s, and its unique terroir. This segment served as a reminder that the world of wine is vast and full of surprises, and that history and location often play a significant role in a wine's character. Conclusion The segment "The Art and Science of Wine Tasting" from Episode 3 of the Inspired Money Podcast's live stream series, "The Taste of Success," provided a rich tapestry of insights and perspectives. The conversation wasn't just about tasting; it was about doing so in a way that aligns with a deeper understanding and appreciation of wine. As you navigate the evolving landscape of wine tasting, let the wisdom of Niccolò Baldelli-Boni, Josh McCallen, and Jin Ahn be your guiding stars. by Story Alchemist - Stella Knight (Creative Collaborative Media Design by EaglesVision). Guest Profiles: Nicholas Baldelli-Boni lives in Tuscany and can trace his family roots there for over 900 years. He studied in Europe and the United States, then came home and failed (badly) at running an agricultural business. Today, he works with luxury tourism in Cortona and Florence and invests in real estate. Jin Ahn is co-owner and general manager at noreetuh, a Hawaiian restaurant in the East Village. He's responsible for the restaurant's award-winning wine list of approximately 300 selections with a strong representation from France and Germany. In addition to the wines, there are a number of craft beers and specialty sakes on the list. If you're looking for good Old-World Riesling or red Burgundy in New York City, then this is where to go. Josh McCallen is a business turnaround expert and resort rehab specialist. He is a multi-faceted leader in the luxury, residential, hospitality, and real estate project leadership. In the past 20 years, Mr. McCallen has led projects, generating well over $100,000,000 in revenues. As CEO and president of Vivamee Hospitality, he oversees Renault Winery in Egg Harbor, NJ, one of the only vintners in the U.S. with the privilege of calling his sparkling wine Champagne. From 'Baseball Isn't Boring' (subscribe here): So, does it matter if your team gets off to a good start. Well, it certainly helped the Yankees in 2022. The Twins and Angels? Not so much. Bradfo sits down with three people — Alex Cora, Justin Turner and Rocco Baldelli — who all have unique perspectives when it comes to the merits and importance of starting strong. We also give a pat on the back to a friend of the podcast, Anthony Volpe, who made the Yankees Opening Day roster after giving us one of the best answers to the question, "Why isn't baseball boring?"
