Welcome to today's podcast with human design expert Kelly Joseph. I first came across Kelly after listening to a podcast on human design. I was like, why didn't I hear of human design before? I immediately went to the website, scroll through the human design coaches and knew instantly that Kelly Joseph was for me. I scheduled an appointment and spent that whole week diving deep into human design. And I love it. In my work as most of you know, I help you uncover your true self, take off the masks and unveil or unleash your true self. Your true self is always within you. We just get conditioned by our parents, the world, cultural and systemic norms and more. Human design can give you insights into you a lot faster than doing the inner work, but you still need to do the inner work. So it can give you insights into you, the true you along your journey. You still need to do the inner work, but human design can give you insights to be curious about, to ask more questions about, because remember we need to ask the right question. During my first session with Kelly, she hit on so many topics of my human design that were just spot on. I was like, yep. Yep. Yep. That's me. Most things I had already unveiled about myself with my many years of inner and self work, but it was so gratifying to be seen and heard by this tool called human design. And to know that I truly am becoming more of my true self every single day. And that is my intention to radically be my true self. And that's my intention to help other people become more of their true selves every single day. It's powerful. And we need to know and radically be our true self to heal. So here's a bit more about Kelly Joseph. Kelly's passion is to guide women to honor their unique energy and put self-care first to tap into their passions. She is a human design expert and by following her own human design, she has been led to create anandown Buffalo Bar and Breath . She uses human design as the tool to help people become self-aware. And then Buffalo Bar and Breath is where they work on cultivating lasting change. Her family is everything to her and her main mission in life is to create Epic memories with the ones she loves. I love that. That's why she says self care is number one. She is also a certified health coach. When she is not moving and shaking, she loves diving deeper into human design. When she is not having fun with all things wellness, you can find her with her two kids or her amazing husband, listening to country music on the beach somewhere tropical. And I have to say, I love my country music too. Okay. Enjoy the podcast. In this episode, you'll discover: 01:35 - Kelly's personal experiences with pelvic pain ,and her journey to healing 05:55 - "Something is off with my energy"... 08:48 - You don't need to be "fixed" - you need to return to who you truly need to be 11:00 - 3 points to life Making mistakes Learning from them Come into yourself 15:05 - When we show up in our energy the way it's meant to be aligned, that's powerful 17:21 - Put your self care at No. 1 21:40 - "Tuning in" can be hard to grasp 24:17 - Live from heart and soul, not conditioning 28:35 - Learning about her emotions was a huge part of Kelly's journey 33:30 - Passion for movement and breath work 39:30 - What does my body and mind mean today? 48:10 - "Start Here" for mini courses available Resources mentioned in this episode: -kellyjoseph.com

Techno touches on New World Order being a bigger map than Divided States - a variant created by Tom Rheinecker - before they discuss the rule challenges behind that map that would make it impossibble to make web based without a very deep php skillset (33 mins 20 secs) Kaner asks Technostar on his advice for budding variant developers, including creating his own test server (36 mins 30 secs) Amby enquires if Technostar could turn back time would there be anything he'd change. Techno answers how he could've easily saved 3 months by doing something differently (39 mins) Kaner asks Techno his thoughts on Divided States moving to webDip or playDip (40 mins 40 secs) Next its on to Techno's views of variant developers using his map to create new variant versions. They go onto discuss a 1 vs 1 Red State vs Blue State civil war map and the challenges of setting orders for 100+ units each turn. Techno also talks about an idea he has on layering state names on top of the map or a compiled list of each territory abbreviation to its correct name (42 mins 30 secs) Amby asks if Techo had more time and turned his attention to a new variant what he'd do. Techno discusses getting a better php knowledge and porting across New World Order (48 mins) Technostar mentions a fun fact about drawing a map location where he was staying during his summer vacation. Kaner runs with the idea and decides to make it happen, possibly on a War War IV sealanes map (59 mins) They get back onto Divided States and bounce around a bit on the design considerations of the map (1 hour 8 mins) Techno lets loose with his views about American state flags, a few bugs that have been picked up and his hopeful career path (1 hour 14 mins 45 secs) The guys return from the interview, but with all the editing and Amby's crap maths, we haven't worried about the timestamps for this next section. It goes about 30 mins. If you made it this far, power on! The guys discuss what they learnt from the interview. Kaner reflects that they're technologically incompetent compared to the kids these days. Amby loves the parallel between his school banning vDip and his work banning all Dip sites. Then its onto reflecting on Technostar giving his thumbs up to the map and code being available for anyone to repurpose and create new variant versions. They then discuss though the potential headache of a 1 vs 1 Divided States game with 100+ orders needed each turn The guys go onto talk about their experience to date in their Divided States games - Divided States of 'Murica and United States of Insanity before mentioning their Divided States gunboat game has just started Then Kaner and Amby become introspective about whether they are a bad influence Bourse 2018 - the great Bourse Challenge - is discussed by Kaner Venue: Buffalo Bar, Brisbane. Drinks of choice: Kaner - Five Seeds Cider from some random location in Australia Amby - Marty's Block Tempranillo  from the Margaret River, Western Australia And thanks as always to Dan Philip for his rockin' intro to the Diplomacy Games podcast. PodTV - Alterativo

O nome WRY no português significa torto, distorcido, estranho e irônico. Já dividiram o mesmo palco com bandas como The Rakes, The Subways, The Cribs, Fleeing New York, Houston500 e The Parkinsons. Lançaram o single Come And Fall/Where I Stand no começo de 2005 e estão preparando o lançamento de Airport Girl/In The Hell Of My Head pela Reckless Records/GooMusic para 2006, seguido de uma turnê pela Inglaterra. Wry também foi convidado a participar da coletânea “Never Lose That Feeling” de bandas novas fazendo covers de clássicos indie e shoegaze. Wry vai fazer “Some Candy Talking” do Jesus and Mary Chain. Coletânea “Sound Issues2” junto com bandas como The Magic Numbers e The Rakes. Wry entra com a inédita When I Go, gravada em Londres. Além da banda o vocalista Mario Bross promove duas noites Londrinas chamadas Goonite Club e Club Take Me To The Other Side, em lugares consagrados do rock britânico: Buffalo Bar e The Garage. Hoje Wry escuta bandas como Razorlight, The Strokes, U2, Legiao Urbana, Walkmen, NIN, Bloc Party, Test Icicles, Sonic Youth e My Bloody Valentine. Como Goo Goo Meginee Tour 2000/01, I LOVE&HATE YOU BRAZIL tour 2002 e a última WRY EM CHAMAS NO BRAZIL 2005/2006.
