I am never suggesting they have NPD (Narcissist Personality Disorder), but that they WILL have traits from Narcissism.Here is one definition of Narcissism which I use: "Narcissism is the way we conceptualise how we will look after ourselves. In its pathological form, it refers to people who seem incapable of acknowledging or taking sufficient account of the reality of other people and their separate existence. Narcissistic Personality Disorder describes those who exemplify an extreme form of this characteristic. The primary purpose of Narcissism is to compensate for experience, usually in early childhood, when ordinary expectable needs were not met adequately. The Narcissist denies dependence on others and denies even that others exist except as players in the Narcissist's drama. Other people are required to meet the narcissist's needs for recognition and value, but without relationship being reciprocated.The narcissist gives nothing, but demands others give everything. Therefore the original horrific experience of unmet need and the shame and vulnerability that goes with it, is denied and defended against.Traits include being the centre of attention; little interest in others; craves recognition and praise. I was part of a team building a hand-held PC, which was a big deal in 1991. I worked on electricity modelling, I wrote programs for railway timetables, software for banks and real-time data feeds for Reuters. I built secure e-mail systems and mobile phone network diagnostic tools.The code was not the problem, the problem was the way the team was set up, the problem was the way we were asked to work, or the way work reached us. To fix that problem I needed to become a manager… but I didn't want to be a foolish manager like all the ones I'd worked for before, so I got myself a management qualification. And while I was getting that qualification, I discovered that modern management thinking was very close to the then newly emerging field of “agile software development.” When I look back at my experiences so much of the good times matched the thing, we call agile.I still love software, I love coding, but I don't code any more. (Actually, I do code a little, for love.) I devote my time to helping make software better. In my mind when I'm teaching, advising, coaching, consulting I'm helping the person I used to be. When I see programmers at work I see my younger self. And I want them to do a great job, I want them to be able to do a better job than I ever did.Today I call myself an Agile Guide – I guide people and organizations to greater agility. I provide coaching and direct advice on agile working to leaders and teams creating digital products (software!). The companies I work with come from many fields as different as healthcare and surveying. However, they all depend on software to deliver for their customers. Without software they are nothing. Yesterday… I started coding in 1982 on a Sinclair ZX81. By 1986 I was earning money as a regular contributor to BBC Telesoftware – PDP, PDR, Eclipse, Fonts, Demon's Tomb, EMACS (no, not that emacs), Snapshot and Femcoms to name a few, mostly in 6502 assembler. In 1989 I was a system administrator with Nixdorf Computer. In 1991 I was a software tester at DIP in Guildford building the Sharp PC-3000. Even as an undergraduate I was hired by the University to help teach other undergraduates and occasionally post-graduates.

During this sensitive period of development, a child acquires a variety of new abilities and skills that are a necessary part of child development. There are five sensitive period categories, which include language, order, sensory skills, motor skills, and social skills.Many people experience some type of wounding during their early development and learn to numb their pain by self-soothing with one or more compulsive behaviours. As adults, they may continue to struggle with the compulsive misuse of alcohol, drugs, spending, food, sex, relationships or the Internet. All addictions feature a very complex emotional and biochemical process that have origins in childhood trauma and the deprivation of authentic intimacy and bonding during development.Socially induced pathology appears between the ages of 4 to 5 and 8 to 9.The onset of male sexual imprinting is from aged 3 to 4 and peaks at 8 to 9, with an  upper tail at about aged 13. These sex and relationship templates (set up in childhood) become activated at puberty and develop and continue throughout adult life.4 Ways in which juvenile sex and relsp templates are developmentally vulnerable to socially induced pathology:·       Explicitly neglecting to monitor and reinforce healthy sexual rehearsal play.·       Punishing or humiliating children for their rehearsal play.·       Prematurely inducting children into sexual rehearsal play.·       Coercing children into age-discrepant sexual rehearsal play.Our early attachment styles are established in childhood through the infant/caregiver relationship. Four distinguishing characteristics of attachment are:1   Proximity Maintenance - The desire to be near the people we are attached to.2   Safe Haven - Returning to the attachment figure for comfort and safety in the face of a fear or threat.3   Secure Base - The attachment figure acts as a base of security from which the child can explore the surrounding environment.4   Separation Distress - Anxiety that occurs in the absence of the attachment figure.Templates are setting up traits that will play out in Adulthood, which the child did not vote to have at work in their life. This was the cosmic clean slate! Following the intense Aries Full Moon, this was the moment to set intentions for balanced relationships, new agreements, and harmony. It's the perfect energy for anyone looking to reset partnerships in business or at home—a true win-win opportunity that Venus's earlier entry into Libra had paved the way for.Right on its heels, we plunged fully into the intensity with the Sun Entering Scorpio (around the 22nd), marking the official start of the Season of Transformation.
