The Fourth of July mass shooting that killed seven people happened in a place with some of the strictest gun laws in the country. How did the accused killer — with two prior brushes with police — slip through the cracks? Former President Donald Trump commuted Craig Cesal's life sentence for a non-violent marijuana offense. Now, Cesal is advocating for other marijuana lifers to be released. And why in the world are teenagers putting on suits to see the fifth installment of the "Despicable Me" franchise?
