Talk radio veteran Dave Glover tells Megan Lynch and Julie Smith that listeners would be surprised how difficult it is to host a daily show. Glover says there's no magic formula for knowing what's going to be a hit for listeners.

Imagine this … Christmas is right around the corner and you can’t afford to buy your child one gift. You don’t want to disappoint them, so you find something in your house and try to take it back to a store that doesn’t even carry the item you are trying to take back because you want your child to have a gift under the Christmas tree on Christmas day.
