Your skin is not just a cosmetic surface. It's a living organ that responds to signals, and the right light signal can flip your biology into repair mode. -Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR -Get a discount from LYMA by using code ‘DAVE10' at: https://lyma.life/ In this episode, Host Dave Asprey goes to London to meet Lucy Goff, founder of LYMA, at the LYMA headquarters. Lucy and her scientific team engineered a rare kind of at-home cold laser that delivers precise 808nm light with deep penetration, without burning, cutting, or “damaging to rebuild.” Their work is backed by published research in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, and they've tested gene expression in human dermis, including a reported sixfold increase in SIRT1, a major longevity pathway. This is why you can trust this conversation. It's not vibes, it's engineering, biology, and data. Most “red light” products are basically glorified LEDs. They can be fine for the surface, but they do not deliver the kind of coherent, polarized, monochromatic light that your cells actually respond to in deep tissue. That matters because your mitochondria run the whole show. When mitochondria get a clean signal and more usable energy, your body suddenly has budget for repair, collagen, circulation, and recovery. That is the real mechanism behind anti-aging that does not rely on controlled injury. We get into how this kind of light hacking can change skin quality, muscle support under the skin, and even scars and fascia. We talk cartilage, knees, jowls, pigmentation, and the weird reality that you might not feel anything while it's working. Dave also shares his early biohacking experiments using light for brain optimization, including the time he overdid it and temporarily scrambled his speech. That story will make you respect the power of light as a biological tool. We also talk human performance and travel. Dave breaks down how he uses light management for sleep optimization and jet lag, and why controlling light is as important as controlling food, fasting, ketosis, and metabolism. There's also a practical angle here that most people miss: with AI, you can now take dense PubMed research and translate it into usable decisions without needing a PhD, which changes how fast you can learn, test, and personalize. If you care about longevity, neuroplasticity, recovery, and looking younger without trashing your tissue, this episode gives you a smarter way to think about lasers, supplements, nootropics, and the whole functional medicine stack. This is Smarter Not Harder biohacking, with a laser. You'll Learn: • Why LED “red light therapy” is not the same as laser-based mitochondrial activation • How coherent light influences mitochondria, collagen quality, and anti-aging repair • What gene expression changes like SIRT1 suggest about longevity signaling • How light may support brain optimization, circulation, and neuroplasticity • Why scars and fascia can disrupt performance, and how light can support remodeling • How Dave uses light and lifestyle hacking for sleep optimization, travel, and metabolism • How AI makes research-driven biohacking more accessible and more personal Thank you to our sponsors! • • • • Dave Asprey is a four-time New York Times bestselling author, founder of Bulletproof Coffee, and the father of biohacking. With over 1,000 interviews and 1 million monthly listeners, The Human Upgrade brings you the knowledge to take control of your biology, extend your longevity, and optimize every system in your body and mind. Each episode delivers cutting-edge insights in health, performance, neuroscience, supplements, nutrition, biohacking, emotional intelligence, and conscious living. New episodes are released every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday (BONUS). Dave asks the questions no one else will and gives you real tools to become stronger, smarter, and more resilient. Bill Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft and a leading global philanthropist, withdrew from delivering his scheduled keynote address at the India AI Impact Summit in New Delhi just hours before he was set to speak. The Gates Foundation issued a statement saying the decision was made “to ensure the focus remains on the AI Summit's key priorities,” and Ankur Vora, president of the foundation's Africa and India offices, delivered the address in his place. Gates had been initially confirmed and was in India ahead of the event, which was designed to position India as a hub for artificial intelligence development and governance. The sudden cancellation came amid heightened scrutiny over Gates's past interactions with the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein after recently released U.S. Justice Department documents included emails involving Gates Foundation staff and Epstein. Although Gates denies any impropriety and says he regretted associating with Epstein, the controversy drew significant attention in Indian media and public debate in the lead-up to the summit. Some commentators linked the timing of his withdrawal to that controversy, even as summit organizers and Indian officials did not directly tie the decision to the Epstein files.to c ontact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Bill Gates cancels AI summit keynote address amid scrutiny over Epstein links | CNN

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is central to cellular energy and mitochondrial health, driving redox reactions that produce ATP. Declining levels are linked to metabolic disorders, sarcopenia, and diabetes Alzheimer's disease has strongly associated with disrupted NAD+ balance, and research suggests restoring intake can reverse cognitive decline rather than merely slowing disease progression Animal studies show restoring NAD+ fully reversed advanced Alzheimer's features, including memory loss, inflammation, tau pathology, oxidative stress, and DNA damage, even after severe disease was established NAD+ functions as an upstream regulator of brain resilience, coordinating energy production, DNA repair, inflammation control, and protein processing, reframing Alzheimer's as a systems-level energy failure Practical strategies emphasize testing NAD+ status and supporting production safely via niacinamide alongside adequate intake of other B vitamins

Discover how to flip exhaustion into unstoppable energy. Listen now.
Send us a textOne of Austin's most watched police cases just took a dramatic turn. After years of indictments, delays, and a deadly-conduct conviction pushed by Travis County DA José Garza, Officer Christopher Taylor has now been fully acquitted on appeal.Attorney Doug O'Connell breaks down how a 2019 shooting—seen inside APD as clearly justified—became a political flashpoint, how docket equalization sent the case to West Texas, and how rare a full reverse and render truly is.We dig into the bigger picture: a DA elected to prosecute officers, a defund-era APD crippled by staffing losses, and a public demanding accountability without understanding split-second force decisions. Doug draws a chilling comparison to Uvalde:If you act, you're charged. If you hesitate, you're charged. What does that do to policing? He also opens up about the personal toll and why confidential, stigma-free mental-health support is essential for officers and their attorneys.A must-hear for anyone concerned about policing, justice, or officer wellness.Support the showemail us at- bluegrit@tmpa.org
In this episode, Ben Azadi reveals a simple 10-minute daily ritual that helps activate stem cells, support fat loss, improve energy, and slow biological aging. Instead of extreme workouts or stimulants, Ben explains how the body responds to precise biological signals that restore cellular repair. You'll learn why aging is not about getting older, but about being under-repaired, and how declining stem cell signaling, NAD+ levels, and mitochondrial function drive fatigue, fat gain, and brain fog, especially after age 35. Ben breaks down three easy daily rituals: A morning light and movement stack to activate fat-burning and stem cell repair A midday cellular reset that supports NAD+ levels, focus, and metabolic energy without caffeine crashes An evening fasted wind-down routine that enhances deep sleep, brain detox, and overnight repair He also explains why recovery, sleep, and cellular energy matter more than willpower, and how consistency with simple habits can dramatically improve metabolic health and longevity. Nvidia (NVDA) is dominating the A.I. landscape, but the geopolitical tightrope walk between the U.S. and China continues to complicate matters. Rebecca Liao talks about how the Biden administration previously banned the sale of high-performance semiconductor chips to China, a policy the Trump administration has now reversed to accommodate Nvidia's business interests. This move signals a willingness to prioritize business exceptions in the strategic rivalry with China. China stands to gain significant long-term strategic value, accelerating its A.I. development and potentially leading to cheaper, more accessible large language models that could capture greater market share.======== Schwab Network ========Empowering every investor and trader, every market day. In recent days Peter Mandelson, the former British ambassador to the United States and veteran Labour peer, has made a notable reversal in his stance regarding his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. After initially refusing in a high-profile BBC interview to apologise directly to Epstein's survivors — instead expressing regret for systemic failures that left victims unheard while insisting he was unaware of Epstein's crimes and not personally culpable — Mandelson has since issued a clear public apology for continuing his association with Epstein after the financier's 2008 conviction. In his updated statement, he said he was “wrong to believe him following his conviction and to continue my association with him afterwards,” and offered an unequivocal apology to the women and girls who suffered. While he maintains he did not witness Epstein's abuse or know the full extent of his crimes, Mandelson acknowledged that victims did know what was happening, and expressed sorrow that he had once believed Epstein's denials. This apology marks a significant shift from his earlier remarks, which sparked widespread outrage and political consequences — including his dismissal as ambassador after undisclosed emails showing a much deeper, supportive friendship with Epstein came to light. Mandelson's u-turn reflects growing pressure and criticism over his past behaviour, as he now seeks to address the pain of survivors rather than primarily defending his own reputation. The reversal also comes amid broader debates in the UK about accountability among elites who maintained ties with Epstein post-conviction, and follow-up calls for further scrutiny of Mandelson's conduct during his career.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Lord Mandelson apologises to victims of Jeffrey Epstein | The Independent

A federal vaccine advisory committee recently voted to end the decades-old recommendation that all U.S. newborns get a hepatitis B vaccine dose at birth. The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices voted that only infants born to mothers who test positive for hepatitis B — or whose infection status is unknown — are recommended to get that first dose immediately. The vote could result in new guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is a dramatic shift from the CDC's current policy, which was adopted in 1991 and is credited with reducing childhood hepatitis B infections by more than 95 percent. MPR News guest host Chris Farrell talks with a pediatrician and an infectious disease researcher about what the new recommendation means for families, hospitals and communities in Minnesota that are disproportionately affected by the liver infection.Guests:Dr. Leslie King-Schultz is a pediatrician at Hennepin Healthcare where she co-chairs their vaccine committee.Angela Ulrich is a researcher and infectious disease epidemiologist with the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota. In this episode, Ben Azadi breaks down a powerful 14-day protocol designed to melt visceral fat without exercise. Even people who eat clean and work out can still store dangerous fat around their liver and organs due to high insulin, liver inflammation, and sluggish mitochondria. Ben explains how this step-by-step plan lowers insulin, unclogs the liver, boosts bile flow, and reactivates mitochondrial fat burning. Listeners will learn how to use a daily insulin reset window, protein-first eating, carb sequencing, the Liver Flush Cup, nitric oxide activation before meals, and a protein-forward day. Ben also covers how to use a mini 20-hour fast, a 10-hour eating window, fat-loss coffee made with olive oil, bitter liver-supporting foods, and nighttime cortisol-lowering rituals. The protocol finishes with a 24-hour fast followed by a strategic carb-refuel to restore leptin sensitivity and break plateaus. By day 14, you can expect better insulin control, reduced liver fat, improved metabolic flexibility, more energy, clearer thinking, and measurable decreases in visceral fat. Ben also answers listener questions about repeating the protocol, how to modify it for keto/carnivore, coffee alternatives, olive oil intake, and why alcohol slows results. BREAKING: CDC reverses 30 years of denial, Vax vs. Unvax Study, Several Shorts on COVID Vax and Vaccines. Post Del Bigtree @delbigtree “An Inconvenient Study” asks a simple question: Are vaccinated children healthier, or less healthy? The data was clear.. higher rates of asthma, developmental delays, learning issues, and speech disorders among the vaccinated group. And yet, the study was never published. When there's a signal this strong, you follow it. You study it. You don't ignore it. That's the heart of the work I do, because where there's risk, there must be choice. The CDC website admits the claim “Vaccines do NOT cause autism” was never evidence-based. Studies have NOT ruled out infant vaccines as a cause of autism. Evidence has been ignored. HHS has opened a full investigation into biologic mechanisms and causal links. This is the biggest public health reversal of our lifetime. And it confirms what parents have been shouting for decades. 7:33 AM · Nov 20, 2025 154.2K Views Del Bigtree. In this episode, Ben Azadi reveals the real reason aging accelerates after 40 and the free 10-minute ritual that reverses visible aging from the inside out. Instead of creams, injections, or prescriptions, Ben explains how activating your body's natural nitric oxide (NO) production can restore youthful energy, boost fat-burning, improve collagen, sharpen the brain, and recharge your mitochondria. Ben breaks down what nitric oxide is, why production drops up to 60 percent by your 40s, and how this decline leads to wrinkles, fatigue, stubborn belly fat, and poor sleep. He shares his personal 10-minute Nitric Oxide Activation Protocol:• A 4-minute nitric oxide dump workout• A 3-minute sunlight + nasal breathing reset• A 3-minute grounding + “Vitamin G” gratitude practice He also shows how this routine dramatically improved his HRV, sleep, and readiness scores using his Oura Ring. Guest expert Dr. Nathan Bryan, one of the world's leading nitric oxide researchers, explains exactly how NO controls blood flow, cellular energy, mitochondrial function, longevity, and disease prevention. Ben then expands the protocol with two powerful add-ons:• 20-second sprints to boost human growth hormone by up to 450 percent• Red light therapy (photobiomodulation) to increase ATP, collagen, and nitric oxide signaling He closes with a rapid-fire Q&A about blood pressure, age 60+, sauna vs. cold plunge, combining stacks, and timing. This episode gives you everything you need to restore youthful biology — naturally, quickly, and without spending anything. FREE GUIDE: Better Than Ozempic - https://bit.ly/3LV3yEh
