Keltie's flying solo for a deep dive with the man behind some of Hollywood's most famous faces, double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond. After Keltie's viral Glamour article (and that accidental facelift confession to Dorit on Housewives), she's getting into ALL of it: the MediSpa nightmare that disfigured her face, what Dr. Diamond actually found when he "opened her up" a year and a half ago, and why that $800 Kybella appointment caused more damage than three neck surgeries. Dr. Diamond breaks down which lasers and treatments are actually worth your money (and which ones to run from), why most of what you're seeing on facelift Instagram is fake or repackaged, how to find a real surgeon when you don't live in Beverly Hills, and the red flags that should send you sprinting......and yes, there's a giveaway. Fitness copyright just got dismantled, deepfake porn just got a law, and Rosie O'Donnell just got honest. Something happened in a federal courtroom that every fitness creator, every entrepreneur, every woman who's ever built something from scratch needs to hear about. It involves Tracy Anderson, a $110 million fitness empire, and a ruling that just told her anyone can copy 30 years of her work. And that's just where Chalene Johnson gets started in this episode. By the end, you'll know why a suburban pharmacist became the face of the biggest deepfake porn crisis in history, what Paris Hilton's new TikTok documentary is exposing, and why the Take It Down Act might matter to you personally, even if you have 200 followers and a private account. There's also a Rosie O'Donnell facelift confession nobody saw coming, a very honest conversation about women and bodies and who we go after when we're triggered, and a personal announcement from Chalene about where this show is headed next. This is a great episode to share!

Around 48 to 72 hours after surgery, swelling peaks, the anesthesia haze lifts, and a lot of women look in the mirror and feel like they've made a mistake. Dr. Diana Breister has been in plastic surgery long enough to know that feeling almost never means what people think it means. Most of the time, it's not regret — it's chaos.Dr. Breister, who came to La Jolla Cosmetic after years of reconstructive work at City of Hope, walks Monique through what's actually happening between day one and day fourteen. The first 48 hours are what she calls a “pink bubble” — anesthesia still on board, surgery behind you, mostly relief. Then comes the crash: maximum swelling, pain pills affecting mood, a body shape that doesn't look like the final result yet, and the strange weight of doing nothing while everyone else is productive. They get into the difference between regret and shock, why facelifts feel harder than mommy makeovers, the mean-girl moment that derailed a breast reduction recovery, and what to do when your partner isn't showing up.Three words anchor the whole conversation: trust the process. Dr. Breister explains why she can promise, with 200% certainty, that the feeling will pass — and why the women who say “what did I do” at week one almost never remember saying it by year one.LinksMeet San Diego plastic surgeon Dr. Diana BreisterLearn more about facelift surgery at LJCSCQuestions answered by this episodeWhy do I feel sad or emotional after plastic surgery? When does swelling peak after cosmetic surgery? Is it normal to regret plastic surgery in the first two weeks? What is post-surgery depression and how long does it last? Can anesthesia and pain medication change how I feel emotionally? Why does my face or body look so different right after surgery? How should a partner or family member support someone recovering from cosmetic surgery? Why do facelifts feel harder emotionally than other procedures? What are the biggest mistakes people make in the first two weeks of recovery? How do I tell the difference between normal swelling and a real problem?About this podcastLearn from the talented plastic surgeons inside La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Centre, the 12x winner of the San Diego's Best Union-Tribune Readers Poll, global winner of the 2020 MyFaceMyBody Best Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery Practice, and the 2025 winner of Best Cosmetic Surgery Group in San Diego Magazine's Best of San Diego Awards.Join hostess Monique Ramsey as she takes you inside LJCSC, where dreams become real. Today, I have the honor of interviewing Dr. Doris Day, a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic and longevity dermatology. She is also a clinical professor of dermatology at NYU, recognized for her dedication and excellence in teaching, and is widely regarded as a leader in the aesthetic dermatology field. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Day is a medical journalist and a prominent media figure. In our discussion, we examine the basics of perimenopause and menopause from a pathophysiology perspective, including the 30% decline in collagen synthesis that occurs during the first five years of menopause. We explore the skin microbiome, inflammation, and inflammaging, and why hydration, electrolytes, reducing processed sugars, and eating a nutrient-dense diet can have such a visible impact on skin health. Dr. Day also explains her approach to facial balancing and how our bones, fascia, muscles, and fat pads age. We discuss topical agents, advanced interventions including lasers, microneedling, PRF, PRP, stem cells, and growth factors, and even touch on emerging research suggesting that certain laser treatments may help reduce the risk of skin cancer. Throughout the conversation, I also openly shared what I have done to support my skin. Stay tuned for today's fascinating conversation about menopause, skin health, collagen loss, and the evolving science behind modern aesthetic dermatology. IN THIS EPISODE, YOU WILL LEARN: The sudden skin changes many women experience during early perimenopause Dr. Day explains how she personalizes skincare routines for each patient How collagen synthesis rapidly declines during the menopause transition How hydration, sleep, and nutrition can visibly improve skin tone and puffiness How inflammation, blood sugar issues, and poor metabolic health contribute to inflammaging and visible skin aging Why facial balance is more important than trying to erase every wrinkle or line Dr. Day shares how she combines lasers, topicals, and recovery protocols to support skin healing and collagen production How fillers and other cosmetic procedures can create an unnatural appearance when used incorrectly Bio: Dr. Doris Day, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in cosmetic and longevity dermatology. She is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at NYU Langone Health, where she has been recognized with the Award for Dedication and Excellence in the Teaching of Dermatology. Women are the biggest consumers of cosmetic surgery. But men still get old looking and somewhere around their mid 50s, they realize that their neck skin is hanging and fatty. But facelifts are problematic in men - they bring hair into the ears and scars are hard to hide without makeup. So, fat suction, band repair, chin implants, and direct excision of excess skin help make middle aged men look good again. On this show, Susan Warner comes out of retirement to co-host this interesting male facelift show.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed by all the advice around Botox, fillers, skincare treatments, and hair growth, you are not alone. There are many stupid things in plastic surgery - on this show, we discuss the removal of submandibular salivary glands. Those are the lumps in the sides of the neck that break up the beautiful contour of a youthful neck. Those lumps make up about 2/3 of your saliva - and when they are removed, you might have dry mouth symptoms, or your might have more tooth decay, or you might require lemony squirts in your mouth the rest of your life just so you can speak and swallow properly. So, why on earth would you want to remove those glands? For the purpose of maybe looking a little better? Oh come on now.....

Tim Conway Jr Show Hour 3 (4.7) Let's talk about the high price of those Olympic tickets. Timmy was selected to purchase, but the exorbitant price gave him sticker shock. Holy crap! It’s 50 years since the original “Charlie’s Angels” first aired, and the stars still look fantastic, even aged in their 70s. Jaclyn Smith is an 80-year-old knockout, and she was joined last night at Paley Fest with her sexy, crimefighting co-stars Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd. Apple Mac Computers are now 50 years old; that’s the same age as “Charlie’s Angels.” That story is now on display at the Long Island Museum. Apple was founded in a garage, like so many successful businesses including Microsoft and Amazon. Apple co-founder Ronald Wayne originally owned 10% of the company. Today that 10% stake would be worth $372 billion. In 1976 he sold that stake for $800. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
