We'll be doing our pre-season tier lists and power rankings for the four major regions (LPL, LCK, LCS, LEC) over the next couple of weeks to get them to you all before those respective seasons begin.    A big part of capping or playing daily fantasy for any sport is to have a concept of the relative strength of teams before games are played because there is frequently a big edge to be gained before we start getting data and sample size. It frames a lot of your comparisons, discussions, and early season decisions. Is this Team A being overrated? Underrated?
