Two weeks after defeat in the Connacht Post Primary Schools Hurling Final, St. Raphael's Loughrea begin their All-Ireland championship quest when they face St. Kieran's, Kilkenny in the quarter-final on Saturday (21st February 2026). It's a repeat of the 2024 final, which the Leinster college won after extra time.  St. Kieran's clinched a 60th provincial title recently by beating Kilkenny CBC 2-25 to 0-11.
