Call it stubbornness.Call it refusing to quit when you know what you're doing still matters.It's not about psychological safety.It's about the act of getting back up, again and again, when things break.So here's what I look for now:Are they going to get back up—no matter what?Are they responsive when it's ugly, not just when it's exciting?Are they okay with starting over and still pushing forward?Because if they aren't, the team's already broken.And no ROI calculation will fix that.
