On this episode of Gunners & Blues, hosts Andrew and Sean talk the highest of highs and the lowest of lows for their respective clubs - Chelsea's berth in the Champions League finals and Arsenal's Europa League exit. First, the hosts break down just what went wrong for the Gunners on Thursday, from formation choices, player performances, untimely substitutions, and baffling tactics. Is Sean now on the #ArtetaOut train? After, Andrew brings some much needed elation to the episode as the hosts talk Chelsea's 2 - 0 win over Real Madrid and thoughts over the two-legged tie where the Blues shut down just about everything that Real wanted to do, highlighting performances by Kante, Mendy, and the young English core. After the break, the hosts talk the weekend's matches - a Champions League final preview against Manchester City for Chelsea and Arsenal hosting soon-to-be-relegated West Brom. After we usher new members into the Gallo 12, hear the beginning of a story about Dom's dad, and posit a wild theory about the interconnectedness of the Fastiverse, we're joined by Dan Hamamura (Pajiba) to drift our way through another episode. Did the Family bring their "most wanted" status upon themselves? Does Brian's career correlate to a societal epidemic? Has a new challenger entered the ring in the "Who's wrong: Sean's Mom or Sean's Dad?" debate? Is Sean actually the villain of this movie? Heavy Rain is a mystery novel game unsubtly aimed at aping the cinema style by French studio Quantic Dream, who also did Fahrenheit (or Indigo Prophecy, depending on how much nudity you saw) in the PS2 era.
