When Mando and Baby Yoda flew off into space at the end of Chapter 3, many people expected the show to take a turn and start driving toward a logical goal or destination. Unfortunately for those people, that wasn’t the in Chapter 4 “Sanctuary”. In many ways a filler episode, Mando makes a stop in a backwater world only to meet a former Rebel Shock Trooper, and a wholesome village before all havoc breaks loose. Filled with some cliched story beats and questionable direction and performances, it’s easily the worst installment of The Mandalorian so far. That doesn’t mean it didn’t still have it’s redeeming elements however, with Baby Yoda steeling the spotlight once again, as well as an exciting set-piece finale, it’s clear the show hasn’t completely lost it’s touch, and there’s still plenty to look forward to. Special Content Edition with Julian Carle You need to build relationships with people so they get to know and trust you. Teams and organisations that lack trust quickly fall behind teams where people trust one another and trust their leaders. A good level of trust provides an environment for healthy risk-taking in relationships. The higher the level of trust, the more that people are willing to take career risks for their leader or for their organisation. Good working relationships give us several other benefits: our work is more enjoyable when we have good relationships with those around us. Also, people are more likely to go along with changes that we want to implement, and we're more innovative and creative. Good relationships give us freedom: instead of spending time and energy overcoming the problems associated with negative relationships, we can, instead, focus on opportunities. With higher trust levels organisations are more flexible, are better at creating strategic alliances, have more responsive teams, and are more effective at crisis management. Join Julian as he explores the importance of relationships and how you can achieve good relationships with your team and your clients. Go To: Julian's LinkedIn Profile Synergen Group Website

Special Content Edition with Julian Carle Many studies have shown that the more styles a leader exhibits, the better.  There are six basic styles of leadership; each makes use of the key components of emotional intelligence in different combinations. The best leaders don’t know just one style of leadership – they are skilled at several, and have the flexibility to switch between styles as the circumstances dictate. Many managers mistakenly assume that leadership style is a function of personality rather than strategic choice. Instead of choosing the one style that suits their temperament, they should ask which style best addresses the demands of a particular situation.
