Crime is running rampant across the nation. Why? Democrats' soft on crime policies are to blame. Even murderers are being released back onto our streets. For example in Texas, between September 2016 and September 2021, 133 capital murder suspects were bonded out of jail in Harris County alone. While crime trends are often very localized, there are some national trends as well that have unfolded recently. To help examine these trends, we are joined by an expert on criminal justice, Josh Crawford from the Pegasus Institute.

Is Big Government trying to take your guns away from you?

On July 2, 2003, Terry Horman answered the door to hear the news no parent ever wants to hear. Authorities informed Terry that her son Joshua Crawford was found deceased. Upon hearing the news, Terry collapsed. After Josh didn’t show up for work, concerned friends went to his first story Frederick, Maryland apartment. After knocking, no one answered. One of Joshua’s friends climbed in through a window. His apartment was ransacked and his video games, a guitar, jewelry, and other personal belongings were gone. Josh was found deceased. Someone had brutally murdered him. He had been bound with duct tape, beaten and stabbed to death. An autopsy later ruled Josh died of asphyxiation and blunt force injuries.Terry reached out to a private investigator named Sam Hannah, who is a retired police chief and homicide detective.
