Our guest Colonel Douglas MacGregor is a retired US Army colonel. He has had a distinguished military career having held important operational roles during the Gulf War and was a top strategic planner for General Wesley Clark as NATO's commander during the invasion of Yugoslavia. More recently Col. Macgregor has been the president and CEO of The National Conversation -- a non profit organization for "the politically homeless" with a mission to restore civic dialogue in America that challenges the duopoly ruling Washington and hopefully to lead to a new and viable political party. Since retiring Col Macgregor has been an author, consultant and media commentator who appears regularly on Judge Napolitano's Judging Freedom and Dialogue Works. Colonel MacGregor has written several books on military strategy and the history of warfare. He is a graduate of US military academy at West Point and later received a doctorate in international relations from the University of Virginia. His websites are DouglasMacgregor.com and TheNationaConversation.org, and you can read his writings on his substack at MacgregorWarrior. substack.com
THE LIBERTARIAN MOVEMENT HAS A CHOICE -- FOLLOW MILEI BACK TO WESTERN CIVILIZATION OR KEEP MAKING EXCUSES FOR PEOPLE WHO FILM THEIR OWN WAR CRIMES. We make the libertarian case for Israel, trace how the liberty movement went from auditing the Fed to flying Russian flags at antiwar rallies, and ask what it means that the Mises Institute purged Walter Block for defending massacre victims. Plus -- Seattle spent $465,000 on four talking toilets ahead of the World Cup, got the window smashed in fourteen days, and called it a promising start. Judge Napolitano on Section 702 expiring this month and why it barely matters. Tom Pappert on Massie, the USS Liberty, and how to honor dead American sailors without losing your mind.
BRITISH POLICE HANDCUFFED A DYING TEENAGER ON THE WORD OF HIS KILLER. Full coverage of the Henry Nowak murder, verdict, and courtroom confrontation — plus America's 250th anniversary restoration push, Rubio's Munich speech, Judge Napolitano on the Gitmo case that's been running for 15 years with no trial date, and Jade Warwick on the policing culture that made Southampton possible. ⚰️ Henry Nowak — the murder, the bodycam footage, the one-day verdict, and what "I can't breathe" means when a white boy says it ⚖️ The trial — a "convincing but wholly false" defense, buried sentencing remarks, and a family that screamed "racist" at the victim's parents in open court

The American right has a Jewish problem -- and it's not the one the Groypers think it is. Today we tell the story they buried in your history class: Haym Salomon, the Polish-born Jewish immigrant who financed the Revolution, raised the $20,000 that funded Yorktown, personally lent money to Madison, Jefferson, and Monroe at no interest, and died broke at 44 while Congress stiffed his family. Then we make the libertarian nationalist case for why Israel and America share the same civilizational DNA -- and why the foreign-amplified antisemitism operation currently running inside the right is not America First. It never was. Plus Judge Andrew Napolitano on the Trump DOJ indicting James Comey over a photo of seashells, and writer Kevin Boyd on Austin's libertarian nationalist manifesto.

Jon Herold is not celebrating the Comey indictment, and he wants to explain why. While everyone else is popping champagne over a seashell Instagram post, Jon is asking the harder questions: is a charge this weak actually good for the accountability movement, or does it hand the media exactly the political persecution narrative they need to muddy the waters before treason charges arrive? Judge Napolitano agrees the case is legally frivolous, and Jon points out the Jack Posobiec consistency problem nobody wants to touch. He also covers Trump rejecting Iran's latest proposal and maintaining the naval blockade while US intelligence quietly studies how Tehran would respond to a unilateral American victory declaration. The Supreme Court handed down a six to three ruling striking down Louisiana's racial gerrymander, and Jon is watching closely for what it signals about Virginia. A Fox News executive got caught on O'Keefe hidden camera bragging about charging strip club tabs to the corporate card, and the House Oversight Committee is now hunting records after finding DC crime data was being manipulated to look better than it was. Shorter show today, bigger questions.

Who is Sayed Mohammed Marandi? Professor at Tehran University. Political Analyst. Frequent guest on Judge Andrew Napolitano’s Podcast…. Judging Freedom. 2 Clips posted by Professor Marandi, or by an AI Hacker in Professor Marandi’s name. Claims that Iran launched 400 Hawsong 18 ICBM’s several nights ago, (early morning hours), and struck their intended targets in the Persian Gulf… sinking 3 U.S. Aircraft Carriers…. The Harry S. Truman, The Eisenhower, and the Gerald R. Ford. The Fate of 17,000 Sailors is unknown. It appears that this clip as well as today’s video is a FAKE. I am deeply upset by this. Making it very difficult to discern truth from fake. I have contacted Judge Napolitano on this matter. A sigh of relief. No nuclear war. S.

The culture war has a new frontline: The suburbs. Austin exposes the deadly delusion of affluent liberal women who think their "privilege" is a shield against federal law enforcement. We break down the "agitation training" camps radicalizing soccer moms and the tragic consequences when reality hits hard. Plus, the media vultures are circling Scott Adams before his body is even cold. We explain why the "Dilbert" creator was the only Prophet of the Trump Era who actually understood the code—and why the NYT will never forgive him for it. Judge Napolitano joins the show to debate the Constitutional crisis of Trump's "I am the Law" interview, and congressional candidate Aaron Baker enters the hot seat to answer for his "America First" foreign policy—and the explosive new report about his controversial connections.
