Zapraszam do posłuchania! Vitiligo can make you feel visible in all the wrong ways. In this special series devoted to widening our circle of empathy for people who often feel marginalized or misunderstood, watch this powerful episode featuring Aiesha Robinson—a youth speaker who helps teens face their insecurities and recognize their worth.Drawing on her lived experience of being diagnosed with Vitiligo at 18 and the loneliness, stigma, and mental health challenges that followed, Aiesha shares how she moved from self-hatred to self-acceptance, and why a simple smile can be a radical act of inclusion. She also introduces Born to Rise, her storytelling platform that creates community through vulnerability and truth, reminding us that no matter what we're facing, we all have the capacity to stand tall.Together, we discuss:Bullying and shame—and how resilience is builtHow self-empathy expands through human connectionHow affirmations work best when paired with real, actionable stepsWhat young people need from us right now to feel seen and supportedThis conversation is about learning to see people fully—and helping every person feel valued, included, and at home in their own skin.00:00 Preview01:05 Introduction 02:43 About Aiesha Robinson06:14 What is Vitiligo?10:07 Aiesha's backstory16:35 The impact of Vitiligo on mental health22:25 The power of affirmations26:42 How Aiesha handles ignorance and hurtful comments29:57 Living with Vitiligo in public32:01 How vulnerability creates strength34:55 What is Born to Rise?39:28 How to become your own best friend42:39 Strategies for teens to overcome self-doubt47:48 Aiesha Robinson's Purposeful Empathy storyCONNECT WITH AIESHA✩ LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/aiesha-robinson/✩ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/aiesharobinson_/?hl=en✩ Facebook https://www.facebook.com/aiesha.robinson.33CONNECT WITH ANITA✩ Email purposefulempathy@gmail.com ✩ Website https://www.anitanowak.com✩ Buy a copy of Purposeful Empathy http://tiny.cc/PurposefulEmpathyCA✩ LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/anitanowak/✩ Instagram https://tinyurl.com/anitanowakinstagram✩ Podcast Audio https://tinyurl.com/PurposefulEmpathyPodcast✩ Bluesky https://bsky.app/profile/anitanowak.bsky.socialSHOW NOTES✩ Born to Rise https://www.instagram.com/borntorise.mtl/✩ Living Dappled https://www.instagram.com/livingdappled/?hl=en✩ BORN 2 RISE - The Aiesha Robinson Vitiligo story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTFnwKXHKlsVideo edited by Jad Misri, Green Horizon Studio
“There isn’t a formula on how to teach this… if it becomes formulaic, it can’t produce the same aha effect.”
Pisał te maile dniem i nocą do całego świata. Krzysztof Skowroński (prowadzący audycję) wrócił do kryzysu finansowego 2008 roku i do mechanizmów ratowania systemu dodrukiem pieniądza.

Martin Nowak, a prominent Harvard mathematician and longtime collaborator of Jeffrey Epstein, was formally sanctioned by Harvard University following an internal review into Epstein's post-conviction involvement with the university. Harvard concluded that Nowak had continued to engage with Epstein after his 2008 sex-crime conviction, including soliciting donations, facilitating meetings, and helping integrate Epstein into Harvard's academic orbit under the guise of scientific philanthropy. As a result, Harvard removed Nowak from his leadership role at the Program for Evolutionary Dynamics, barred him from holding administrative positions, and stripped him of discretionary authority tied to fundraising and institutional representation. While he was not terminated as a faculty member, the sanctions marked a rare and public disciplinary action against a senior academic figure connected to Epstein.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

Today, we come back to this family tragedy in Florida where a father shot his own son.C'est une histoire qui montre comment un simple différend familial a pu basculer de manière absolument tragique. It's a story that shows how a simple family disagreement could turn absolutely tragic. So first, the motive was a feeling of abandonment. William Nowak, the 84-year-old man, simply criticized his son and daughter-in-law for not visiting him often enough. The argument broke out precisely when his son came to see him. The threat was carried out with incredible speed. During the argument, Nowak told his son: "Get out of my house or I'm going to shoot you."Et ce n'était pas une blague. And it was not a joke. He went to get a weapon in his room, he loaded it, he returned to the kitchen, and he shot his son in the face. Finally, the consequences are obviously very serious. The son was hospitalized with multiple injuries, including bullet fragments in his cheek.

In this special HLTH bonus episode of Tech It to the Limit, hosts Sarah Harper and Elliott Wilson battle post-conference fatigue and full-blown health FOMO by bringing the conference floor straight to your earbuds. While Sarah recovers from a “very real case of health FOMO,” Elliott reports from the trenches after surviving days of buzzwords, badge scanners, and $9 lattes. To shake up the usual format, they press play on two standout booth interviews from HLTH.First, Elliott sits down with Dr. Lynne Nowak of Surescripts for a deep dive into seamless prescribing, touchless prior authorization, interoperability, and price transparency. Dr. Lynne breaks down how automation is shrinking prior auth from a multi-day nightmare into a near-instant, 30-second reality, reducing burnout for clinicians and removing friction for patients who just want their meds on time and at a price they can afford. Then, the episode shifts into venture-building mode with returning guest John Beadle of Aegis Ventures. John unpacks how his consortium model is helping health systems move from “innovation theater” to real innovation delivery by building and scaling AI companies faster than the market average. From ambient AI becoming table stakes to the rise of patient-facing agents, he offers a clear view of where healthcare innovation is headed next.In this episode:[00:00] Introduction[01:16] Health conference recap setup[07:13] Interview Dr. lynne Nowak automation and burnout[10:25] Touchless prior authorization explained[12:59] Interoperability and data exchange[18:11] Trust and data governance[19:55] Future of data science at Surescripts[21:12] Interview wrap up Dr. lynne[24:42] Interview John Beadle AI startups and health systems[26:02] Startup success metrics and examples[28:11] Clinician experience and ambient AI[32:19] Advice for health conference attendees[33:07] Sponsor segment HIPAA compliance tool[34:22] Episode wrap up and teaser for part two[35:40] Healthtech haiku and sign-offResources:Tech It To The Limit PodcastWebsite Apple PodcastDr. Lynne NowakLinkedIn -https://www.linkedin.com/in/lynnee-nowak-md-62054583/Surescripts - https://surescripts.com/John BeadleLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/johnpbeadle/Aegis Ventures - https://aegisventures.com/Sarah HarperLinkedIn -https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarahbethharperElliott WilsonLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthewelliottwilson

About Lynne Nowak:Lynne Nowak, MD, is a seasoned physician executive and Chief Data and Analytics Officer with deep expertise at the intersection of clinical care, data, and technology. With 15 years of frontline experience as a board-certified internist and a decade leading large-scale data, interoperability, and clinical strategy initiatives, she has built a career transforming how information improves healthcare quality, access, and cost. She has overseen major enterprise investments, driven compliance with national interoperability standards, led advanced analytics and product development teams, and guided provider-focused digital solutions across complex organizations. Known for her high-energy, collaborative leadership style, she is committed to fixing a fragmented healthcare system while empowering patients, providers, and payers through smarter, connected data.Things You'll Learn:Interoperability between providers, payers, pharmacies, and patients is becoming a powerful driver of access and outcomes. When information flows cleanly, underserved communities benefit the most.AI is only valuable when applied to problems that require deeper analysis, not simple workflows. The real gains come from using AI to handle complex record reviews while leaving simpler tasks to traditional automation.First-fill abandonment affects 20–30% of prescriptions, and most systems fail to notice because no claim is generated. Having visibility into these “silent failures” allows clinicians and plans to intervene earlier.Electronic benefit verification replaces days of manual phone calls with instant eligibility checks for patient assistance programs. This significantly reduces friction for patients attempting to initiate therapy.Automating prior authorizations can cut decision times from days to under 30 seconds. That speed directly affects access, adherence, and overall patient health.Resources:Connect with and follow Lynne Nowak on LinkedIn.Follow Superscripts on LinkedIn and visit their website.
