What a way to kick of Pride Month, amiright?Pardons. Yes -- the presidenture action which "forgives" and removes criminal convictions. Normally the headline of pardons come on at the end of a presidential term. That's not been the case for the first 5 months of TACO Trump's 2nd term. He started right out with the January 6th criminals who attacked the US Capitol and injured many, killing several. Now there's been more. The Boys are sitting down to discuss this latest round with some piping hot tea and then play a game of "who's next?".First though, Casey & Mark are kicking things off with some talk of the latest true crime streamers and a brief weekend in the country. Trash Talk topics this week include suspension finds a family who thought they'd try it, Mary Lou's had a rough week, and if your DJ career has lead to you dj'ing sex parties...And you betta believe, The Boys are giving you recommendations too. The clown show in Washington, DC continues, corruption abounds, and the trash is on full display! And you GBFFs are breaking it all down for you as only they can and will. Noah and Aidan are putting the spotlight on America's favorite fraudulent family: the Chrisleys. In this episode, they dive deep into the surprise clemency granted to Todd and Julie Chrisley and discuss exactly how they got out early, what they were actually convicted of (spoiler alert: fraud) and the duplicitious money trail that landed them behind bars in the first place. But the real twist? Todd and Julie didn't even unpack before hopping back in front of a camera. That's right, they're already filming a brand new reality show for Lifetime — and Aidan and Noah speculating on what this post-prison rebrand could look like, what the network is really banking on, and whether the Chrisleys will go back to their old ways. In a most unexpected move, The Chrisleys have been pardoned. Julie has been spotted, Todd has been doing press conferences non stop and Chase and Savannah do not give one F about what anyone thinks. Of course, Reality TV cameras are there to capture it all. Speaking of Pardons, Teresa Giudice is mad, again, at a whole slew of things. The Villians announces its new cast with repeat offenders. The Traitors is on the verge of announcing its new cast. This time, we're talking about pardons...Trump-style. Once a solemn and rare presidential power, pardons have now become a VIP perk for anyone who can offer Trump enough praise and cash. Fraud? Violence? Treason-lite? No problem, just kiss the ring and open your wallet. Monique breaks down how Trump has turned clemency into a loyalty program for the rich, the corrupt, and the sycophantic. Donald Trump loses his cool when a reporter asks him about a newly popular Wall Street phrase: TACO, aka Trump Always Chickens Out. A federal court unanimously rules that the majority of Trump's tariffs are illegal — before an appeals court allows them to remain in place (for now). And after 128 days of destruction, Elon Musk's time as a Special Government Employee officially comes to a close. Jon and Dan discuss the future of DOGE after Musk, check in on Trump's ongoing war with Harvard University, and deliver a new Corrupt-date — this time on Trump's clemency spree. Then, Jon talks to Liz Oyer, a former DOJ Pardon Attorney, about her MAGA successor's very political approach to a historically nonpartisan job.For a closed-captioned version of this episode, click here. Today's Headlines: Trump dismissed Wall Street's new "TACO trade" nickname — Trump Always Chickens Out — used by investors profiting off his tariff tweets, calling it “the nastiest question.” Meanwhile, he continued his pardon/commutation spree, finalizing the Chrisley's as well as to a corrupt Virginia sheriff, ex-Rep. He also announced plans to take Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac public while keeping government loan guarantees, boosting their stocks to 2008 levels. Today's Headlines: Tensions appear to be rising between Trump and Putin, with Trump acknowledging for the first time that Putin may not want peace in Ukraine. Trump warned that Putin is “playing with fire,” prompting a veiled threat from a top Russian official referencing World War III. Meanwhile, Trump reportedly warned Israeli PM Netanyahu not to sabotage U.S.–Iran nuclear talks, fearing unilateral action from Israel. In Canada, King Charles delivered a pointed speech defending democracy and international cooperation, widely interpreted as a jab at Trump. Trump later suggested Canada should become a U.S. state to benefit from his proposed (and likely fictional) “golden dome” missile shield. Trump also issued several controversial pardons, including for reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley and Florida nursing home exec Paul Walczak—whose mother donated $1M to Trump and attended a Mar-a-Lago fundraiser. In other news, HHS Secretary RFK Jr. announced that COVID vaccines will no longer be recommended for pregnant women and healthy children, despite no supporting data and warnings from medical experts. Lastly, the Trump administration suspended all international student visa processing, citing plans to expand social media screening—just days after trying to block international enrollment at Harvard.
