In Part II of our deep dive into the Ghislaine Maxwell case, we begin with BOP Prison consultant, Walter Pavlo of prisonology.com to talk about her transfer to a minimum security camp. Then, we resume with Mark Allenbaugh of sentencingstats.com for one of our famous "sentencing post-mortems" to see what we can learn from Maxwell's sentencing proceeding. IN THIS EPISODE: Maxwell's unprecedented transfer to a minimum camp; Cheers for the government for understanding the power of narrative lies in the specifics; Cheers to the defense for creating a theme (Epstein's empty chair) and telling her human (redemption) story; Cheers to the defense for zero mention of the Booker case and unnecessary boilerplate – we all know the guidelines are advisory; Cheers to outside the box advocacy where the defense lawyer personally addresses the victims of her own client's crimes; Jeers for ignoring the stats and life expectancy arguments.
40: Tariff Terrorism, Pardons for Fraudsters, Handy Andy's Reincarnation, & More Fare Beating Outrages.Welcome to episode forty of David & Stu… Unhinged! As always, we'd like to thank Clara Wang for creating the fantastic artwork for this podcast. In this episode, David and Stu cover the following:1) Trump's reckless imposition of tariffs on every country, including an uninhabited Island, and the architect behind this, Peter Navarro, who has a PhD in Economics from Harvard yet is as dumb as a pile of bricks, to quote Trump's favorite parasite, Elon Musk.2) More outrageous grants of pardons have been issued to disgusting fraudsters Trevor Milton, Jason Galanis & Devin Archer. It seems all someone has to do is donate money to Trump's campaigns or just kiss his ass, and he will give them a get-out-of-jail-free card even if they murdered his mother.3) The NYC Mayor's race is shaping up with Handy Andy Cuomo making a huge comeback, while the failed Eric Adams plans to run as an independent since he has become a pariah in the Democrat Party after making a deal with Trump in exchange for having his corruption charges being dropped. Funny enough, even though Cuomo is a nursing home serial killer, he seems best suited to be Mayor when compared to the other vermin that are running.4) The fare-beating crisis on NYC transit continues unabated, which has coaxed the MTA to conduct a study to understand the psychology behind this. Instead of wasting money on a study, we suggest that these deadbeats should be fined and prosecuted, which hasn't been done since the progressives stopped enforcing the laws against fare beaters.Connect with David & Stu: Email David & Stu: davidandstuunhinged@gmail.com and share your comments, concerns, and questions.• We encourage all to visit our website (https://www.rageworksnetwork.com/show/david-stu-unhinged/) and please leave comments for our consideration. The views expressed on air during David & Stu... After finishing their third week of doing Nightmare on Strip Street (over 20 shows, already!), Julie & Brandy are very tired, very dumb, and very gay. So, this episode definitely lives up to the name Dumb, Gay Podcast. The girls discuss the possible Jizzlane Maxwell pardon, the Oklahoma Superintendent p*rn scandal, and Candace Owens getting sued by the President of France. The episode sounds good on paper, but it's actually serving big Pod-bro energy: under-prepared, overly-opinionated, and most-likely insufferable.*****CHECK OUT FREE EPISODES OF JULIE & BRANDY'S PATREON PODCAST*****FOLLOW JULIE ON INSTAGRAM & TWITTER****FOLLOW BRANDY ON INSTAGRAM & TWITTER***EMAIL THEM! In this information-packed Monday episode, Jon Herold dives into the unfolding impact of Trump's trade deals, the Durham report, and the expanding reach of the DOJ's Strike Force. He kicks off with Trump's $750 billion energy agreement with the EU, a $600 billion investment pledge, and baseline tariffs reshaping global commerce. The show digs into Trump's controversial comments on potentially pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell, the implications of her reported cooperation, and Trump's administration reclaiming control over child trafficking operations. Herold walks through the Durham report's rationale for not pursuing prosecutions, classified documents, lack of provable intent, and how those hurdles may now be surmountable through new declassifications. He explores speculation around the Mar-a-Lago raid, whether the CIA hid key reports, and how Devin Nunes and Ezra Cohen-Watnick may know more than they let on. From Trump ending an obscure war between Cambodia and Thailand, to U.S. investments in AI chip manufacturing and critical minerals, to the collapse of Media Matters, the episode zooms out to connect the dots across politics, media, finance, and global power shifts. Plus, a tribute to Badlands supporter CraneOp rounds out the hour with heart.
The saga of Jeffrey Epstein is ongoing and ever-present in the news. And there are powerful lessons to be learned. But the talking heads are mostly just spinning their wheels. So, if you're seeking some straight talk and inside scoop about all of it, you've come to the right place. This is a 2-part episode, as there is much ground to cover. The title, of course, is an homage to the great Beatles song. But in truth, Ms. Maxwell does indeed wield a hammer. The Trump folks want to use it to do damage control and she's looking to dig a tunnel out of the federal bureau of prisons. It remains to be seen whether Ghislaine Maxwell will be the extinguisher or the accelerant to this dumpster fire of a case. IN THIS EPISODE: Preamble: Ghislaine is talkin' to the feds, but to what end? Thoughts on whether Epstein took his own life, through the lens of the suicide and mental health epidemic in jails and prisons; The non-prosecution plea agreement that Ghislaine Maxwell says requires dismissal of all her charges; What this really shows is the importance of well drafted plea agreements; Statistical analysis of the “trial penalty”; Fighting the dreaded appeal waiver in plea agreements; Pleading “straight up” when the government is offering you a terrible plea agreement. Stay tuned for PART II!

In a recent decision, the execution of Ralph Leroy Menzies was set for September 5. This comes after many appeals in his conviction for the murder of Maurine Hunsaker in 1986. The lawyers for Menzies are appealing to the Utah Board of Pardons and Paroles to grant him clemency due to his dementia. Greg goes in-depth on the trial and how conviction can get muddy when the defendant doesn't understand the punishment.

Designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a Terrorist Organization Senator Cruz discusses his long-standing effort to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist group. He outlines the organization's history, global reach, and alleged ties to terrorism. The conversation critiques past U.S. administrations, particularly the Obama and Biden administrations, for their handling of the Brotherhood. Cruz introduces a “modernized” version of his bill using a “bottom-up” approach to target specific violent branches first. IRS Ruling on Churches and Political Endorsements The IRS has agreed that churches and pastors can endorse political candidates without risking their tax-exempt status. This is framed as a major shift from the Johnson Amendment, which previously discouraged political speech from the pulpit. The discussion includes a personal anecdote from Cruz about defending pastors in Houston who were subpoenaed for their sermons. Biden Autopen Scandal The New York Times reported that President Biden used an autopen to sign pardons without personally reviewing each case. Cruz argues that this could render many of those pardons legally invalid under DOJ guidelines. The conversation speculates on the legal and political implications, including potential challenges to the pardons. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. The show opens with June's PPI numbers and we were below expectations, showing inflation still isn't a problem, despite the dire warnings from so many. VP Vance cast the tie breaking vote to push the first recission bill through, cutting $9B in spending, including $1B for NPR and PBS. President Trump also announced saving the largest natural gas energy plant in all of North America while he was in Pennsylvania. Then, today, he announced a huge deal with the country of Bahrain. We have to return to more Epstein conversation, but this time, I think I finally have a much better handle on the strategy of this White House. We use a piece produced by CNN's Kaitlin Collins to illustrate what I believe is happening behind the scenes. Next, we dive into an undercover piece from the O'Keefe Media Group catching a J&J scientist throwing their Covid-19 vaccine under the bus. Other scandals discussed include Sen. Adam Schiff's (D-CA) attempt to re-frame his mortgage fraud woes and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) wants criminal charges brought on Dr. Anthony Fauci. The Trump administration is halting all access of illegals to Federal programs, meant to save up to $40B annually. An anti-Semitic professor at Georgetown has been removed as Islamic studies department chair. Trump has convinced a dozen Republicans to support stopping any attempt to form a CBDC. We close with another trade deal win for the United States with Indonesia. And, finally, one of Trump's judge appoints gets through the Senate; it only took six months. The controversial auto-pen signatures from the Biden administration's final days are finally getting examined. The fellas discuss how these decisions, particularly the pardons for figures like Anthony Fauci, Biden Family members, and Jerry Lundergan, were reportedly made without Biden's direct involvement, despite his team's insistence otherwise. But Hunter got a handwritten one. The deep state left a note. So this is your friendly reminder that the State Department fired employees want you to do your best to ‘resist fascism.' A really wild read from the New York Times by Obama speech writer David Litt sheds light on how the democrats look down on MAGA, and the fellas just can't get enough of this OpEd. ️ Trump approaches foreign policy unlike any other President and it's paying off, just like The Progrum knew it would. This sweeping exposé reveals a tangled web of political scandal and institutional failure at the highest levels of American government. From President Biden's explosive admission that he did not personally approve all pardons—delegating his signature to staff who quietly greenlit controversial clemencies, including one for Anthony Fauci—to credible allegations that the Biden family's business ties influenced official acts, the crisis of accountability deepens. Simultaneously, a groundbreaking investigation shatters the official narrative of the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Newly surfaced evidence and firsthand accounts show that Butler County SWAT officer Aaron Zalaponi—not the Secret Service—delivered the critical shot that stopped the attacker. The FBI allegedly destroyed or withheld key evidence, including failing to extract bullets before the suspect's cremation, and promoted those responsible for security lapses. Together, these revelations paint a chilling picture of a government willing to obscure the truth, bypass legal safeguards, and protect its own power at any cost. As more whistleblowers and independent journalists come forward, the urgent question remains: who is really running the country—and what else are they hiding?
These explosive back-to-back segments expose two of the most consequential controversies rocking Washington. First, President Biden is under fire for admitting he did not personally approve every pardon issued under his name—staffers used an auto pen to sign off on controversial pardons, including one for Dr. Anthony Fauci, raising questions about foreign influence and accountability. Former President Trump calls it a historic scandal, while lawmakers demand investigations into whether pardons were effectively sold or manipulated. Meanwhile, a bombshell Fox News investigation reveals that during the Trump assassination attempt, it was Butler County SWAT officer Aaron Zalaponi—not the Secret Service—who fired the decisive shot that neutralized the shooter. The FBI and Secret Service allegedly withheld this fact, cremated critical ballistic evidence, and promoted officials involved in the botched security operation. As Trump himself may still be unaware of these hidden details, the reports fuel demands for transparency, accountability, and a thorough reexamination of both events.
President Trump wants answers—and the autopen is back in the spotlight. On today's Wake Up America, we dive into the shady scandal behind Biden's final pardons. Did Joe actually approve those clemency orders, or did a machine sign off while he wandered the halls looking for pudding? This isn't a conspiracy—it's an investigation. You'll get the sharp monologue, the laughs, and the facts the mainstream won't touch. Plus: Camellia Peterson (@rarecamellia) joins us to break down political estrangement, vaccine shaming, and how to rebuild relationships after the culture war burned Thanksgiving dinner to a crisp. Join Jim and Greg for Monday's 3 Martini Lunch as they sift through three controversies, including President Trump trying to turn the page from the Epstein scandal, disturbing reports about Biden's staff handling presidential pardons, and the X account of Elmo from Sesame Street spewing vile anti-Semitism after allegedly getting hacked.First, they break down the long Truth Social post from President Trump urging an end to MAGA infighting over the Justice Department's announcement that there was no Epstein client list, no children were ever exploited, and Epstein did kill himself. Trump also says the Epstein files that do exist were written by President Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Comey, and others. But this effort to move on seems to have accomplished exactly the opposite.Next, they dig into a New York Times report revealing that Joe Biden did not specifically choose many of the people he pardoned near the end of his term. He allegedly worked on the criteria for the pardons would be based but his staff ended up choosing the names and signing them with an autopen. So, will these pardons stand up to legal scrutiny? Finally, they cringe as the X account of Elmo, yes Elmo the Muppet, is reportedly hacked after a series of ugly tweets calling for killing all of the Jews. Even assuming it was hacked, Jim suspects this could help to kill taxpayer funding for PBS. Both Jim and Greg are also glad they were old enough to miss the Elmo era entirely on Sesame Street. Please visit our great sponsors:Stop putting off those doctors' appointments and go to https://zocdoc.com/3ML to find and instantly book a top rated doctor today. Last-Minute Biden Pardons Of Fauci, J6 Committee & Others Authorized By WH Aid Jeff Zients
There's lots of breaking news this morning about the pardons issued by former President Joe Biden that were signed by using an Autopen, rather than by the Biden personally. We're now hearing that substantial portions of this process of finalizing these pardons were done by Biden's staff.Does the use of the autopen make these pardons invalid? What about the fact that many of the pardons are open-ended, applying to any and all offenses, rather than specified offenses? What about where the pardons fail to specify individuals, but simply refer to a class of persons to be pardoned? The answer is that likely NONE of this makes ANY of these Biden pardons legally invalid. I'll explain WHY, as well as WHAT WOULD BE REQUIRED for a presidential pardon to be deemed invalid. The #1 guide for understanding when using force to protect yourself is legal. Now yours for FREE! In this explosive "What's Trending" segment of The Clay Edwards Show, host Clay Edwards breaks down the hottest topic buzzing on X: the controversy over former President Joe Biden's use of an autopen to sign hundreds of pardons and commutations in his final days in office, potentially rendering them invalid and opening the door for accountability. Drawing from a New York Times report, Clay details how Biden approved criteria for categorical pardons but his staff used the autopen—a mechanical signature device—for the final documents without his direct sign-off each time, including preemptive pardons for Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and January 6th Committee members like Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson. He highlights emails showing late-night approvals by aides, fueling claims from President Trump and allies that these pardons are "void" and illegitimate, possibly leading to rescissions and prosecutions. Clay expresses unbridled excitement, calling it "what I voted for" and envisioning Nuremberg-style trials for Fauci and J6 figures, while debunking Biden's defense that he personally made every decision. Though fact-checkers label Trump's claims baseless, noting autopen's historical use by presidents, Clay sides with the scrutiny, arguing it's a massive problem for the deep state. This trending scandal, amplified by MAGA voices, has X ablaze with debates on presidential power and accountability. Tune in for Clay's unfiltered breakdown, real-time X trends, and why this could mean "so much winning" for justice. Follow @SaveJXN on social media for clips and updates!

Donald Trump loses his cool when a reporter asks him about a newly popular Wall Street phrase: TACO, aka Trump Always Chickens Out. A federal court unanimously rules that the majority of Trump's tariffs are illegal — before an appeals court allows them to remain in place (for now). And after 128 days of destruction, Elon Musk's time as a Special Government Employee officially comes to a close. Jon and Dan discuss the future of DOGE after Musk, check in on Trump's ongoing war with Harvard University, and deliver a new Corrupt-date — this time on Trump's clemency spree. Then, Jon talks to Liz Oyer, a former DOJ Pardon Attorney, about her MAGA successor's very political approach to a historically nonpartisan job.For a closed-captioned version of this episode, click here.
