During the interview, Moon said that he had several conversations with Carlson, who sought his counsel on how to shed the “antisemitism” label. After advising Carlson on the necessary steps needed to redeem himself, “Tucker doubled down on his antisemitism,” according to Moon. Moon spent last decade focusing his attention on raising awareness about persecuted Christians in the Middle East and encouraging Christian support for Israel and the Jewish people. During the interview, Moon spoke about the Marxist/Islamist alliance. While taking about Wisconsin Gubernatorial candidate and other DSA candidates, the frequent refrain is, " "None of us are free until Palestine is free." Moon asks, "Why is it important for the DSA activists and candidates to declare this idea? It is because the liberation of Palestine means the end of Israel. And Israel is a stand-in for God. To destroy Israel is to destroy God which would bring about liberation from God's commands and expectations." Israel is the living testimony that the God of the Bible makes promises and keeps them. You cannot look at a reconstituted Jewish state in the ancient homeland — after two thousand years of exile — and call it a coincidence. It is a provocation to every worldview that denies a sovereign God who acts in history. Spurgeon was a revivalist preacher who was leading thousands of working-class people to faith and taking away Marx's army. Marx hated him for it. Similarly, the Islamists demand total submission to Allah. The God revealed in scripture, particularly through Israel and the Church, is a rival truth claim that must be suppressed. When Islamists come to power, the churches and synagogues are destroyed. The ones that aren't destroyed are turned into museums or government-controlled PR outlets. The leftist cultural critic David Masciotra isn't happy with the state of America in the first half of 2026. His dislike of the MAGA crowd goes without saying. But his anger at the state of progressive politics is more noteworthy. So far, he says, 2026 has been — to borrow from Antonio Gramsci — a time for monsters both on the left and right. With its “Epstein class” vocabulary, knee-jerk Luddism and AIPAC litmus tests, the left, Masciotra argues, is mimicking MAGA in its paranoid bigotry. The year's most disturbing story so far is Graham Platner, the erstwhile Maine Senate candidate who, Masciotra suggests, is either an idiot or a Nazi. Equally disturbing were the “progressives” who blindly defended Platner until the most recent rape accusations. So how to slay these monsters on the left? What's missing, Masciotra argues, is the kind of positively benevolent Jacksonian (Jesse) vision which seizes the moral high ground of American politics. We are still waiting for the next Bill Clinton, Obama, or even Bernie able to imagine a new dawn for the left in America. Maybe we'll see the early shoots of a more optimistic progressivism in the second half of the year. In the manner of a football (soccer) match, let's hope 2026 turns out to be a year of two halves. Five Takeaways •       The Old Gods Return. Masciotra's answer to the what-time-is-it question is that 2026 has seen the old gods stumble back onto the landscape: nationalism, male chauvinism, paranoia and conspiracism. Borrowing from Zygmunt Bauman, he argues that we have moved from a solid age to a liquid one, in which nothing feels stable — and instability inculcates a nostalgia that is usually irrational and ill-informed. People are reaching for the resurrection of manufacturing, the male-headed nuclear family, even a return to religion, with young Americans reportedly turning to Catholicism. Quality of life is objectively better than in our grandparents' era, and yet we live in an age of doom-scrolling and pessimism. •       The Epstein Class and the Left's New Litmus Tests. The criticism of Israeli conduct after October 7 has morphed, for many on the left, into an all-encompassing paranoia in which AIPAC, Zionists, and “the Epstein class” control everything. Graham Platner coupled those terms constantly in his stump speeches — antisemitic conspiracy-mongering 101, in Masciotra's phrase — and declaring Israel genocidal has become a litmus test in Democratic primaries from Maine to Denver to California. Masciotra, who saw Jesse Jackson spend decades atoning for Hymietown, calls this the most important story of 2026 to monitor: the collapse of parts of the progressive left into bigotry, misogyny tolerance, and purity tests. •       Luxury Beliefs and Streamer Politics. Voter turnout used to be organized bottom-up — black churches, the NAACP, Jackson's Rainbow PUSH Coalition — around the issues of actual neighborhoods. Now streamers like Hasan Piker mobilize thousands of calls into districts they know nothing about, amplifying what Masciotra calls luxury beliefs: positions whose consequences never touch the people who hold them, from making every race about Israel to defunding police in neighborhoods the believers don't live in. Whether it's Piker on the left or Nick Fuentes on the right, national streamers will always champion luxury beliefs, because they lack the knowledge to champion local ones. •       Working-Class Drag Doesn't Work. Platner looked like he had just changed a tire and talked like a pro wrestler cutting a promo on Susan Collins — and the polls showed Collins beating him even before he dropped out over credible accusations of rape and domestic violence. White working-class voters, Masciotra argues, are not looking for someone in the right costume with the right gravelly voice; they have real beliefs, and they respond to people who speak directly to their concerns rather than in the nomenclature of consultant firms. Nobody in Maine piecing together a living as a farmer or a home-health aide has AIPAC first and foremost on their mind. •       Waiting for the Benevolent Vision. What the half-year lacks, from Washington to Westminster, is what Jesse Jackson had even for his critics: a benevolent vision. Masciotra finds it today in Bryan Stevenson and the civil rights tradition he calls the moral center of American politics, and in Senator Raphael Warnock, who preaches from King's old church. His policy candidate for the next Clinton-or-Obama moment is a self-employment manifesto — politics for the millions piecing together gig work who appear in nobody's rhetoric, not the manufacturing nostalgia of the right nor the union nostalgia of the left. And on AI, he sees an opening: oppose the secretly-dealt data centers, as presidential hopeful J.B. Hudba je pro něj intimnější než herectví a otevřenost nebere jako pózu. Naopak říká, že mu bylo nepříjemné hrát v prvních rozhovorech na „bezproblémového a milého člověka“. „Já se tak strašně často stydím,“ přiznává a na rovinu mluví i o herectví. Už kdysi o sobě totiž řekl, že je údajně „fakt špatný herec“. Ve skutečnosti tím podle ale myslí, že věci neumí jen „zahrát“, ale musí si je fyzicky vytvořit. While at “Russia's Davos” she marvelled at the cleanliness and beauty of Moscow, explained that Americans were never given any real reason why Putin invading Ukraine was bad, and deflected questions about her potential presidential run. She's not alone. MAGA has increasingly found a warm place in its heart for Vladimir Putin and other strongman dictator-types (like Viktor Orban). Owens rubbed shoulders with accused sex traffickers, the Tate Brothers, fake martial artist and aging film star, Steven Segall, Trump's head of the Commission of Fine Arts, and representatives of the Taliban, North Korea, Iran, and China. In this reimagining of Russia—the same “evil empire” of GOP patron saint, Ronald Reagan—the post-Soviet dictatorship is poo-pooed as a danger to European democracies by a growing cadre on the right. Later, Democratic Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner is a profoundly disturbed individual whom Democrats refuse to disavow because they prioritize power above all else. Platner, who's a self-described Communist, trashes American troops and police and he must be stopped from reaching the Senate. The Iranian regime has no intention of honoring any deal. They view negotiations merely as opportunities to delay while pursuing their goal of conquering and converting others through violence, as they believe Allah commands. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Graham Platner is the presumed Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Maine. He has received support from Senators Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Chuck Schumer, even though Platner is an antisemite with a past Nazi tattoo. Just goes to show that the Democrats don't care about America - they care about one thing: power. Also, Tucker Carlson has a largely overseas audience, especially in Pakistan, whose viewers drive Carlson's content toward anti-Christian, anti-Jewish, pro-Sharia, and pro-enemy positions that Americans reject. Carlson is accused of texting the Iranian regime before a war, pushing conspiracies blaming Jews and Israel for pressuring Trump into military action, and aligning with figures like Hassan Piker, Nick Fuentes, and Steve Bannon. The Work Reich are mentally ill extremists who are in line with the Democrats, Marxists, and Islamists to trash America, root for its enemies, and destroy the country. Have you noticed the Democrat media are now promoting Carlson, and Democrats are quoting him? On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Democrats are planning to impeach President Trump on day one if they retake the House in the midterms, with members already building the case through shadow hearings and fact-checking. They are giddy about it, viewing it as a way to bog him down, undermine his momentum, and target his family and friends, even though removal in the Senate is impossible. This dangerous guerrilla warfare, that turns the Constitution inside out, is part of a broader Democrat strategy to seize and keep permanent power. Also, Democrats will talk about affordability and domestic issues but have no real intention of addressing them, as they block drilling and pipelines, push electric vehicles that drive up gasoline and food costs, and plan to raise property taxes. They ignore safe streets and will unleash horrific border inflows. Republicans fail to fight effectively, as seen in Virginia where they spent less and engaged late.  Later, it's inexcusable that Hasan Piker, who celebrated 9/11 and October 7th, is celebrated by the Democrat Party.
