In this episode of The Late Night Vision Show, Jason and Hans bring you their picks for the “Best Thermal Scopes Under $6,000 for 2025". We've narrowed down a strong field of 8 standout models, 2 featuring 1024 resolution and the rest built around solid 640 sensors and every scope on the list has laser range finding (LRF) capabilities. We dive into why each one made the list, how the 640 optics compete with the 1024 models and discuss how the 640s still deliver serious performance. Whether you're hunting long range, short to medium range or just demand top‑tier gear, this episode serves the shortlist you'll want to consider.

De kostnaderna måste börja räknas in i livsmedelspriset.

Bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) have transformative potential in cancer treatment and can be successfully integrated into community oncology practices. To support this integration, ACCC is committed to providing educational initiatives and support for cancer care teams to optimize care coordination. In this episode, CANCER BUZZ speaks with Jean Louise Koff, MD, MSc, associate professor of hematology and medical oncology at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, to discuss the impact of bispecific antibodies on cancer treatment outcomes, and the challenges and opportunities of integrating this innovative approach into community oncology practices. Dr. Koff sheds light on the opportunities for future partnerships with academic centers and community oncology sites to ensure there is proper infrastructure and training to safely administer bispecific antibodies. “We're only at the beginning here; I think that as new bispecific agents are developed, there may be other indications in which they can be used, so it will be a broader population of patients who may end up being eligible to receive these drugs.” -Jean Louise Koff Jean Louise Koff, MD, MSc Associate Professor, Hematology and Medical Oncology Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University Atlanta, GA This podcast was developed in connection with APSHO and LRF and made possible with support by Genentech and Johnson & Johnson.

This week we learn about predator hunting with thermal equipment. Two excellent Louisiana outfitters who specialize in hunting pigs and coyotes with thermals at night join us to explain just how it's done. It's a fascinating discussion and we all learned that we all want to experience this unique hunt. We know first-hand how devastating pigs can be to a property, but these guys have found a way to keep the pressure on them and help their local farmers AND have FUN! If you have feral pigs in your area, there may be local farmers that would welcome you to help reduce their numbers. The trappers are using thermals and suppressors to clean up the pigs they can get in traps.
