8 years of volunteer and career experience. Currently a Lieutenant with Bullock County Fire Department in Georgia. Brian is no stranger when it comes to the phrase having to do more with less. When arriving on scene at a working structure fire as a company officer Brian has to give a size-up, establish command, pull a line, conduct a 360, team up with his driver and get after it. There are no excuses with Brian as to why you can't get anything done with what you have. Brian also experienced a tremendous loss within his family. I want the listeners to really listen and focus to what occurred and ask yourself whether you make the decisions within your organization or not are you able to look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you do everything in your power to be the best Firefighter and version of yourself?IG: mcree68

Labor Pains: Dealing with infertility and loss during pregnancy or infancy.
Theresa McRee is a Life Coach working with women that have experienced profound grief. She works with her clients to find their way to joy and part of that is finding their purpose. She said overcoming grief is perhaps the first time they can ask themselves, what is my purpose and how can I use what I have learned from this loss experience to help other people. A few of the questions that Theresa works through with her clients: How do we understand suffering? Who am I? How can I move forward with so much loss and pain? What is my purpose? Every grief journey is different. It is hard work and you have to work through it, it is a process. As the holidays are quickly approaching we also talked about navigating, by doing what is best for yourselves. How to honor your child and yourself. Theresa also shared about the physical and mental effects of grief on the entire body. And walked us through a really simple breathing technique to help with the emotional and stressful times. “Cash is King!” It's not a phrase, but a crucial component in order to keep our civil liberties in America. Using cash in our daily lives gives us freedom, says certified public accountant and author David McRee. David contends that Americans should cling tightly to their dollar bills and explains how digital transactions leave a trail of metadata that the government can use to track your every move and predict your behavior. David believes that the U.S. will eventually be a cashless society, although the process might take some time. Cash offers freedom because it provides transactional privacy. Once all transactions are electronic, financial institutions will completely control your life, this CPA warns. David also discusses ways to push back on the cashless agenda. TAKEAWAYS Having cash is like having a “wild card” because the government can't track that money or control it It is wiser to focus on paying off any credit card debt you may have before investing in gold Banks and financial institutions monitor cash transactions that exceed $10,000 The War on Cash is David's examination of how banks and the government want to eliminate cash and control our every move
