What is the inside game on mass migration? Yes, I know that eventually they will become voters, but that's not the inside game. The inside game is they are setting up ‘one world,' redistributing ideas, morals, and behaviors. All around the globe, this is happening, where no ideology, no morality, or set of behaviors can be practiced with relative unanimity. How do we respond? I have a rumination to share with you from 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. I also share an analysis that indicates there are 1-2 million terrorists in the US. This analysis comes from an association of intelligence analysts operating on a rogue basis, and the report itself is based on court and arrest records of those we know are here from Hezbollah. This comes on the heels of what we are told is domestic terror at the White House from those waving flags of the so-called nation of Palestine. Additionally, a man in the UK was arrested for a Facebook post expressing his upset about how many people are waving flags in support of Hamas. What does God's Word say? 2 Corinthians 10:3-53 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. BlazeTV contributor Jaco Booyens and Glenn Beck's chief writer and researcher, Jason Buttrill, join the show to discuss Hamas official Ghazi Hamad's interview with a Lebanon news channel during which Hamad vowed to attack Israel again and again until Israel no longer exists. Hamad defended Hamas' actions that claimed the lives of over 1,400 Israelis on October 7. Hamad declared: "Israel is a country that has no place on our (Palestine's) land." President Biden claims he will veto a stand-alone funding bill for Israel. The Office of Management and Budget said, “This bill is bad for Israel, for the Middle East region, and for our own national security.” This budget bill would decouple the money from Ukraine funding and border aid. Patrick Dai, 21, a self-identified “Hamas fighter” who was busted for allegedly threatening to kill Jews at Cornell University, had his first day in court today. According to Howie, anyone who includes his personal pronouns, under ANY circumstances, is highly suspect. That's Patrick Dai's first red flag. His much larger issue, however, is the overt anti-Semitic threats. Now that he's going to be charged, however, the mental illnesses are kicking in. Same stuff, different day!
On the day after Halloween, it occurred to me that what we are seeing on the Left is analogous to the story of Mary Shelly's, “Frankenstein.” The Left has created their own monster and now it's been set loose and it's no longer under control. It's destroying everything in it's wake. That monster is the hate and vitriol associated with today's modern-day Leftist ideology, rooted in Wokeism and DEI. First we open with DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the walking male member with eyebrows. This joker should have been impeached a long time ago for dereliction of duty and for allowing harm and destruction to our nation and it's citizens as a result. He has a back and forth with Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) over current border practices and anti-Semitisim within DHS. On the campus of Cornell University, police have arrested one person who posted horrible threats to Jewish students on their forum. Patrick Dai worked as a “safety officer” at Cornell. You cannot make this up! White House spokesperson John Kirby was asked if the rise in anti-Semitism is akin to domestic terrorism. He was unable to confirm that at this time. It's amazing how there are so many group the FBI has designated as domestic terrorists, like Trump supporters and parents who get vocal at school board meetings, but threatening to kill Jews and they aren't sure. Victor Davis Hanson comments on how its taken three weeks to get just a few college presidents to denounce the bigotry and hate parading on their own campuses. But, let's face it, this monster isn't going away anytime soon. They'd have to admit how wrong they were in dismantling classic education in favor of their woke, social-justice, DEI programming that has allowed the hatred to be grown and sown on campus. Maybe, if we stopped sending our kids to those schools for a couple of years, maybe that would make them wake-up? But I doubt we will see that. Tulsi Gabbard sees the same monster roaming the halls of Congress that has arisen across college campuses. The Hamas Squad is an example of the same manifestation of hate and bigotry. At it's heart, their philosophy is deeply anti-American. Finally, in case you still were in doubt about Hamas, a spokesman just stated they will never stop until Israel and the Jewish people are no more. They relish in spilling the blood of their own people in order to accomplish genocide. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. In this episode, I and Eva Yoo, co-host speak to Patrick Dai, founder and CEO at Qtum foundation (China, Signapore) Qtum is a hybrid blockchain application platform. Its core technology combines a fork of bitcoin core, an Account Abstraction Layer allowing for multiple virtual machines, including the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), and a Proof-of-stake Consensus protocol, aimed at tackling industry use cases. Qtum (pronounced “quantum”) is a cryptocurrency software that aims to combine different parts of the Bitcoin and Ethereum design models in a bid to entice application developers. The Qtum's cryptocurrency, QTUM, for example, is used to pay fees to those who help operate the network, and the distribution of newly minted QTUM is based on ownership of the asset. QTUM coins also provide voting rights in its on-chain governance system, meaning if you buy QTUM, you can influence the direction of the software's development.

Patrick, the Founder of Qtum ($300M Market Cap), joins us on Base Layer and there's a lot to unpack on this one. Qtum wants to harness the best attributes of the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains to create a decentralized, well-governed smart contracts platform with the potential to iterate on existing consensus mechanisms and other protocol parameters. Qtum believes proof-of-work blockchain protocols like suffer from categorical scaling limitations such that proof-of-stake is if only by default a viable consensus model. Qtum plans to build the first robust proof-of-stake UTXO-based smart-contract network. They also have a Decentralized Governance Protocol which we discussed in addition to their full node count and more insight into their x86 Virtual Machine which aims to support C, C++, Rust, Python and other widely used programming languages, facilitating mainstream adoption of smart contract development.

Let me ask you a tough question: Do you know your rights if a lawsuit were to ever be brought against you or your business in China? I certainly didn’t and in fact, the idea of that happening brought more anxiety with it than anything else. Thankfully, sitting with lawyer and managing partner of Guo Ce Law Firm, Patrick Dai, put my mind totally at ease. In this final episode in our Start-Up Law series, Patrick talks through some of the main types of disputes he has seen involving laowai in China, the process for filing a dispute, how to properly gather evidence to support your case and how to actually minimize your chances of getting caught up in a lawsuit in the first place. Is Intellectual Property Right in China a joke? I mean, it doesn’t take long to form the biased conclusion that China is still a bit of an IP Wild, Wild West, right? Well, I was delighted and a bit surprised to be honest, to hear lawyer Patrick Dai’s take on intellectual property rights and the changes that are happening across China to ensure proper protection for those of us with IP that we’d rightly like to protect. In this episode he walks through the registration of trademarks and patents and the legal liabilities for infringement of IP in China. With many viable options to set up an organization in China, how do you determine which is right for you? What limitations might you put on yourself if you go it alone, without a local partner? How do you protect yourself and your interests in a joint venture? In episode 2 in our series on Start-Up Law with lawyer and managing partner of Guo Ce Law Firm, Patrick Dai, he addresses these questions and more so you can walk away with a better understanding of which options might be the best fit for you and your company.
