Despite a late start due to typical inclement Central Florida weather, the 16,000+ fans in attendance were treated to a fairly feisty friendly between the teams from Birmingham and London. It started out a bit cagey but chances were created, although only one team took advantage of those. We provide a brief overview of a top-notch friendly at the Purple Palace. The only Leagues Cup South 2 group stage match that doesn't involve Orlando City took place in Houston on Tuesday night, as the Dynamo played copycat and drew Santos Laguna, before then beating the Liga MX side in penalties. If it's a Friends-giving episode it's ALWAYS worth the re-watch! Between Chandler's states game, Joey's "moo point" and Chandler's dog phobia, there's comedic gold to go all around. Tag seemed to get over his ex-girlfriend, whom he thought he would be with forever, rather quickly. Have we been watching Friends for too long or does Joey's "moo point" make complete sense? Naming all 50 states in under 6 minutes is easy and Erica & Aubrie can prove it. It's Thanksgiving at the Purple Palace and the friends are spending it together. Monica and Chandler discover that Phoebe has been secretly keeping a dog in her room. Chandler's deepest, darkest secret, thus, must come to light: Chandler hates dogs. Chandler has all the friends play a game where you have to list all 50 states in under 6 minutes. Ross gets a little too confident and when he can't do it, he makes a bet that he can get all 50 before dinner or he won't eat. Tag joins the friends for dinner after breaking up with his girlfriend. Orlando City remained unbeaten in preseason with a comeback draw against the Colorado Rapids this week. We didn't get to see the match or get many details, but if you think that's going to stop us from talking about it, you grossly underestimate our ability to talk about things. The Lions also welcomed one of their missing pieces, as Rafael Santos has arrived in the City Beautiful, so that's good. The Lions and Pride are still without a key player each as of this writing, but they'll be along at some point. We think. In the meantime, Orlando City signed one of the two rookies in camp who weren't already signed. Abdi Salim has earned his first professional contract and he signed that on Tuesday. We await the expected signing of forward Duncan McGuire. If you're wondering about Shak Mohammed, he's already signed by being a Generation Adidas player. The U.S. Men's National Team is returning to Exploria Stadium, looking to stay perfect in the Purple Palace. We discuss the Yanks coming to town in March to face El Salvador in Concacaf Nations League play and why it's important for USMNT fans to get their tickets as early as possible. The Orlando Pride sustained a major injury blow during preseason camp in Port St. Lucie, as defender Carrie Lawrence suffered a torn ACL and is out indefinitely. While we don't know how long indefinitely means — exactly — we do know that torn ACLs right before the season are not a great thing. The Pride also got their regular-season and NWSL Challenge Cup schedule for 2023. Necessity prevails and she goes to the dentist and she thinks the curse has been lifted until they discover that ugly naked guy hasn't moved in a few hours. So, they decide to poke him. Joey tells Chandler that he saw Janice kissing her ex so he confronts her about it. When she can't decide who to choose, Chandler decides for her that they should call it quits. Ross leaves Ben with Rachel and Monica for a few hours and Monica bangs Ben's head on the wood beam in the apartment.
