The Philadelphia Union clinched the 2025 MLS Supporters' Shield with a gritty 1-0 victory over NYCFC, thanks to Mikael Uhre's lone goal. The Union set a new club record with 20 wins in 33 games, with one match still remaining. A win in their final game would also set a new club record for total points, bringing them to 69.
