In our conversation, Denise talks about what to expect if you attend, because this is not your typical yoga retreat. It’s a call to action, Denise says, because for there to be change outside, it has to happen within first. Kripalu has long been known as a place to cultivate your inner resources in a nourishing environment that supports transformation. The 5-day program will feature some of the most prominent yoga teachers, civil rights activists, artists, and speakers, but the focus will also be on the diverse voices of participants with the ultimate goal of bringing about lasting collective change.

Canadian star Bianca Andreescu has confirmed she'll be returning to the ASB Classic next January after impressing in her maiden appearance earlier this year. The 19-year-old has been the form player of 2019 having a staggering 89 percent win record, the best of any player on the WTA Tour, capturing three titles including the biggest event of the year, the 'Desert Slam' in Indian Wells, and her home tournament, the Rogers Cup in Toronto.Andreescu has not lost a match against a Top 10 player, beating six of the world's best on her rise through the rankings including Caroline Wozniacki, Elina Svitolina, Angelique Kerber, Kiki Bertens, Karolina Pliskova and Serena Williams. She plays in the US Open quarter-finals tomorrow against Elise Mertens aiming for her first ever semifinal appearance at a grand slam.Ranked 152 in the world when she arrived in Auckland last December, the Canadian was forced to make her way into the ASB Classic through qualifying. The heavy-hitting teenager has now reached a career high of world number nine on the live rankings and is forecast to go higher by year's end.Her achievements are even more awe-inspiring considering she missed the entire grass court season with a shoulder injury and has only played nine tournaments this year.2019 started with a giant-killing run at the 2019 ASB Classic where she took out top seed Wozniacki, sixth seed Venus Williams as well as third seed Su-Wei Hseih to reach her maiden WTA Tour singles final. She was eventually overcome by defending champion Julia Goerges in a three-set match that will be remembered by all those that were glued to their seats. The teenager can't wait to return."It all started in Auckland for me. I had high expectations starting the season but to beat Caroline (Wozniacki) and Venus (Williams) in my first week was unbelievable."It has just been such an amazing year. I feel really comfortable with my game at the moment and for me, that really did start in Auckland."I can't wait to get back. It is such a nice way to start the season and who knows, maybe I can go one better," said Andreescu.ASB Classic Tournament Director Karl Budge is thrilled to secure one of the most sought-after signatures in the sport."Bianca has been a revelation this year. She has risen well over 100 spots to now be in the top ten and has a record of 41 and 4 for the season (41 match wins to just four losses). That really is quite staggering. She has been the best play on tour this year and along with Serena, is an unreal start to our 2020 fields."Off the back of their dominant displays at the US Open, Andreescu and Serena Williams will vie for the top seed position for January's showpiece with Andreescu currently in eighth and Williams 10th on the Year End Race."We know there is still a lot more to come on both our Men's and Women's fields. This is a great start and more announcements will be made over the coming weeks" continued Budge.Tickets for the ASB Classic go on general release to the public today from noon. The ASB Classic will span for two weeks, with Women's Week kicking off on Monday 6 January by Men's Week from Monday 13 through to Saturday 18 January 2020.

All them other girls, I done been through em all, you’re the only one I need girl, you’re the baddest of em all...Welcome to TeTe & Espresso, a CastBox original, I’m TeTe. I’ll be gentle, and nourishing my ladies...and give you a man’s thought..on you. I’v dated more women than you..probably 99% more than you listening... What are the best traits of women? ... The best traits to me, are the traits of wanting to grow mentally towards her dreams, and that life she envisions. That takes a process of self forgiveness, vulnerability, perseverance, and more vulnerability. That sexy AF trait of vulnerability allows for the other sexy trait...Direct communication. Instead of saying, “baby would you rather?” She says, “Baby I would rather, can we?” ... And I would rather you tell me, right up front, from the time we exchange numbers, and say we are going to hang out, what you want. 29% of the time we aren’t meant to even go out and be involved with each other based on you, the amazing woman having the sexy AF vulnerable courage to say, “I just ended a loooong relationship, I want safe, fun with your sexy 6 “4” self.” or, “I have been longing for love and a dream life with someone,” or “I like my busy life, and am looking for a constant, mostly monogamous, 2 times a week thing, where we can both get our cuddling and romance fix in, I like my happy full life, but the touch of man sounds amazing, are you up for that?” ... It’s not important that I respect you more from being so honest and vulnerable, which I and every other guy will, it’s important for you to know, that you will respect yourself more....What are TeTe’s sexiest traits in a woman? vulnerability and communication..You are enough my love, trust me. You are...Own everything you are, trust ME, what society would call a “Pla-ya,” simply because I have chosen to care for many, with love and respect, So i’ll take societies label as a player so you my lady, can know the expert giving advice to you... The man who is being vulnerable with you, and saying I have slept with many women, some were pure bliss, and other’s I wish I hadn’t, for a variety reason...This openness of a man is here to tell you....You....are....enough. Thank you ladies for allowing me to give my love, my way. If you found value in this episode, please share it with a friend. Thank you darling.

Wonder Woman fears nothing..She is a God..You are not..What do you fear my lady? ..... Welcome to TeTe & Espresso, a CastBox original, I’m TeTe. Ladies all my ladies, help me out, loud and proud, come on, all my ladies. Today we will look at 5 fears of women, based on a facebook poll, and research, I just did. Ps…Being a woman is the furthest for knowing what that life it is truly like. I tried my best with this podcast, please accept this work as an empowerment to women, in my own way. What group of people have been treated worst than native Americans or Jews? Women..Oh you poor women throughout history..woooweee ...But now is a different time. One of equality. Even backed by science and studies, we know now, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that women and men are equal to each other. And the strength, intelligence, and accomplishments of women are surpassing our societal beliefs every day... To know what we fear, is how we act in the face of the fear, and grow. And it’s time my lovelies, it’s time to continue the growth of you, the lady...In no particular order, here is my list for 5 fears of women: Gaining Weight Something “bad” happening to her child Something bad happening to her family/loved ones Being alone romantically, in the long term Not being able to support herself This was tough to compile because of the diversity of women friends I have. Mom’s, single Moms, Australian, Latinas, everything... And yes there were answers of rape, which I thought would be a higher response. Maybe that’s because that was my greatest fear for my sister, Mom, and sweet grandma. And I am happy to hear that women’s fears are becoming based around thriving, and no longer about surviving. Because I, and the free society believe in you. Let’s create the opposite of these fears for you in affirmation form. say, “I am in the best shape I can be in. I love my body, I love being the healthiest version of myself possible. I respect myself. My family and loved ones are safe, right now, and that makes me happy. My child has the best chance in history to live a long and happy, healthy life. I am grateful for my child’s perfect healthy. Say, “I am worthy of love. The kind fo love I want is on it’s way, all I must do is stay patient. I believe in myself, I know I am worthy. I believe in the romance I visualize!..In this day and age, I have so many jobs available to me. So many careers, trade schools, special license, and abundance to thrive...I know the music is done, let’s go for 20 more seconds because women are worth it. .. Say, I have more success than I have ever experienced. I am enough, and there is enough for me. I am woman. and I believe in me! Let the empowerment grow, and subscribe to this podcast PS... 1 on 1 coaching is available, ask to donate 50% of the fee to the orphanages of Tijuana, Mexico.

The Zwiftcast sets up camp in La Fabrica, a cycling themed cafe in the heart of the Old Town, and a familiar pre-ride coffee destination for the pros. There's also a tour of the apartment Leah and Tanja share with team-mate Alexis Ryan, which ends up mostly being a tour of the fridge! Just why do the three women need 5kg of Parmesan cheese? And whose is the can of 12% beer? Simon accompanies Leah and Tanja on a training ride, and afterwards in a wide-ranging discussion the trio sit down to discuss life as a pro in Girona, the season ahead, their acceptance in the peloton and their assessment of the state of women's cycling. There are also contributions from Zwift brand manager Kate Veronneau on the strength of the women's community on Zwift, the health of the Acadamy programme and The Trouble With Men. We also hear from the "Zwift Sisters" - two women who use the platform to work out together and catch up despite living on opposite sides of the world. Plus pro rider and podcaster Abbey Mickey, of the Voxwomen website, gives her take on Leah and Tanja's position in the pro peloton.

My objective is to teach others how to conduct similar conversations with believers—regardless of the religion they subscribe to—based on techniques from Dr. Peter Boghossian's book, “A Manual for Creating Atheists”. I also want to encourage others to build off of these techniques and conduct similar conversations with believers in their own, unique style.
