Hello fellow humans! In today's episode I'm sharing a few announcements for the upcoming In Alignment podcast and endeavours PLUS, a few prompts relating to your human experience and encouragement on how to deal with challenges.
We are all mirrors and reflections of each other, here to help and assist one another towards our evolution and growth and failure to recognize that sometimes creates a disconnection within ourselves and ultimately with our environment. Whether through meditation or psychedelics - with the right setting - both can be great gateways to deepen our understanding, self realize, change our perspective and thus interacting and creating differently. In this week's episode, find out Kany's personal take on the difference between meditation and psychedelics on the road to conscious alignment!
Hey y'all! Thanks for joining us again in another episode. This one is a short and sweet #storytime style. We want to encourage you not to give up, wherever you are and whatever you do, keep trying and things will surely change! Much love

Hey y'all,Long time no connect however.. We're back with yet another episode! In this one I share my personal experience with psychedelic plant medicines and specifically with cannabis, ayahuasca and psilocybin. I share some caution and some information that I have gathered thus far in the hopes to support your journey with these plants and preparing for a better and more positive experience with them!Hope you enjoy this one as I take you along my journey and share my discoveries :)!
Whether it's self confidence, a better self image, a greater sense of self worth or anything else.. to me tuning into your heart will always prevail over any challenges you may encounter. Self confidence is also a vibration and in order to "gain" it, or rather, become it, you have to discover what it means to you, what is YOUR heart's truth. Once you find it, you will be unshakable all the while allowing others to find and be their truth.
We have so many tools to help us shift our mind state that we forget the easiest ways of doing so. Singing and dancing are definitely vibrational tools one can use at any given time. It comes easily, it feels good and if it doesn't.. find ways to make it feel good because the body always want to move and we were given a voice to express sound and vibration.
We unconsciously create so many momentums we're unaware of and we continuously affirm the way we feel as the way we'll always feel because in the moment we can't see any further. And so we attract a never-ending cycle always getting worse. Recognize that in order to decrease that momentum, we need to change our language not only when we feel good but also take the time to "workout" our brain in the moment of the unwanted feeling.

Today's podcast is lighthearted, with me again... your host Kany! I've been traveling quite a lot in the past couple weeks and I feel like this is similar to when you work so hard for something and you get to a point where you want to quit everything because you don't see the light at the end of the tunnel and the exhaustion is just overtaking your mental capacity BUT.... Not Today Satan, NOT TODAY!!! Just slow down, relax, and keep going at a different pace or perhaps take a different exit :)!
INTEGRATION! Man.. That is a whole process! This episode is a continuation of last week's Ayahuasca episode. I share my integration process and some of the difficulties one may come across and also share how this whole experience has and is still impacting me until today.
In this episode I (Kany) "briefly" share my first Ayahuasca experience, what it is from my understanding, how I came to it do it and why. If you've been considering trying it yourself I hope this may be insightful and if you have never heard what it is well.. If anything I hope this is entertaining.
In this episode, I (Kany) explore the thought process of "hard working" and how once again, we create unnecessary suffering/pain. Got a little emotional at the beginning because of the case that I discuss which triggered this episode! It was a great reminder of where I am on my journey which also reminded me that we each have a role to play in the greater consciousness and wherever that is for you, do not despair if it's painful but rather.. be grateful for recognizing it and ask Spirit for help, clarity, comfort, love or whatever else you may need in that moment. We are all important, loved and because we're here, we each have a role.
In this episode, I, Kany, wonder what dating is? Is it tough to date by age, marital status, city? Whatever it is, how does our subconscious thoughts attract our "dating/relationship" experiences and what can we do to change them for the better if that's what we want to do. Join me in this monologue inspired by a Joe Budden podcast (link below) and let us know what you think of either podcasts!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4ggZvfJqLIDating Today Is Not About Getting To Know You | The Joe Budden Podcast
In this episode we explore Astral Projection vs. Traveling, dreams and lucid dreams and how they can positively impact one's life. A suggestion on how to interpret your dreams based on your own psyche, how to use other manifestations in your life to understand your psyche's language and/or projection in order to start using it as a compass toward your healing, your alignment and in the grand scheme of things... your own truth.
In this episode we're exploring sexuality as the "limited" way of the body to experience something unlimited which inevitably causes fear and unwanted situations. Can intimacy be just another tool to explore the divine given the right setting or is it just a physical act responding to our basic instincts? The "way of the body" that we're exploring here was suggested by Sadhguru in this video which you can also check out on Youtube by typing "Sadhguru on How to handle sexuality":https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2QXcMZcqaEJoin us in this conversation and reach out to us for any questions, feedback, thoughts, comments, etc.
In this episode I'm (Kany) sharing how I healed my relationship with my parents by healing myself and doing the inner work. By changing your perspective you change your reality and how others react to it.
In this episode we're exploring how we constantly/subconsciously project our past in our present and future, resulting in attracting resistance/pain/suffering/etc., keeping ourselves shackled in the same cycles when we intellectually recognize the "negative" pattern. Once we've recognized it, what are we doing to stop it, change it or heal it. Whatever modality you choose, let's start and/or further our healing in order to free ourselves from our past and really enjoy the present moment!
Today we have Mariama with us to discuss her personal journey of ancestral trauma and the process of healing. We discuss what ancestral trauma is to us, how it's been defined and how it gets passed down through generations. We also discuss why it's beneficial to better understand and how to start the process of healing our ancestral traumas.
In todays episode we talk about the pressure around the new year to rebuild ourselves, when really we can reach within ourselves and just continue to grow who we are. Aggie talks briefly about acknowledging our challenges and our successes and then guides you through a short meditation and some suggested writing prompts to help you close off this year and set intentions for the next one.
Today on In Alignment, Aggie discusses her personal experiences with living abroad, finding calm in difficult situations and embracing the moment.
