Last week I calibrated Liz regarding her concerns for her 13-year-old daughter. Liz shared that her daughter has OCD and emetophobia. Emetophobia is the fear of vomiting and can interfere with everyday tasks such as eating and being around people. This was a powerful session, and at the end, I asked if I could speak to Liz's Inner Being, which is ALWAYS an incredible experience. This session was so beautiful it brought me to tears as I remembered a few years ago when my own daughter was going through a rough time, and how I kept on bringing myself back to seeing her as self-sufficient and thriving. I'm happy to say I'm on the other side of it and my daughter is indeed self-sufficient and thriving. This week we're exploring the concept of The Sacred Witness. The Observer. The nonjudgmental higher self that lives deep in the center of each of us. This amazing idea of forgiveness as a form of pain relief was shared with me by a woman named Margaret. It speaks to the unrecognized pain we all live with by carrying around unforgiven hurts or ways we've not forgiven ourselves for our failings. In this practice we use the power of the breath to bring the unforgiven to the surface and breathe into it, allowing the possibility that we can release it. Breath upon breath we fill with light and gentleness, letting it wash away that which has come to consciousness. We use our growing relationship with our own Inner Being or Guide to recognize truth of situations. Even when we have been wrong or hurt others, we can find a way to forgive ourselves for our shortcomings. Allow growth and self-knowledge to make us better humans. Awakening in the Internal Worlds, otherwise known as lucid dreaming, astral projection, Astral travel, or out-of-body experiences, are perceptions of matter and energy that are beyond the reach of the physical senses. Anyone, anywhere, regardless of any distinctions or qualifications, may acquire their own personal knowledge of these living realities, if they are willing to make the effort. Quite simply, astral projection refers to how our Consciousness departs from the physical body. Everytime our physical body sleep, the Consciousness departs from it, and experiences what we call "dreams." This is a form of astral projection, but in most cases the Consciousness is asleep, unaware that it is away from the physical body. While dreaming, we generally do not realize it. And when we return to the body, the memory of the dream is generally lost, or if recalled, appears hazy and unreal. This is all due to the weak state of our Consciousness. It is possible to consciously project oneself out of the body. By means of constant training from moment to moment, the Consciousness can be strengthened to be be awake, aware, and sharp; thus, when it leaves the physical body, we remain aware of ourselves, and conscious of what transpires. From this state, one can investigate any phenomena in nature or oneself. Samuel Aun Weor is the secret writer behind the dayspring of youth who wrote as M in my episode on the secret of the atom. Weor dedicated the whole of his life to freely helping anyone and everyone find the path out of suffering. “What's more important than being centered despite the negative forces around us every day?”It's normal to react when you get triggered by people; someone pushes your boundaries, but it's essential always to ground yourself by coming back to your body throughout the day. "Every time we decide not to listen to our inner being, our Higher Self, the internal guidance system that holds all the wisdom, gets out of alignment. We get further away from the path we are supposed to be traveling."Establishing alignment with our inner self requires authenticity. It requires us to trust ourselves even when the direction we are being guided toward feels scary & quite frankly, might not make a lot of sense.Oftentimes that direction & those nudges feel scary & uncomfortable, so we ignore our Inner Being. And then we end up misaligned. Misalignment happens when our minds & spirit are not on one accord. It can be an internal struggle, a massive weight on your shoulders. It can feel like there's a considerable gap between what you want & what you are doing.We find ourselves stuck in the HOW? How do we rise to become the version of ourselves that we envision? The answer is that we have to learn to live more authentically & trust. We have to learn to accept ourselves as we truly are despite our imperfections. Despite the highlight reels from social media, life isn't meant to be perfect. That shift in perspective requires us to make some significant shifts in our lives. To slow down.
