In this episode, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Creative Director Lindsay Pringle.  Lindsay has been with Method for just over six years now and her role allows her to have a foot in a couple of different parts of the company, which she'll explain in more detail. Lindsay is an incredibly talented teammate and has always elevated the projects she works on and we're excited for you to get to know her. We discuss Lindsay's journey to Method as well as her interests but we also get a little more personal than in some of our past interviews. We talk through her battle with infertility and how she balances those challenges alongside work responsibilities and how the company and her team have rallied around her through it all. 

In this episode, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Product Manager Devan McDaniel. Devan has been with Method for just over a year. He went to school for communications and advertising and after building a wealth of experience in marketing, he pivoted into the product world. In this interview, we discuss everything from his favorite books, his past life in marketing while, nerding out on TV ads, and why we believe some work while others fail. In this interview, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Executive Director of Growth and Development, John Tuders.John has a rich history in the Financial Services industry and actually began his career working in minor league baseball. He doesn't know a stranger and he is one of those teammates you want to work with because he always makes you feel like he wants you to succeed more than himself. He's a natural teacher and a Servant Leader.Usually, we spend a lot of time getting to know our teammates outside of work and we do that here but you'll quickly see that John is really passionate about leadership development training and building relational capital. We spend a lot of time digging into these topics.This episode is longer than usual but regardless of whether you're a veteran in the industry or just getting started, there is something for everyone in this interview. 

In this episode, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Principal Product Strategist, Harshad Parashare. Harshad works out of our Atlanta office and was Jeff Mette's first hire after opening that location. Harshad has lived all over the world and has had a number of roles with other companies before coming to Method. Aside from being a talented teammate, He has a very unique side business where he brings international theater and music performances to cities in the United States and the UK. In this episode, we talk with Dmitri Love. Dmitri is a senior product strategist at Method. Dmitri has had a very unique road to his current role. He went to college to become a doctor but eventually changed directions and pursued a career in the tech world. That decision would force him to take on a number of new challenges, find new outlets to exercise creative problem-solving skills, and eventually land him a spot on the TV show Shark Tank.  Dmitri is one of our many amazing fully remote employees. He calls Arkansas home and takes advantage of the outdoor lifestyle it provides. I think you'll enjoy getting to know him as we discuss his journey to Method and his many hobbies outside of work. 

In this episode, we introduce you to Senior Experience Designer Vasuta Kalra. Vasuta has been a great addition to the Method family. She works out of our NYC studio and has called the Big Apple home for a few years now after she and her husband moved there from India. We'll get into that part of her back story and how it enabled her to complete one of her big bucket list items. We'll discuss the past work roles she has had before making the move to experience design and her passions outside the office. in this interview, we introduce you to Delivery Director Kate Mikulosovich. Kate has been a great addition to the Method family. She cares deeply about our partner's success and always seeks to support her teammates in their efforts to serve our clients. She has been an integral part of growing the delivery management team into what it is today. We'll dig into her journey from New York City to Charlotte and all the stops in between. Of course, we'll have some fun as well and discuss her passion for baking and yacht rock. 

In our first episode of the season, we get to introduce you to one of our talented teammates and a part of our leadership team, Patrick Kalaher; Head of Method Europe. He has worked with some great companies in the digital space before shifting to Method. These opportunities have allowed him to live all over the world, but he now calls Switzerland home. At the time of this episode, he's relatively new to the Method family, but we're excited to see the impact he will make as we look to expand our reach in Europe. In this interview, we talk about what ultimately brought PK to Method and what he thinks the future holds for the company's European presence. We discuss what it was like moving to a new country just as it was shutting down due to covid, and we have some fun quizzing him on his knowledge of Switzerland.

In this episode we're sitting down with Method's Executive Director of Design Technology, Stuart George. Stuart works out of our London office and has been with the company for over 8 years now. We talk about his professional journey as well as the things he's passionate about outside of the office. We even get into the details of his epic international adventure as he was trying to get married in Las Vegas as covid lockdowns started threatening his way back home. 

In this episode we sit down with Josh Landry; BBQ enthusiast and former Concert Promoter. Josh has quickly become a vital piece of the Method family as our Director of Delivery Management. His experience working with companies like Apple, Google, and BofA has given him invaluable perspective within the tech world. Josh has a great deal of experience behind him but it's his desire to build up the people around him and create healthy work life balance for for his team that make him such a great teammate. 

In this episode, we are sitting down with Product Strategist, Hannah Bettinger. Hannah is an outdoor junkie who is currently taking full advantage of the remote work opportunities we have at Method. She is traveling the world in order to work in new cities and experience places that were previously unknown to her.  We loved getting to know Hannah, and hearing about her adventures. She has an infectious personality that I know you will enjoy. We talk through her path to Method, her passion for her work, and her love for the outdoors. 

In this episode, we sit down with John Oswald Managing Director of Method London. We discuss his path to Method as well as his passions outside of the office which include jazz, education, and lichen photography. We had a great time getting to know John and I think you're really going to enjoy hearing his story.

In this interview, we sit down with Michael Ojo, Associate Director of Business Design & Product Strategy at Method. Michael is an extremely talented teammate who cares deeply for the people he works with and the projects he works on. Before joining Method, he earned a Ph.D. in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service. This, as you might imagine, makes him a great fit when it comes to learning about our clients, their operations, and helping them craft the best solutions to suit their needs. Michael applies that same passion for learning to his many hobbies and in this episode, we talk about those as well as his path to Method. 

In this episode, we sit down with Director of Design at Method, Rob Luke. Like so many of our teammates, Rob took a winding road to where he is today. After college Rob took a detour and decided to try his hand as a bartender on the west coast before moving back to Charlotte and getting into real estate. Eventually, he would find his way to Method and we couldn't be happier that he did.

In this episode, we are sitting down with The Head of Sales Operations and FP&A, Christine Hands. Christine has been with the company for a long time now and we're going to hear all about her path to Method. She's a self-proclaimed excel junkie who loves to cook and she prides herself on her ability to fix just about anything. Christine is one of our favorite people in the office and we had a great time getting to know her better and we know you will too. 

In this episode, we are sitting down with Director of Engineering, Michael gray. Michael's path to Method is a great story. Michael honed his craft as an engineer and a business owner after he and his wife chose to move across the country to Portland where he started a company that had a great impact on the city. Eventually, he was ready to get back to Charlotte and we're so glad he did. He's an incredible addition to the Method family and we're sure you'll enjoy hearing about his journey here.

In our latest interview, we sit down with Scottie Crump. He's known around the office as the ScrumpMaster.  Scottie is a Senior Test Engineer, a former Special Education Teacher, a new father, and recently became a published author. We're going to dig into all that as well as his path to Method. Don't miss it!

In this episode, we sit down with Alicia Bergin, Global Head of Business Development. Alicia's career began in the world of books as she joined the marketing department for a publishing company. Eventually, her experience there would lead her to Method where she would take on a variety of roles. Alicia is an avid traveler, and at Method, we value flexibility and seizing unique life experiences. So when the chance to work remotely from Switzerland presented itself she welcomed the opportunity.   She and her husband love the outdoors and take full advantage of what Switzerland has to offer every chance they get.We had a great time getting to know Alicia and learning about her passions outside of the office. In this episode we continue our interview with Joe Ryan, Head of Method.  In the previous episode we spoke with Joe about the details pertaining to the merger of Method and Skookum. Now we want to get to know Joe on a deeper level. What did his journey to Method look like and what is he passionate about outside of the office?

Method and Skookum have merged under one name. This allows us to offer expanded services as well as a larger footprint to better serve our clients. We are excited for what this means for the future of our company and in this episode we are sitting down with Joe Ryan, Head of Method to discuss the merger in more detail and what our clients can expect as we move forward.   

Kristi is a Senior Product Strategist at Skookum. After deciding to make a move across the country in search of outdoor adventure she landed in Denver and we were lucky enough to get her to join the Skookum family. Kristi has some interesting hobbies she likes to nerd out on. Her love for Olympic weight lifting and letter-press are not common interests for many but she walks us through how she got involved in those crafts as well as her path to Skookum.

Today we get to know Product Strategist Jeremy Arkin. Jeremy now calls Denver home but he originally joined the Skookum family as an intern in our Charlotte office. We talk about how his love for pets has altered his living arrangements as well as how his fascination with the customer experience and has grown into an obsession.

Glenn is a vital member of the Skookum family whose leadership has the perfect mix of humor and nerdiness which has become a staple in the office... and on zoom calls. In this episode of “Inside Skookum” we talk about his love of comics, his unusual path to becoming the Georgia Tech mascot, as well as how he almost missed out on his job at Skookum.

Virtual learning is something that we have all had to embrace in recent months. In this episode we sit down with Dr. Sharon Jones, Ed.D To discuss what the future of digital learning may be and how we can ensure our kids are getting the most out of it. Dr. Jones is the founder and CEO of the dot. Consulting and the non-profit Dottie Rose Foundation, where she leads and implements technology-focused education and innovation. Dr. Jones has found her passion for education and has served as a computer science expert for the past 20 years, bridging the gap between our everyday actions and the application of technology. Dr. Jones is a highly sought after and national award-winning Computer Science educator in the public school system and for corporate training. She has presented and been published nationally and internationally on data analytics, educational practices and technology. Her book A Recipe for Success Using SAS University: How to Plan Your First Analytics Project is being used in curriculum and classrooms around the country.
