Soji Apampa co-founded The Convention on Business Integrity in 1997. He is an Executive Director for the Convention on Business Integrity and also serves as a Consultant on CBi projects. Mr. Apampa has served as a Senior Advisor to the UN Global Compact on the 10th Principle (anti-corruption) and consultant to the Inter-Agency Task Team of the Federal Republic of Nigeria tasked with the responsibility of developing a National Strategy to Combat Corruption. In his role as a consultant, Mr. Apampa has carried out numerous assignments for international organizations including the World Bank, DFID, UNDP, UN Global Compact, Heinrich Boell Foundation and many others. Mr. Apampa has also worked in various roles in engineering, business and computing between 1987 and 2007. He was Managing Director of SAP Nigeria Ltd, and Regional Manager (West Africa), for SAP where he worked for 8 years since early 1999 championing ICT-supported governance reforms. Mr. Apampa graduated with a B.Eng. (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Sheffield in 1987 and holds an MSc. in Governance & Finance from Liverpool John Moores University (2008) where he was member of faculty on the Corporate Governance Masters Programme at the European Center for Corporate Governance for one year. His research interests are in the area of Corporate Compliance and Political Economy Analyses in which he has led numerous, successful research projects. We spoke to him on his thought on The Role of Integrity & Ethics in Nigeria's Governance.

Since Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been sworn in, there has been a lot of news about who will be the new senate president. The outgoing senate president is ahmad lawan from Yobe State and the Deputy President is Ovie Omo-Agege from Delta State. The upper chambers' elections will be holding on the 13th of June and a new assembly will be formed. Our hosts, Ope and Adeniyi had an engaging chat with Aliyu Bilal (PDP Campaign Director, Lagos) on how the General Elections fared. Aliyu Bilal is a 23 year old Fulani hails from Adamawa state. He is a Public Relations Practitioner, a young political consultant and a PDP card carrying member. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management. Aliyu Bilal became involved in politics in 2016 immediately after his high school education.  Bilal is a member of the PDP presidential youth wing and currently the Director Of Media And Strategic Communications For Dr Hassan Zamani Campaign Organisation. Hassan Zamani was the PDP flag bearer for the Lagos state house of assembly Eti/ Osa constituency 02 , in the just concluded Gubernatorial/ Assembly. He spoke to them about his journey at an early age of 18. How he started out in politics and his life growing up in Lagos. If age is a barrier in running for office. Khadijah Abdullahi Iya is the APGA Governorship Candidate in Niger State. She is the daughter of the late Audu Kwnagili, a prominent businessman and Politician in the old Northern region. She was the running mate of the presidential candidate of the Alliance for New Nigeria, Fela Durotoye. She spoke to us about women in Politics and how the sppg has played a role in her decision to run for office.

Nigeria is known for having tribal tensions and it gets worse heading into a general election. The 2023 presidential election is no different and our guest, tunde leye explains the reason for this situation. Tunde Leye is the author of four books and three novellas. His most recent work is the critically acclaimed historical fiction novel, Afonja: The Rise published in October 2018. His former books include Guardians of the Seals (2016), Golden Sands (2014) and children's book The Rat Race (2011). He has also published three novellas – The Burden of Proof (2013), Yobachi (2015) and The Ahosi (2017). Tunde holds a bachelor's in computer science from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the Lagos Business School. He is a partner with SBM Intelligence, a Pan-African geopolitical research firm, and a columnist for various newspapers. He is also co-founder of Fintech firm, CREDEQUITY and he lives and writes in Lagos, Nigeria.

Today we are focusing on mental health. We spoke with Timothy Asobele Emmanuel Dare who is a Nigerian Lawyer, Mental health Advocate, Humanitarian, Project Manager based in Nigeria. He is the founder of Executives Helping initiative and Anti-Suicide and Depression Squad a Sub group of Executives Helping initiative. Dare is super passionate about Mental health, Humanitarian works and ensuring that the voices of people dealing with mental health issues are heard. He is also focused on creating solutions to societal issues such as mental health platforms for people to find expression and get fast paced help

We had an interesting time with Bambo Akani who is the Founder and CEO of Making of Champions [Sports Media & Management Company that was set up to elevate the profile and performance of Sports in Nigeria and the rest of Africa]. He is an avid sports writer and photo-blogger, and is an internationally recognized Athletics Expert. He has interviewed global athletics superstars such as Usain Bolt, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Allyson Felix and Tobi Amusan at various global competitions such as the World Championships & World Relays. He talks about what most be done for us to have more global stars like Aruna Quadri, Tobi Amusan and Ese Brume. He also mentioned the sports that we should focus on to empower more youth within the nation.

Adeola Kayode is the Group Head of Strategy at Ogilvy Nigeria. He has worked on multiple brands across Africa as a seasoned marketer and digital executive. He sat down with us to discuss fake news and how politicians can ensure their authentic messages are conveyed to the voters. We spoke with Mohammed Ali, a PDP candidate at the Lagos State Local Government Election held in 2021. He talks about the youth's role in politics; how he got his ticket in the PDP despite being from Borno state. Also, Jandor's role in becoming the governor of Lagos State. We sat down with Toheeb Dele-Balogun, the Co-founder/Impact Director of The Hook Creative Agency. A devout Muslim, Toheeb played an important role in the 2019 governorship election in Kwara State. The Oto Ge campaign developed by his team influenced the political landscape in the state. He discussed the role the Nigerian Church has played in nation-building, the APC Presidential Muslim ticket, and pastors entering politics. We had a great time and it was very engaging. He also told us who he would be voting for in the next election.
