Eight million: the single largest mass migration probably in modern history, left Venezuela in 2014 because all the wealth of that country was stolen to the benefit of Maduro and his cronies in the regime, but not to the benefit of people of Venezuela. You know how destabilizing 8 million migrants is? “The number one fear that Brazil has, that Colombia has, that all these countries in the region have about what's happening in Venezuela and our involvement is they're afraid of another mass migration event. That's what they feel. This is deeply destabilizing stuff. ”It's not going to continue to happen. They are not going to come from outside of our hemisphere, destabilize our region in our own backyard, and us have to pay the price for it, not under President Trump.” Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, Uruguay & Spain upset about Maduro The governments of Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay and Spain have issued a statement airing their disagreement with the U.S. military actions taken against Venezuela over the weekend.   The statement appealed to what they called the “principles of the United Nations Charter.” Trump upset that drug cartels are running Mexico and Columbia President Donald Trump has also told the U.S. press that something has to be done with Mexico. He told Fox News that the  drug cartels are running the country.  Plus, he called Columbia a “sick country” run by a “sick” president who “likes to sell Cocaine to the United States.” Trump said he's not going to be doing this very long.   And the president said, “Cuba is ready to fall” as well.  But let us all remember Who rules. All the prosperous of the Earth shall eat and worship; all those who go down to the dust shall bow before Him, even he who cannot keep himself alive.” Dallas street preachers handcuffed and detained without cause Here in America, street preachers connected with a “Reformed Baptist evangelistic ministry, [Testimonies of God], committed to the supremacy of Scripture and the advancement of Christ's Gospel,” were handcuffed and detained by police officers in Dallas a few weeks ago. The Christian Post reports that an officer had required the evangelists to get off the public sidewalk and cross the street — an order the preachers believed was unlawful. So far, no charges have been filed in the case. 15 states still allow trans surgeries and drugs for kids Two hospitals in left-wing Colorado have decided to stop writing prescriptions for sex-change drugs for children, reports 9-News. Children's Hospital and Denver Health have cited warnings from the U.S. Health and Human Services Department. Colorado was the faux-sex-change capital of the world in the 1980s and 1990s.   Sadly, 15 states still allow gender-based mutilation or gender-debilitating drugs for kids including Colorado, California, Oregon, Illinois, and New York. He is a Public Relations Practitioner, a young political consultant and a PDP card carrying member. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management. Aliyu Bilal became involved in politics in 2016 immediately after his high school education.  Bilal is a member of the PDP presidential youth wing and currently the Director Of Media And Strategic Communications For Dr Hassan Zamani Campaign Organisation. Hassan Zamani was the PDP flag bearer for the Lagos state house of assembly Eti/ Osa constituency 02 , in the just concluded Gubernatorial/ Assembly. He spoke to them about his journey at an early age of 18. How he started out in politics and his life growing up in Lagos. If age is a barrier in running for office. Stan Kasprzyk has an incredible story of leaving communist Poland to live in capitalist Africa and the amazing adventures that occured. In his own words... I was born in Poland, and three years later, Stalin died in the Kremlin. In my happy childhood, I threw myself into the world's geography. First, I studied countries, their capitals, rivers and mountains, and all objects on the map. My parents bought me atlases. I tended to spread the message of geography and quizzed adults about it. What is the capital of Columbia? I asked, and surprisingly, no one knew. Some were embarrassed, though. Interests in history and maths came later, which led to economics as my serious study and profession. But what kind of economy and economic study can one enjoy in a communist country where Marxist theory is the religion for the masses and leads to a market and social catastrophe similar to what we see in Sri Lanka today? But Poland in the 1970s and 1980s was not a free, neutral island on the Indian Ocean. It remained in a grip created by Stalin. And here we have a narrative arc spanning the first half of my life. To begin the second half, I had to enter my purgatory. It happened to be the Kingdom of Adamawa in the North-eastern corner of Nigeria and the town of Yola. Being a geography maniac, I had nothing against going to Africa for at least two years. Moreover, I adored the idea, so I fully accepted Yola with its rustic beauty and tranquility - except for the bloody days of early March in 1984 (see Maitatsine). The purgatory in Yola was for two years with a chance of extension. With my family, we decided to take the second leap. We went West. I became a software specialist and enjoyed three decades working on absorbing and taxing projects. In retirement, I looked for new frontiers, and the top one was writing the “African” memoir. J'ai coupé les ponts et nous nous sommes retrouvés deux ans plus tard. Cette fois-ci les rôles s'étaient inversés : j'étais célibataire, il était en couple. La situation s'est répétée, puis c'est lui qui a, cette fois-ci, coupé les ponts. Puis, deux ans plus tard, l'histoire se répète à nouveau. Nous sommes alors tous les deux en couple. Il me propose de tout quitter pour partir avec lui. J'ai très sérieusement songé à le suivre, mais je n'ai pas eu le courage de renoncer à mon quotidien, mon confort. Il est aujourd'hui marié. Malgré tout, une partie de moi ne peut s'empêcher de penser qu'on finira un jour par se (re)trouver. Entre nous, c'est un amour qui ne s'explique pas, qui résiste au temps, à l'absence de l'autre.
