Instead they will use these funds to invest in communities most affected by violence. Is this the best use of these funds or will this lead to more crime now? -Uber regulations: It will now become much more difficult to become an Uber of Lyft driver in Toronto. You will be required to pass a city operated training program. Additionally all drivers will need to have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience. They were in Toronto as part of the Indie Week Music Festival that took place November 13-17, 2019.
