DOWORK where WORK needs to be done
And it's not about stretching. Or what type of training you do. It always comes back to a strong mindset.
It is HARD to break habits that don't serve out best self… but doing the WORK to find your best self can be the most rewarding experience… HARD WORK MAKES US STRONG!!
Most people start their fitness journey in order to be more confident. The problem is sometimes we have the wrong vision of confidence, and end up more frustrated trying to be something that we're not.
Most fitness programs don't work because they make it easy. Fitness should be simple, but it is not easy.
*Inspiration Alert* If you want to make big changes in your life, make small changes. Stop doing nothing because you don't believe you can make the changes you need.
Figuring out what is your purpose in life is one of the most difficult questions we all have. Should I be a doctor? Should I be a teacher? What will bring you the life you want?
Just discovered today a new tool to better ourself, and each other. It's called the Enneagram. With it I hope you are able to find more peace, and stronger relationships with those you love, and yourself.
How many times should I workout per week? How many calories should I eat? Ever wonder these questions?
Most fitness will feel like bullshit unless you know what to expect. Keeping an open mind will allow you to gain/choose what is valuable from each.
Being “comfortable with uncomfortable” is one of the greatest challenges we have. The mere notion of “being uncomfortable” feels well…not pleasant. But we know that this is part of the process of becoming the greatest version of ourself.
We all know that we shouldn't try and keep up with The Joneses, but it's hard when we constantly feel like everyone is moving up in life, and we are not. It will take effort to stay in our lane, but this is what makes us Strong.
Everyday we miss a million opportunities because we are stuck in the habitual rhythm of life. This podcast is to remind you to stop, because you never know if that next opportunity will change your life.
Patience isn't always what you need. We all tell ourselves we need to “be more patient.” But patience is not the tool you need for every situation. Sometimes you need to be impatient…coupled with two other ingredients.
Burnout happens. As Strong Humans we are innately driven to accomplish goals and be successful, but sometimes the more we accomplish, the less fulfilled we feel. It's time to DO WORK on not just life, but ourself.
The gym can be an intimidating place. Don't let the douchebags make it worse. Strong is the ability to empathize with their insecurities and you do you.

Working out consistently is one of the most difficult things to do for most people. The secret sauce is not in will power, goal setting, progress tracking, or even having an accountability partner.
Why we are overused the idea of “work harder…not smarter” and how it's holding you back from being the strongest version of yourself.
When training becomes a habit, it's hard sometimes for us to slow down and let our body rest. “But I'm going to get fat!” First, no you're not. Second, why does that matter?
Why it is so important to be in constant pursuit of finding those who support your mission.
“Do the next right thing.” When you're worried about the future just do the next thing that you know is right.
What does it mean to be “Strong” when your best friend has died?
Take responsibility for your body. Stop chalking it up to “getting old.”
Some thoughts to hopefully ignite conscious action to appreciate the ones you love.
Don't take your life, or the life of the ones you love, for granted.
How you can let go of doubt so you can go DO WORK wholeheartedly.
