THE LEAD GEN COP'S COMPLETE FRAMEWORK: How to Never Get Scammed by an Ad Manager (And Hire the Right One Every Time)You're paying $8-$15 per "lead" but getting tire kickers, bots, and mystery numbers. The problem? No verification. No chain of custody. No accountability. In this episode, Connor MacIvor—aka The Lead Gen Cop—reveals the exact framework used to audit EVERY lead generation operation, expose fraudsters, and identify TRUE verified leads that actually convert to customers.Whether you're working with a freelance ad manager, an agency, or thinking about hiring someone, THIS is the framework that separates professionals from con artists.**What You'll Learn:**✓ The 4 Components of a Verified Lead (most businesses have ZERO of these)✓ The 9-Question Framework that forces any ad manager to prove their competence (they'll either answer clearly or run away)✓ Question #1: What's the Offer? (Hint: "We do plumbing" is NOT an offer)✓ Question #2: What's Cost Per QUALIFIED Lead? (Not cost per click—this matters)✓ Question #3: Chain of Custody—Can you trace every lead back to the exact ad that produced it?✓ Question #4-9: The remaining questions that expose laziness, incompetence, or fraud✓ The 3 Biggest Traps Business Owners Fall Into (and how to avoid them)✓ The "Evidence Bag" Weekly Routine (90 minutes/week to stay honest with your metrics)✓ How to structure a COMPLETE lead generation system (Paid + Organic + Partnerships)✓ Real Santa Clarita case studies showing ROI from verified lead systems**Why This Matters:**Most businesses DON'T have a lead problem. They have a VERIFICATION problem. You're bleeding $40,000-$100,000 per year on unverified garbage because nobody is asking the right questions. After 20 years in law enforcement (LAPD), Connor learned one thing: Always verify. Always demand proof. Always have a chain of custody. The same principle applies to lead generation.**Episode Highlights:**- Why Google Ads click fraud is getting worse (and how to protect yourself)- The Meta/Facebook lead verification problem (and why it's different than Google)- How to prevent junk leads BEFORE they enter your system- What speed-to-lead really means (and why 2 hours is already too late)- The reporting that matters (dashboards are performance theater)- How to know if your ad manager is actually competent or just burning money- The difference between traffic and outcomes (and why vanity metrics are destroying your business)- Youtube Channels:Conner with Honor - real estateHome Muscle - fat torchingFrom first responder to real estate expert, Connor with Honor brings honesty and integrity to your Santa Clarita home buying or selling journey. What if we told you that some fish don't actually "get old" — but get better with age? In this jaw-dropping episode of Doc Talks Fishing, Dr. Chris Therrien returns with three more astonishing fish facts that challenge everything we thought we knew about fish and fishing.Chris fills us in on the unbelievable story of lake trout that show no genetic, physical, or reproductive decline as they age and actually improve over time. You'll learn also why some northern pike abandon freshwater and run to the ocean, feasting on marine prey to grow into true giants. And just when you think it can't get any wilder, Dr. Therrien introduces us to the bowfin - the fish that outlasted the T-Rex, survived mass extinction, breathes air and still prowls our waters today. What if the reason things aren't moving isn't because we're doing something wrong—but because we're still negotiating with the outcome? In this episode, I explore the idea that certainty is the force that shapes reality. Not belief. Not wishing. Not hoping. But the quiet, embodied knowing that the outcome is already decided. We talk about why belief can still wobble, why faith has been taught across centuries, and how certainty lives deeper—in the body, the nervous system, and our identity. We look at real-world examples where certainty moved mountains long before proof existed, and why reality consistently responds to clarity instead of effort. This conversation is about moving differently.Choosing differently. And taking responsibility for what we're being certain about—consciously or unconsciously. If this episode found you, consider it a sign to move with more confidence, more faith, and more ownership of your life. Stop waiting for permission. Decide who you are. Decide what's next. And let reality adjust. I love you. Julie

In this Lord's Supper message, Pastor Trenton Dorner preaches from 1 Corinthians 15:1–5. As followers of Jesus, we are never meant to move past the gospel—but to grow deeper in it. We are called to remember, daily and moment by moment, the death and resurrection of Jesus. The same gospel that saves us is the same gospel that sustains us. That is what we focus on in this message. Check it out to learn more!
After 30 years in emergency medicine, Dr Newman learned a hard truth: She could save patients through their crisis, but they never actually got better. They'd leave with longer medication lists, only to return sicker. It wasn't until her own health crashed during menopause that she discovered cellular medicine - the missing piece that explains why we stay sick. In this conversation with Dr. Siobhan Newman, you'll discover why your mitochondria might be "underwater," her three dietary "nos" that are silently destroying your cellular health, and the recovery-first approach that must happen before any optimization. We dive deep into the inflammatory cascade, why COVID taught us so much about immune dysfunction, and practical steps you can take today to support true healing at the cellular level. If you're tired of managing symptoms instead of addressing root causes, this episode will change everything. For the complete show notes, links and transcripts, visit inspiredliving.show/223

What if the reason we don't have what we want… is because we keep wanting it? In this episode, I reflect on the difference between wanting and desiring—and how the words we use quietly shape the state we're living from. I share an idea from a book I've been reading that helped me see how wanting keeps us in a perpetual state of lack, while desire carries a very different energy. We explore how Universal Law responds precisely to our thoughts, words, and states of being, why it's easy to shift out of wanting for familiar things, and why that shift feels harder when we're reaching for something we've never experienced before. I also share a personal story from our recent move into our new home that helped this concept click for me in a real, everyday way. This isn't about forcing outcomes—it's about noticing the words we live by, softening wanting into desire, and trusting divine timing. Sometimes the shifts that change everything aren't loud or dramatic. They're quiet. They're simple. You can connect with me at ourreimaginedlife.com.Have a great rest of the week, and I'll chat with you next week.I love you.

This week, I'm hanging out with Jaret Reddick, the lead singer, guitarist, and all-around creative engine behind Bowling For Soup, as he looks back on three decades of pop-punk chaos, catchy hooks, and perfectly timed humor. We get into how the band balances goofy songs with genuine heartfelt moments, why “Belgium” keeps reinventing itself, and how BFS ended up becoming a Radio Disney staple. Jaret talks about the band's wide-ranging covers—from Miley Cyrus to Hanson to Taylor Swift—our shared love of power ballads (including his personal top three), and how he wound up becoming the voice of Chuck E. Cheese. We also dig into the impact of the band's Grammy nomination, collaborations with Blues Traveler, The Dollyrots, and Bret Michaels of Poison, the long-running “Stacy's Mom” misconception, and the real story behind “1985,” SR-71, and Butch Walker. Jaret also breaks down what it was like writing a song for Alexa Bliss and teaming up with WWE for the music video. Whether you've been blasting BFS since the '90s (when they had horns) or you're discovering their world for the first time, this episode delivers laughs, nostalgia, and a glimpse at what's next for the band in 2026 and beyond!

What if I told you that the moment you break your femur, you have a 30% chance of dying — and a 50% chance of never going home again? In this minisode, I share the most shocking moments from my conversation with orthopedic surgeon and longevity expert Dr. Vonda Wright, and why bone health is one of the biggest blind spots in women's health. Dr. Wright reveals that “the minute you fall and break this bone… you have a 30% chance of dying from the complications” — pneumonia, UTIs, bedsores — and “a 50% chance of not returning to the home where you came from.” We also break down her viral MRI comparison: the thigh of a sedentary 74-year-old vs. a 40-year-old vs. a 74-year-old triathlete — and how the active 74-year-old looks nearly identical to the 40-year-old. Aging is not the enemy; inaction is. If you're in your 30s, 40s, or beyond, this is your wake-up call:You can change the trajectory of your health if you start early enough. If you've watched any legal drama on TV, you know that criminal defendants are entitled to a jury of peers. But does our court system fulfill that promise? Filmmaker Abby Ginzberg's short documentary “Judging Juries” exposes how discriminatory dismissals, and a lack of financial support, keep people of color off of juries, and how that exclusion impacts our entire justice system. We'll talk with Ginzberg, two public defenders, and a San Francisco official working to address this problem – in San Francisco, at least. The city launched a pilot program that offers $100 per day to low-income jurors for their service. We'll explore the impact of that program, and other efforts to remove barriers to jury service. Have you ever served on a jury? Tell us about your experience. If you're a coach who's ready to change lives but you're struggling to stand out from all the other coaches saying the exact same things... this episode is for you. It's completely natural when you're starting out to look at what other coaches are doing. But here's what happens: you end up reading other coaches' Instagram bios, checking out their websites, and without even realising it, you start mimicking the language you're seeing everywhere. The result? Your messaging becomes beige. Safe. Generic. And when potential clients are scrolling through Instagram or reading emails, they can't tell the difference between you and any other coach out there. What Is Your Edge?Your edge is the combination of everything that makes you unmistakably you: - Your values - the hills you're willing to die on- Your lived and learned experience - all the lessons you learned the hard way- The things you believe that not everyone agrees with- The perspectives that make some people nod furiously and others hit unfollow (brilliant!)- Your authentic personality - not the professional coach version you think you should be- Your messaging - the things you can't stop talking about This Can't Be OutsourcedYou can't shortcut this work. You can't copy someone else's positioning. This isn't the glamorous bit of building a business - but it's the difference between a coaching business that actually grows and makes you money versus one that constantly struggles to attract the right people. It's the difference between feeling confident in who you are and what you offer versus feeling like an imposter every time you post on social media. Join Me For Unearth Your Edge I'm hosting a FREE three-day masterclass starting December 8th (8th, 9th, and 10th at 5pm UK time). This is the foundational work I do with clients in my MASTERY accelerator - and people have told me this masterclass alone has changed the trajectory of their business. What if joy could last … without worrying that it'll end? You've done the work. You've built the business, shown up for the relationships, pushed yourself to grow. But there's this feeling you can't shake. Like something bad is waiting on the other side of success. Like the moment you finally relax, it's all going to fall apart. Genea calls this the upside-down pattern. It's when your nervous system learned early on that stepping into what you want comes with consequences (and not the good kind). So now, even though you're working toward your goals, your subconscious is working just as hard to make sure you never actually get there. Or if you do, you lose it. This episode unpacks:

There are two types of period cramps: the primary type is labeled idiopathic, and secondary cramps that are caused by fibroids, ovarian cysts, or endometriosis. Many women take NSAIDs, birth control pills, and Depo shots for period pain relief. The medical community generally discourages the use of natural remedies for menstrual cramps, but does not discourage the use of medication. BT & Sal dissect the emotional fallout of the World Series, focusing intensely on the Toronto Blue Jays' devastating loss after getting so close. BT emphatically states he'd "rather not even get there" than suffer a crushing defeat—like the one the Blue Jays did, or the infamous Falcons Super Bowl collapse—arguing that reaching the precipice only to have the championship snatched away leads to a deep, unrecoverable pain for fans of long-suffering franchises. Sal counters, highlighting the "month of memories" and the joy of the run, but concedes the loss was "soul-crushing." The hosts analyze the "unfathomably unacceptable" fundamental baseball mistake—a poor secondary lead costing the final out—that sealed Toronto's fate. They also touch upon the emotional impact of manager Don Mattingly's presumed retirement after the loss.

Lots of teenagers have drama and high emotions. Some teenagers run away from home and in some cases they stay away. It is an unusal case when a 13 year old go goes missing in spring of 2024 from her family home a few hours east of Los Angeles and then is found one day after what would have been her 15th birthday, decomposed so badly in a bag in the front trunk of a Tesla sedan in the tony neighborhood of Hollywood Hills, it was at first thought she had been dismembered. The abandoned and multi ticketed Tesla was left with the key fob in the gutter next to the car. When it was finally towed and employees noticed the distinct smell of death, Celeste had been found. What happened to Celeste Rivas Hernandez so close to singer/songwriter D4vd's rental house?
