Why do some men say they want marriage—but never seem able to sustain it?In this video, I talk about why liking your partner matters more than people admit, and why some men will never be marriage material—not because they don't want love, but because they don't truly appreciate women as people.Inspired by a conversation about long-term marriage, this discussion breaks down unrealistic expectations placed on women, the idea that a woman should “be his peace,” and why conflict, inconvenience, and tension are not signs of a failing relationship—but part of real intimacy. As a married woman, I share what I've learned about staying power, emotional maturity, and why love alone isn't enough to sustain a marriage. If you've ever questioned why a man avoids commitment, resents boundaries, or shuts down when relationships require growth—this conversation is for you. This video is for women who want clarity, not confusion—and for anyone trying to understand what actually makes a relationship last.Read the thread:The thread:https://www.threads.com/@ivebeenthatgirltoo/post/DTv0dx7EcTL?xmt=AQF0dirXWeKzynFER01acwx_hmXcU1I5Yx9ZMuXJHktBt0oyJ2LZA7pO4mjqoVblsUuamBQ&slof=1✨ Let's connect:

What if the reason things aren't moving isn't because we're doing something wrong—but because we're still negotiating with the outcome? In this episode, I explore the idea that certainty is the force that shapes reality. Not belief. Not wishing. Not hoping. But the quiet, embodied knowing that the outcome is already decided. We talk about why belief can still wobble, why faith has been taught across centuries, and how certainty lives deeper—in the body, the nervous system, and our identity. We look at real-world examples where certainty moved mountains long before proof existed, and why reality consistently responds to clarity instead of effort. This conversation is about moving differently.Choosing differently. And taking responsibility for what we're being certain about—consciously or unconsciously. If this episode found you, consider it a sign to move with more confidence, more faith, and more ownership of your life. Stop waiting for permission. Decide who you are. Decide what's next. And let reality adjust. I love you. Julie

Our Reimagined Life: Empowering Me, You, and Us Seeking Happiness and Self Worth

What if the reason we don't have what we want… is because we keep wanting it? In this episode, I reflect on the difference between wanting and desiring—and how the words we use quietly shape the state we're living from. I share an idea from a book I've been reading that helped me see how wanting keeps us in a perpetual state of lack, while desire carries a very different energy. We explore how Universal Law responds precisely to our thoughts, words, and states of being, why it's easy to shift out of wanting for familiar things, and why that shift feels harder when we're reaching for something we've never experienced before. I also share a personal story from our recent move into our new home that helped this concept click for me in a real, everyday way. This isn't about forcing outcomes—it's about noticing the words we live by, softening wanting into desire, and trusting divine timing. Sometimes the shifts that change everything aren't loud or dramatic. They're quiet. They're simple. You can connect with me at ourreimaginedlife.com.Have a great rest of the week, and I'll chat with you next week.I love you.

Jaret talks about the band's wide-ranging covers—from Miley Cyrus to Hanson to Taylor Swift—our shared love of power ballads (including his personal top three), and how he wound up becoming the voice of Chuck E. We also dig into the impact of the band's Grammy nomination, collaborations with Blues Traveler, The Dollyrots, and Bret Michaels of Poison, the long-running “Stacy's Mom” misconception, and the real story behind “1985,” SR-71, and Butch Walker. Jaret also breaks down what it was like writing a song for Alexa Bliss and teaming up with WWE for the music video.  Whether you've been blasting BFS since the '90s (when they had horns) or you're discovering their world for the first time, this episode delivers laughs, nostalgia, and a glimpse at what's next for the band in 2026 and beyond!

What if I told you that the moment you break your femur, you have a 30% chance of dying — and a 50% chance of never going home again? In this minisode, I share the most shocking moments from my conversation with orthopedic surgeon and longevity expert Dr. Vonda Wright, and why bone health is one of the biggest blind spots in women's health. Dr. Wright reveals that “the minute you fall and break this bone… you have a 30% chance of dying from the complications” — pneumonia, UTIs, bedsores — and “a 50% chance of not returning to the home where you came from.” We also break down her viral MRI comparison: the thigh of a sedentary 74-year-old vs. a 40-year-old vs. a 74-year-old triathlete — and how the active 74-year-old looks nearly identical to the 40-year-old. Aging is not the enemy; inaction is. If you're in your 30s, 40s, or beyond, this is your wake-up call:You can change the trajectory of your health if you start early enough. Filmmaker Abby Ginzberg's short documentary “Judging Juries” exposes how discriminatory dismissals, and a lack of financial support, keep people of color off of juries, and how that exclusion impacts our entire justice system. We'll talk with Ginzberg, two public defenders, and a San Francisco official working to address this problem – in San Francisco, at least. The city launched a pilot program that offers $100 per day to low-income jurors for their service. We'll explore the impact of that program, and other efforts to remove barriers to jury service. If you're a coach who's ready to change lives but you're struggling to stand out from all the other coaches saying the exact same things... this episode is for you. It's completely natural when you're starting out to look at what other coaches are doing. But here's what happens: you end up reading other coaches' Instagram bios, checking out their websites, and without even realising it, you start mimicking the language you're seeing everywhere. The result? Your messaging becomes beige. Safe. Generic. And when potential clients are scrolling through Instagram or reading emails, they can't tell the difference between you and any other coach out there. What Is Your Edge?Your edge is the combination of everything that makes you unmistakably you: - Your values - the hills you're willing to die on- Your lived and learned experience - all the lessons you learned the hard way- The things you believe that not everyone agrees with- The perspectives that make some people nod furiously and others hit unfollow (brilliant!)- Your authentic personality - not the professional coach version you think you should be- Your messaging - the things you can't stop talking about This Can't Be OutsourcedYou can't shortcut this work. You can't copy someone else's positioning. This isn't the glamorous bit of building a business - but it's the difference between a coaching business that actually grows and makes you money versus one that constantly struggles to attract the right people. It's the difference between feeling confident in who you are and what you offer versus feeling like an imposter every time you post on social media. Join Me For Unearth Your Edge I'm hosting a FREE three-day masterclass starting December 8th (8th, 9th, and 10th at 5pm UK time). If you suffer from severe menstrual cramps, this is for you. Find out how to stop menstrual cramps naturally by addressing the root cause with these 13 natural remedies for period pain. Never experience menstrual cramps again! 0:00 Introduction: How to reduce period pain0:23 What is a menstrual cramp? 1:30 What causes severe period cramps? 6:42 Vitamin D3 and painful menstrual cramps 12:38 13 natural remedies for period painToday, I'm going to show you how to relieve period cramps fast, and for good. There are two types of period cramps: the primary type is labeled idiopathic, and secondary cramps that are caused by fibroids, ovarian cysts, or endometriosis. Many women take NSAIDs, birth control pills, and Depo shots for period pain relief. The medical community generally discourages the use of natural remedies for menstrual cramps, but does not discourage the use of medication. Research has shown the effectiveness of vitamin B1 and vitamin E.Upon searching for the root cause, I stumbled upon the following clues:• Painful cramps are caused by pain chemicals called prostaglandins. • Vasopressin, which causes contractions and decreased blood flow, is elevated when you have menstrual cramps.• Painful period cramps are associated with high parathyroid hormone levels. • Women with painful menstrual cramps also have much higher inflammation in the uterus, often related to NF-KB. • Black women have a 33% higher likelihood of getting severe period cramps than white women. • Menstrual cramps are sometimes treated with calcium channel blockers. This led to the conclusion that the root cause of menstrual cramps is a severe vitamin D3 deficiency! Try the following natural remedies for period pain and say goodbye to menstrual cramps for good:1. Take 20,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily2. Take 400-600 mg of magnesium glycinate 3. Follow a low-carb diet4. Intermittent fasting5. Cod liver oil for pain relief6. Vitamin E7. Vitamin B18. Increase iron with red meat9. Zinc for vitamin D3 absorption10. Exercise11. Fenugreek12.
