Two had the opportunity to move on. One did and other is being reminded of their history. Meanwhile, the Oilers and Golden Knights have rebounded from series deficits to put themselves from within a win of advancing in the West.We look ahead to Wednesday's games with Washington and Florida both having the opportunity to advance while the Jets try to find their game back back home.This Day in Stanley Cup History takes us back to 1986 and a birthday one player would like to forget.X: https://twitter.com/NHLWraparoundNeil Smith: https://twitter.com/NYCNeilVic Morren: https://www.linkedin.com/in/vic-morren-7038737/NHL Wraparound Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/nhlwraparound/#NHLWraparound #ShortShifts #NYCentric #NeilSmith #VicMorren #NHL #AnaheimDucks # #BostonBruins #BuffaloSabres #CalgaryFlames #CarolinaHurricanes #ChicagoBlackhawks #ColoradoAvalanche #ColumbusBlueJackets #DallasStars #DetroitRedWings #EdmontonOilers #FloridaPanthers #LosAngelesKings #MinnesotaWild #MontrealCanadiens #NashvillePredators #NewJerseyDevils #NewYorkIslanders #NewYorkRangers #OttawaSenators #PhiladelphiaFlyers #PittsburghPenguins #StLouisBlues #SanJoseSharks #SeattleKraken #TampaBayLightning #TorontoMapleLeafs #UtahHockeyClub #VancouverCanucks #VegasGoldenKnights #WashingtonCapitals #WinnipegJets #ThomasChabot #JakeSanderson #LinusUllmark #AnthonyStolarz #BradyTkachuk #RidlyGreig #AdamGaudette #DylanCouzens #TimStutzle #AustonMatthews #PyotrKochetkov #FrederikAndersen #SpencerMartin #DawsonMercer #TimoMeier #StefanNoesen #TaylorHall #JaccobSlavin #SheldonKeefe #JacksonBlake #AndreiSvehcnikov #NicoHischier #SebastianAho #PaulCotter #JacobMarkstrom #DawsonMercer #JesperiKotkaniemi #ShayneGostisbehere #BrianDumoulin #JackEichel #WilliamKarlsson #MatsZuccarello #KirillKaprizov #Marc-AndreFleury #FilipGustavsson #MattBoldy #AlexPietrangelo #JoelErikssonEk #AIdenHill #JohnHynes #MikeHartman #GustavNyquist #BruceCassidy #BrettHowden #TannerPearson #NickHague #ZachBogosian #DarcyKuemper #EvanBouchard #AndreiKuzmenko #EvanderKane #CoreyPerry #JohnKlingberg #ViktorArvidsson #MattiasJanmark #CalvinPickard #RyanNugent-Hopkins #BrandonHagel #AaronEkblad #JonMcIsaac #ChrisRooney #BradMarchand #LukeGlendening #DaveJackson #SethJones #ConnorHellebuyck #GabeVilardi #NikolajEhlers #NikitaKucherov #NathanMacKinnon #RickTocchet #JTMiller #BoHorvat ##FilipChytil #ScottyBowman #ArArbour #ValterriFilppula #CarterVerhaeghe #NinoNieterreiter #AndrewBrunette #PatrickRoy #PavelBure #KirkMcLean #RobertReichel #SteveSmith #GrantFuhr #PerryBerezan #WayneGretzky #StanFischler #PaulCoffey #JariKurri #GlennAnderson #MarkMessier #KevinLowe

Great things happen on the other side of our comfort zones. I've talked about this before on the podcast and I believe it wholeheartedly. Over the course of my life, I've constantly pushed my own boundaries and pushed past my own comfort zone. Doing so has helped me reach new levels in life, ingrain resiliency into my character, and have a deep level of self-trust. I consider myself a capable person who can accomplish what I set out to do. That's not to say things always go as planned or even work out. They don't. But, every time I've gone outside my comfort zone, new levels await. In this episode, I'm sharing 5 times I pushed past my comfort zone and reached new heights in my life. Here's a glance at this episode: [02:05] Raya breaks down her mindset when she decided to go full-time with City Girl Savings and how that helped her reach a new level. [05:11] If you never take action or get uncomfortable, you don't know what amazing things are on the other side of those decisions. [12:18] Raya gives insight into her past relationship style. She breaks down how she finally let go and gave into her current relationship. [16:43] Hindsight is 20/20. Raya shares how moving to LA ended up costing her more than she ever thought it would…even though she has no regrets. Rate, Review, & Follow: Did you love this episode? Getting Uncomfortable is one of the biggest things we resist. Especially as adults. Status quo is where we live. But the status quo doesn't help you reach your potential. It also doesn't give you the life you keep dreaming about. In this episode, I talk about my recent marathon and the "why" of why I do weird things like run really long distances. In a nutshell, it's about the challenge it brings and the growth I have through the training, the race itself and the powerful lessons I learn along the way by being open to getting uncomfortable and pushing limits. Tune in as I talk pretty vulnerably about qualifying for the Boston marathon and how it took me WAY longer (and a lot of tears and mental breakdowns) than anticipated. In this episode, I take some time to reflect on my recent experience aboard an all-inclusive cruise. I talk about how it prompted me to make more intentional choices to stay aligned with personal values and health goals. I share strategies for prioritizing well-being over indulgence, especially when tempted by the unlimited food and alcohol that frequently accompany cruises and resort. By getting uncomfortable and making mindful decisions, we can implement small changes that can lead to significant personal growth and positive habits!

World changers don't have time to stay in their comfort zone. Steffi Reyes-Thomas shares how she embarked on a path of climate advocacy and holistic design that has pushed her past what she thought she would ever be able to do. Ask and educate- be willing to take a stand and call out the issues others may either not be aware of or not know that have the power to change. Find a community - the support as well as ways to collaborate, innovate and practice will 10x anything you will ever do on your own. Be willing to make yourself uncomfortable or you will never be motivated to take the big risks you need to to make the difference you feel called to make. Put yourself in a space to move past what you believe you can do. Space creates a precedent for living and we create space. Host a climate cafe and gain empathy for how others feel on the issue. look to unite not fight and foster empowerment and collaboration. Help people see that climate change isn't about big entities and government agencies, but about the actions they take every day. Here Bob Tompkins shares his journey from bartending to... owning and operating a high producing real estate company. Bob's story is not just about change but about challenging oneself and daring to outdo expectations. He emphasizes this by saying, "Comfort's the enemy of progress... as long as you're comfortable, you're not gonna move forward." His initial skepticism about real estate, influenced by his family's involvement, evolves into a passionate career, underscoring the importance of stepping out of one's comfort zone. The conversation takes a deep dive into the essence of building a rewarding career in real estate. It's not just about hard work, but about the right mindset. Tim Macy resonates with this, stating, "You got to choose your hard in real estate." They discuss how early career struggles are foundational, shaping one's trajectory in the industry. We also have a deep dive into the future of real estate teams - stressing the importance of lead generation and systemization. Bob's perspective is clear when he says, "In the journey to success, sometimes you have to take a step back to leap forward." This is particularly relevant in their discussion about aligning with teams that share a commitment to growth and innovation.

We all have our most comfortable spots. Perhaps an overstuffed chair or a corner of the couch at the end of a long day at work. Maybe even our bed with lots of blankets on a cold night. Comfort can be a great place to fall back into when we're tired or spent. But, have you ever considered how comfort might be a bad thing? In a world where comfort is often our highest priority, we often avoid paths and choices which make us more uncomfortable. So, does following Jesus require my discomfort? In this message, Pastor Scott Savage unpacks one of Cornerstone's core values known as Getting Uncomfortable for Prescott and the World. He shares why it is impossible to follow Jesus without getting uncomfortable.
