Episode Title: Trust the Pause: How to Break Patterns and Choose Again   Description: In this episode, Audrey shares a personal story about navigating the challenges of parenting and the powerful lesson she learned about trust—trusting her kids, and ultimately herself. She dives into the realization that when we try to control others, we might actually be revealing a deeper fear: a lack of trust in their ability to make good choices. Audrey explores how this relates to breaking patterns in our own lives and how we can shift from control to trust using her “Notice, Pause, Choose Again” method.   If you've ever found yourself stuck in a pattern of control or doubt, this episode will inspire you to ask, “Where did I learn this from? Is this who I want to be?” Audrey walks you through how to shift your thoughts, behaviors, and actions to create more freedom and trust, both for yourself and those you love.   What You'll Learn:   • How to recognize when control is rooted in fear or mistrust • The importance of letting go and trusting others to make their own choices • How to break old patterns using the “Notice, Pause, Choose Again” method • Tips for shifting your mindset from control to trust, especially in relationships   Mentioned in this Episode:   • JOIN ME for Soul School my 5-week virutal program designed to help you break free from old patterns, find your true self, and live a more empowered, joyful life. Learn the tools you need to step into your most authentic self. Join SoulSchool HERE: www.audreysuttonmills.com https://buy.stripe.com/8wM00Scxl7c8448bIK   Take Action: Start today by asking yourself, “Where did I learn this pattern?” and “Is this who I want to be?” Begin the shift by noticing your thoughts, pausing to reflect, and choosing again from a place of trust and love.   xx Audrey

Hey Gorgeous, Happy New Year! On this, my favorite holiday that represents a fresh start, I'm sharing my word of the year that God stirred in my heart. Last year was focused on restoration, and He showed up so big in my family, faith, and business. This year is all about expansion, and I can't wait to see what He's got planned that I can only imagine. In the past I tried to choose a word of the year, but without God's lead, I failed and it fell flat. If God places something on your heart for this year, open up and trust Him to lead all the areas of your life into something beautiful and new. Get Dressed. Be Radiant. This episode will define menopause, share the symptoms, the exceptions, the reasons why we differ and what approaches to take as you journey through these rites of passages. You are resilient. God did not promise we would live in a world without struggle, but He did promise that we have to look to Him in order to overcome.Instead of continually getting ran over by the problems of this world and struggling to overcome by our own power, let's learn to "abide under" Him and fix our eyes on our Savior. Welcome, Soul! These 5 steps will become old friend along your alchemical journey.   Today, we are reemerging ourselves in the #1 sneaky way my Ego was keeping my Soul at arms length: people pleasing. People pleasing is Soul Abandonment.  How so? Every time you people please you are in Ego, and you are choosing to distort your soul's frequency in the attempt to control what other people think of you.  In other words, people pleasing muzzles Soul in service to Ego.  In the first part of the people pleasing series we talk about the first step: becoming aware you have been and are people pleasing, being the nice or good girl/guy. If you haven't listened to that episode, I invite you to tune in as today, we are diving even deeper.  Here's a beautiful truth: It is never too late to come home to who you truly are, Soul.  Once you do, your integration process begins.  What is integration?  Integral, which means whole. So, quite literally, this is the process of becoming whole.  I'll be sharing my experience today, but please note, yours might look wildly different. Still, if you are here, I suspect it could look remarkably familiar, especially if done so consciously.  These 5 steps are not just for integrating people pleasing!  1) Awareness 2)Articulation 3) Excavation + Innerstanding 4) The Purge 5) Be Whole, Be Soul You can integrate any lesson, realization, or rememberence -- and you'll need to. There may be other steps you find (please share them if you do), but these seem to be the reoccuring ones in my experience. Until next time,  Stay Curious & Be Conscious. -Stevie Moon

Today's One Whole Being Meditation is all about tuning into your inner resources. This is such an empowering practice and I am excited to share it with you. Your inner resources are those beautiful states of joy, peace, love, enthusiasm, inspiration, creativity, freedom, acceptance, courage, well-being and confidence. These are all internal states that are felt and found within. The world can sometimes help you to feel good, but the great news is that you don't have to wait. There is an abundant wellspring of these inner natural resources within all of us. Just as you can choose to tune into a specific frequency on a radio station, so you can choose to tune into one of your inner resources at times of need. Perhaps you've been feeling down and you need to tune into joy. Perhaps you've been feeling stressed and you need to tune into calmness. During this talk and guided practice, I will share with you how to connect with one of your inner resources. Once you learn and embody this practice, it's like winning the lottery. Only more than just winning money, you discover that the source of joy, love and peace are within you. Find a comfortable place to listen. The soundtrack contains crystal sound healing. What does it mean to be whole? And how do you reconnect with your natural state of wholeness? These are questions that I have been pondering for many years. And in today's podcast, I share with you a few thoughts and guided practice on feeling and being whole. The definition of whole is; "In an unbroken or undamaged state; in one piece. A thing that is complete within itself." For thousands of years, Yoga has taught us that we are whole and complete within ourselves. So why do so many of us feel divided and disconnected from who we truly are? Today's talk and meditation can shed light on this question and help to point you back to that inner state of unbrokenness. Find a comfortable place to listen. It's been one year since I launched the One Whole Being Podcast. I've learnt so much from sharing it and have been getting great feedback. Thanks to all who have listened, shared and helped me to improve. My dream is for the podcast to empower a million people to let go, feel better and live with an open heart. Today's episode is a meditation on self-acceptance. Accepting yourself is such a crucial quality to grow if you want to feel more peace, contentment and happiness. Often, there can be a great deal of judgement towards ourselves. It can sometimes feel like there is an inner battle going on. Through the path of self-acceptance, we can let go of judgement, resistance and inner battles. We can let go of tension and find deeper levels of relaxation and serenity. Self-acceptance takes time and willingness to grow, but it is well worth the effort. As you accept yourself more, you can celebrate your unique gifts and talents. You can honour what a gift it is to have a heart, a mind, a body and a life. Acceptance is also a catalyst for change and transformation. When your actions come from a deep place of acceptance, you don't need approval or external validation. You know that you are enough, just as you are. And that brings great peace. In today's episode... You will be guided through a meditation to let go of self-judgement and resistance so you can accept yourself more fully. Find a comfortable place to listen. The soundtrack contains crystal sound healing. For best results listen with headphones. Please share this with anybody you know who might love it. You can book a 1-1 with Martin here. Thanksgiving is near, which means many families will come together with loved ones over a shared meal that celebrates abundance. But along with their appetites, guests bring their food preferences. As omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, or those interested in eating sustainably grown food gather, a meal can turn into a battleground for arguments that go way beyond what's on the plate. On this episode, we explore our desire to make food choices that benefit our health — and perhaps the health of the planet — and why we get so passionate about these choices. Are we taking the old saying “We are what we eat” too seriously — using our food choices as an anchor for identity? Gastroenterologist and winner of the BBC's MasterChef competition Saliha Mahmood Ahmed describes mouth-watering ways to combine delicious flavors that promote good gut health, and why she thinks it's perfectly fine to occasionally eat a jam-filled doughnut. Food writer Alicia Kennedy talks about her choice to become first vegan and then vegetarian, and why her family still seems to think it's a phase. And we visit a farm that was created with hard work, enthusiasm, and idealism: small and sustainable, with a mission to make humanely raised animal products available to many people … but a closer look reveals that things may not be idyllic as promised. Also heard on this week’s episode: Gastroenterologist Saliha Mahmood Ahmed looks at food with the eyes of a physician and a passionate chef. In 2017, she won the high-stakes BBC MasterChef competition. She joins us to talk about eating for joy and health, and her new book, “Foodology: A Food-lover’s Guide to Digestive Health and Happiness.” Food writer Alicia Kennedy explains why her family still (sometimes) thinks her choice to be a vegetarian is a phase, and why the decision to forgo meat seems to rub some people the wrong way. Producer Joel Shupack talks with his partner, Jenni Goldstein, a therapist in Portland, Oregon, as she tries to redefine her relationship with food after decades of restrictive eating. Actress and filmmaker Nina Womack describes her journey from eating lots of junk food to craving salads — and her effort to make healthy food available to more people through a mobile food pantry called “Let's Be Whole.” Produced by Avishay Artsy.

What does it mean to BE WHOLE? How does one know if they are somehow fragmented or broken? What are the signs or indicators that some area of our life needs attention or healing? On this episode, we will be talking about ‘7 Steps That Lead To Personal Wholeness'. Scriptural Principle: I Thes. 5.23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Introduction: ‘Wholeness' speaks to a STATE of being whole. Being whole is to be complete … nothing missing; nothing broken; all things together and working as they were designed; all the pieces in their place; all parts working at 100%. We were created by God to achieve; to accomplish; to create; to contribute; to be happy; to be fulfilled. How Does It All Work? We are three parts: Spirit:  Represents HEADSHIP or leadership in the individual life SOUL:  The will, emotions, thoughts/mind, memories, wounds, beliefs, etc. Body:   The physical body; it's health and wellness; appetites and cravings; actions and outcomes Unresolved Issues That Prohibit Whole Living Spiritually No relationship with God Disconnected from spiritual roots Spiritual abuse or issues with church experience Angry with God over loss Curses Etc  Soul          Memories Divorce Parents Emotional Wounds Trauma Failures Low self-esteem Depression Limiting beliefs  (EPISODES 12-13) Soul Ties  Body Overweight Disease Tired/Fatigue Headaches Other Health Issues These and other issues perpetuate UNHEALTHY living and prohibit us from living a WHOLE life. In order to BE WHOLE, I must be willing to address areas in my life that need attention, and CHANGE whatever must be changed to see improvement and progress 7 Steps You Can Take That Lead to Personal Wholeness: 1. Build on the right foundation – Invite Jesus Christ to truly be the Lord of your life; this is the foundation to wholeness He has redeemed you to Himself His healing and grace is available to you All you have to do is receive it He will provide the strength you need to become WHOLE  2.    Take an Honest Look Are you happy with your life as it is? Do you believe that there is MORE for you than what you are currently experiencing? Are you willing to acknowledge and confront your own ‘stuff' in order to see real and lasting change take place? “You cannot change what you are not willing to acknowledge” – Dr. Phil McGraw 3.    Make A Decision For Change Nothing changes until something changes Identify the changes you desire to SEE What will it take to create those changes DECIDE – : to make a choice about (something) : to choose (something) after thinking about it; to choose whether or not to believe (something) after thinking about it : to reach a conclusion about (something) because of evidence; to cause (something) to end in a particular way : to determine what the result of (something) will be 4.    Examine Your Heart Where were you hurt? By whom? Is there unforgiveness in your heart? Are you toxic? What limiting beliefs have you adopted? What tragedy or loss did you experience? Who disappointed you? Who abandoned you? What leader let you down? Etc. 5.    Open Your Heart Sometimes we have stuffed things away so deeply that we are afraid to open our hearts Open your heart to new relationships Open your heart to trust again Open your heart and allow people to be close again 6.    Do The Work Be willing to seek out help Be willing to confess (then you can be healed) Be willing to feel the pain for a moment Be willing to grieve if necessary Be willing to forgive Be willing to fight for your future 7.    Be Accountable Share what you are working on with a friend, family member, pastor, or mentor Hire a Life Coach or Counselor Be willing to be accountable NEXT WEEK Next week, I will be talking about, ‘Finding Your Voice' with my great friend Joel Boggess. Be sure to leave us a question at www.BrianHolmes.com and we will do our best to answer it in the show.

Shonta Gibson AKA Queen G's journey began about 7 years ago when she was asked to Co-host every Monday with DJ Big Keith in the city of Las Vegas on internet radio at station Xradio.biz. She co-hosted and discovered that she had a love and comfort of being in front of the camera as an interviewer and host. Carla Simpson of EOTM,( Entrapaneurs on the  Move), discovered that she had a thing for radio, so she offered her a spot with her team.  There she homed her skill in front of the mic, and was given opportunity to  interview celebrities. It was at EOTM that the broadcast name Queen G was developed, and has been her broadcast name since. Queen stayed with the fam at EOTM for about 4 years until the doors closed.  She went from there to Enter 907 live out of Alaska, where she Co-hosted with Slicc Young, it was called The Slicc Young and Queen G  radio show.  At this radio home she discovered her love and passion for social media, and what it takes to go to new levels in broadcasting. In most recent years she planted her feet with Nina Womack as a co-host of The Let's Be Whole radio show out of los angeles. It was a holistic approach to radio. Queen G holds her own, on a panel of three hosts.  She has also been a special guest on The Jeffrey Henderson radio show in Hollywood, Ca. as well as a list of others like the recent guest host spots with Crystal Glass of The I am Spot Light radio show at Accelerated radio, in Los Angeles owned by Kevin Nash of KJLH. No matter what Queen G is no holds barred and feels very comfortable in the broadcast seat.  She calls the radio her couch. Queen G definitely has a bright future in radio. letsgotoworkentertainment@gmail.com (310)910-4704
