Today, the cardslingers discuss the Six of Wands. And, as tradition dictates, Melissa, Jaymi, and Hilary all have their favorites. RWS is all about celebration and successes. The image is a figure on a horse who has gone and done the thing. They have come back and are being celebrated for whatever it is they did. Jaymi chose two, of course, The Triple Goddess Tarot shows a mother and two kiddos being celebrated for growth. In reflection, Jaymi thinks this card could've been born out of her desire to have been celebrated for who she was. And now she's able to celebrate her inner child. Hilary's The Wild Unknown Tarot shows a more modern interpretation of leadership and victory, rising above energy that triumphs. It's a more natural scene, without people. Freedom that success can bring. And Melissa's Sacred Sisterhood Tarot shows a ballerina holding a laurel. Doing a pointe as a ballerina is like the epitome of their practice. This is the excitement, the top shape. Every job has a pinnacle, and we can all reach ours.   Finding the little things throughout our day will help us get through the hard times. Find moments of celebration and give yourself a pat on the back. Be kind with the definition of victory; anything can be a moment of victory. Every achievement of a task well-completed is a step in the right direction to who you make. Our Titles read like someone from the 70s wrote them. Someone who did a lot of experimenting with plants, and maybe acids. Speaking of experimenting, Jaymi decided to experiment this episode, not with substances, but with how little he opened his huge mouth. Well, he lasted for about fifteen minutes with the experiment, but we're proud of him all the same, or at least his wife is. Other than that, it was a pretty run-of-the-mill episode. “Am I going to be okay?” Getting a tarot reading is a personalized way to get to your baseline. Did you know Nordic Runes have more meaning than just being a letter? Each individual "letter" also has profound spiritual, emotional, and social meaning. The rune making the "S" sound in Elder Futhark, for example, also means sun or victory. Over time, especially after the Viking age, the language used by Danes, Swedes, and Norwegians diverged from each other due to outside cultural and religious influences, with runes dying out almost entirely, except in Sweden, where they were used until the 1800s!
