We also celebrate the art of the mixtape - slamming together artists like Ministry, NWA, Jane's Addiction, House of Pain, Nine Inch Nails - and having it all somehow flow together perfectly.

The first episode of The Greatest Mixtape Podcast is the story of how it all began for Eric and Mack - how they bonded over music and formed a friendship that has lasted for decades. They were brought together by the heavy metal scene of the 1980s (Motley Crue, Guns N" Roses, LA Guns, Ratt, Skid Row, Metallica, Megadeth) and all of the imagery that came with it.
