(French: D'où venons-nous ? Que sommes-nous ? Où allons-nous ?) is a painting by French artist Paul Gauguin. The painting was created in Tahiti, and is in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts, US. Viewed as a masterpiece by Gauguin, the painting is considered "a philosophical work comparable to the themes of the Gospels".[1] The painting is notable for its enigmatic subject and atmosphere. Some scholars have attributed these qualities to personal conflicts that Gauguin experienced while creating this artworkHomo Ahimsa: Who We Really Are And How We're Going to Save The World Kindle Edition by Judy McCoy Carman (Author) Format: Kindle Edition bhsales.myctfo.com/bizopp bhsales.myctfo.com/goldcoffee bhsales.myctfo.com/bliss bhsales.myctfo.com/exfoliater .bhsales.myctfo.com/relief bhsales.myctfo.com/vie bhsales.myctfo.com/hair bhsales.myctfo.com/boost. . bhsales.saveandhelp.org/organization bhsales.myctfo.com/samplesys_page_video Awakening talk vitamin D & Zince Advocacy Program BHSales Virtual Mall 50/25 Community Support. 21AUG1942: Serving in a machine gun section on Guadalcanal, Pvt Al Schmid and his team were called forward when word spread of an expected Japanese attack. Schmid, suffering from a foot infection he didn't tell anyone about, moved into the defensive position in the late hours of 20AUG and waited. The Japanese began their attack shortly after midnight and as they began to cross the Tenaru (also known as Alligator Creek), Schimd's gunner opened fire. As the Japanese poured over their position, the primary gunner was killed and Schmid stepped into his place, firing for the next four hours. With his assistant gunner seriously wounded, Schimd loaded the machine gun himself and focused on keeping the weapon from overheating despite the constant need for its use. Eventually a Japanese soldier lobbed a grenade into their position. As it detonated, it wounded Schmid in the shoulder, arm, hand and face. Despite being blinded by the blast, Schmid continued to fire. Guided by his wounded assistant gunner, Schimd continued to keep the charging Japanese at bay. By morning, over 200 dead Japanese soldiers were found in front of his position. For his actions that night, Pvt Al Schmid would be awarded the Navy Cross.
In 1966 Bob Dylan released his third album in 18 months, "Blonde on Blonde", the first true rock double LP. Over the decades it's been highly regarded with five singles including "Just Like A Woman". Double platinum and 9th on Rolling Stone's Top 500 Albums of all time. Is it that good though? Stu's never heard of it and it also contains Colin's most hated Dylan track. From the late Don Pritts, GrapeVine article, 1988, Part One:If Our Message Is Clear. . .In working with professionals, let us keep in mind that for our friends to recommend us, they must understand us. And for that, we are responsible. As AA grows, cooperating with members of the professional community becomes one of the most important activities we can engage in. We are experiencing a growth beyond our wildest dreams, but with that growth come some problems. Most groups are finding that many of the new people coming to us are not alcoholics, but suffer from many other maladies. The people who refer them have seen the true miracles that happen in AA and, having no other resource, they lovingly send everyone to us.While I believe that our recovery program, the Twelve Steps, will work for any problem, our Fellowship of alcoholics does not seem to provide the same service for others as it does for us. Fellowship is a gathering of people of like mind, and while there are many similar behaviors among alcoholics and others suffering from obsessions of many kinds, the alcoholic mind and body are different. According to Dr. Silkworth, in "The Doctor's Opinion" in the Big Book, "This phenomenon [of craving], as we have suggested, may be the manifestation of an allergy which differentiates these people, and sets them apart as a distinct entity." So, as we are experiencing, nonalcoholics coming to our Fellowship cause us to be uncomfortable because we do not really understand them. We cause them to be uncomfortable because we demonstrate that we don't understand them. We know when our principles are applied to problems other than alcohol, in fellowships designed for each problem, such as Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, or Overeaters Anonymous, the results are the same.

Another daytime poolside session for our trip to Ibiza 2003. This time it’s all house tunes, but stacked with girly floorfillers and bootlegs (hence the title).Private Eye is a bootleg of Hall & Oats’ I can’t go for that; the Coloursound tune is lost gem here in it’s original form; G Club’s Guitarra G oozes Ibiza sunshine; and with Balearic faves by A Man Called Adam and Smokebelch towards the end of the mix, you definitely know which island you’re on. Enjoy.Laydeez Choice, bootlegs and daytime beatsmixed 13 aug 2003private eye - no can doclass a - street lifedisciples of funk - too far gonecome on sting me – byron bootydlsp - horney ep – summer hornshighrise - time after timecoloursound - fly with memood ii swing - can’t get away from youg club - guitarra ga man called adam - barefoot in the bootysmokebelch 03 bootyricherd x & kelis - finest dreamsrichie havens/groove armada – back to my roots114.9MB standard mp3 file 192kbps
This is one of my first mixes recorded in a studio. I’d just moved into Matt’s in Stetford and he kept getting burgled so I stored my decks at work. This was in the days when Piccadilly Radio was based in Piccadilly Plaza (Manchester). The commercial production studio was separate from the rest of Key103 and I was often working weekends uploading commericals... so of course it wasn’t long before I’d plugged my Technics into the desk.Anthony (‘Subbo’) and I would have a few beers, get stoned out the back and play tunes. With this session I learnt how digital editing could allow you to perfect a mix, restructuring songs as I wanted them, and also how prestigious it felt to have a mix burnt to CD - few people burnt CDs in 1995 as it was far too expensive. This mix spawned ideas that later became the Update 1 CDs.studio mix – Aug 95Billy Ray Martin – running around town – bt remixBilly Ray Martin – running around town – original mixMone – we can make it – joe t vanelli remixJodeci - freak – mk dubEBTG – missing – chris & james remixThe Original – I love you babySpace 2000 – do you wanna funk? – joe t vanelliDe’Lacy – hideaway – deep dish mixBrand New Heavies – back to love – gp mixMariah Carey – fantasty – morales dub44.4 MB AAC file 1288 kbps
