He has worked in various facets of the music industry, including lo-fi, hip-hop, Boom Bap, Drum and Bass, and other underground subgenres. He has been a staple in the Texas live music scene since the late 90s, cementing his talent and ability to connect with his audiences, bringing his own originality to the table. With that, he founded Quaziscience Recordings to showcase his production and offer a platform to other artists across the globe. Mike worked as the manager of Daytona Beach's staple record store Atlantic Sounds. Through this position, a 100,000 watt radio station 99.9 FM offered the opportunity to develop a radio show known as "Alternative Frequency". Alternative Frequency started to buzz and local nightclub Coliseum decided to sponsor the show, offering Mike a residency. A decision was made after three years, to leave Atlantic Sounds and dedicate more time to the nightlife and the sounds of the underground. With experience under his belt, and two partners with similar interests, Mike opened his first nightclub - Madhouse. As resident DJ, Mike worked with various artists: Kimball Collins, Chris Fortier, D-Xtreme, Rich Rosario, D-Love, Stylus, and AK1200 to name a few. One year later the group decided to open an additional short lived nightclub known as 3D. Broadening his horizon, Mike began playing to the Orlando crowd as a resident at Ultraviolet and winning two DJ contests in the Central Florida area. He later moved to the Midwest, and began playing areas in Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis and Denver. After a 18 year hiatus, Mike is back in Florida and has recently found himself back in the scene DJ'ing and creating music. The past genres of music played included a mix of trance, progressive house and breakbeat but Mike's current focus (DJ/artist) is primarily breaks. New original material is being worked on and set to be released in early Spring 2021 on 77Deuce Records. **KEEP DA BASS ROLLIN` vol 9 - Emplate** emplate first heard the sounds of Jungle/Drum & Bass in the summer of '96 and was instantly enchanted. A drummer, and heavily influenced by hip hop, metal, industrial, classical and jazz; emplate believes drum and bass embodies everything he had been listening to and loved before it. In '99 he knew that listening was not enough. He needed more than mixtapes and parties to get his fix. Inspired by the DJs around him and his love for DnB, he dedicated himself to seeking knowledge, selection and skill. emplate soon became respected both technically and for his sets that interweave neurofunk and darker, minimal DNB tunes that are often peppered with liquid dancefloor tracks if the mood is right. In 2006, emplate became a resident DJ at the former weekly and nationally recognized DnB event "in:verse". Always interested in moving the scene forward, emplate helped develop The Cleveland Drum n Bass Coalition and (216)BASS, both local platforms that Northeast Ohio DnB heads used as a vehicle to further their careers. In August of 2014, emplate joined up with Rockers Music.   Full Spectrum Dustin Lawrance Shisler (AKA Dj Full Spectrum) fell in love with music at an early age, getting his first drum set at the age of 2. Dustin began playing guitar & piano when he was 8 years old, and continued so for several years, and eventually traded in his guitar for a set of drums. After drumming and falling in love with beats for several years, at the age of 17 he sold his drums for a pair of turntables, and a 2 channel mixer. He spun hip-hop and produced tracks under several alias for a few years, until he went to go see dj Q-bert Spin on 4 decks at 'The Warehouse' in Toronto, October 1998. After dj Q-bert finished up, Dustin explored the other rooms at the venue, where he heard Drum & bass/Jungle for the first time...He was instantly hooked. With several years under his belt as a raver & dj/performer dj Full Spectrum teamed up with childhood friend Energizer Mc in 2002 to create a drum & bass duo Alpha Flight Krew (AFK) Since then, Full Spectrum has been making people dance in both Canada and the USA with his wide range of tune selection, incredible mixing, and uncanny ability to read the crowd. Becoming well known for his high energy performances, he's played alongside some heavy hitters such as Aphrodite, Jumpin' Jack Frost, Kenny Ken, Dieselboy, AK1200 & Dj Dara & dj Profile At Buffalo Drum N Bass Parties. In June 2013, he won the BNE Event Services HEAVY/LUST competition, and with his recent move to Toronto, he's now hustling hard to make a name for himself in the city he loves and now calls home.
