In the latest episode of the Empowerography Podcast, my guest is Lesley Anne Graham. Lesley Anne Graham worked for the National Health Service in UK as a Specialist Nurse Practitioner before moving into Public Health as a Specialist Nurse and Executive Coach where she developed and delivered Healthy Working Lifestyle Initiatives not only to the local community, but all medical staff employed in her local region.   She was awarded the Innovation for Success Award for assisting hard to reach groups to develop and adopt significant behavioural change modalities. After being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2019, she defied medical advice and declined major surgery and chemotherapy and healed without further medical intervention and chose to opt for revolutionary practices. Now an author and speaker.  Her passion is to help people recognize and utilize their innate ability to self-heal, physically, psychologically and spiritually. Lesley Anne's purpose is to raise awareness and assist others by sharing her story, live life to the full and encourage others to become the best versions of themselves. In this episode we discuss spirituality, self-healing, the power of the mind, cancer, energy and radical remission.   Website - https://notsohidden.godaddysites.com FB - https://www.facebook.com/lesley.graham.7315 FB Group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/555176332712946   In this episode you will learn: 1. Why it's so important to remain in a high vibrational state for our own well being. 2. That we all have an innate ability to heal ourselves. 3. How to start to get into a regular practice in order to heal yourself.   "I just left school early and I was a clerk for a couple of years. But really my heart was into wanting to be a vet and but because I left school at 15, I didn't have the qualifications. And so I had to ditch that idea." - 00:02:01 "I started then to do my research about healing and that led me to Radical Remissions and I started to read all of the information there. And it was then that I unearthed A wealth of evidence."- 00:38:33 "Believe in yourself. Live your life to the fullest, they used to say. Live your life to the full." - 01:06:50   THE WORLD needs to hear your message and your story. Don't deny the world of that gift within you that the universe has gave to you. Someone out there needs to hear your story because it will support them in feeling hope, inspired and even transformed. It is an interesting time to be overseeing the management and evolution of Ireland's public transport network. Not only has the pandemic dramatically reduced passenger numbers on trains, trams, buses and taxis, at least temporarily, but the rapid move towards environmentally sustainable modes of transport is also introducing new and interesting challenges. As CEO of the National Transport Authority (NTA), Anne Graham is tasked with helping to develop solutions for these challenges and others, while also creating strategies to build the public transport system of the future. In this episode of the EY CEO Outlook Podcast, Anne Graham tells host Richard Curran the story of her rise through the public service to the role she holds today, and her vision for the public transport system of tomorrow. They discuss:·         The challenge of providing public transport in rural areas, and how residential planning must play a role. ·         The planned electrification of the bus fleet, battery range, and future technology·         How to encourage more women into engineering·         Why the NTAs mission around sustainability is helping drive talent recruitment ·         The concept of ‘mobility as a service' and making one ticket allow access to several modes of transport
