Stop being people pleasers. If God has given you advice telling you what to if you know its God's consel to you. Dont ask anyone esle advice or even ask them to pray and agree because if that is not what they want for you go to the bible and ask God for a word that you can stand on and that word will fight your battles and don't be too quick to want to introduce people who You know God has put into your life for a purpose. Because they will root out what God is trying to grow in your life and if you have had God's counsel that is all that you need i heard a story of a woman that had got even money to start a hairdressing business and she made the mistake of asking her mothers advice her mother told her it wasn't a good ideal she took her mother's advice and now she is living in regrets working for someone esle and all the money is gone. Somepeople give you advise for you and some give you advice for themselves. Some people don't want you to make progress no matter how close they may be to you they want to keep you in a position that they think you deserve. But God is faithful to finish that good work he starting in us trust God and stand on is word always. May God bless us and keep us in jesus name we pray amen. Thank you for listening to blessed and free 63 where Jesus is Lord amen

Send us a textHealing isn't always a straight path. Sometimes it loops back around—and just when we think we're done, life hands us another test…In this month's episode, I'm opening up about my personal healing journey through trauma and how I finally found peace. A big update since 2021 podcast!Coming from a life shaped by trauma, I knew something had to shift. So I began the journey inward—spending years getting to know myself, gently uncovering my triggers, and noticing the patterns that held me back.Just when I believed I had moved through the hardest parts, life would quietly place something in front of me. A moment, a memory, a feeling—whispering, ‘Have you truly made peace with this yet?'The biggest test came when I returned to the place where it all began; the city I left as a child, where I carried so much pain. I expected discomfort, maybe even fear. But this time was different. This time, I felt peace. In this episode, I'm sharing a few key things that helped me reach this point—the lessons, the tools, and the truths I discovered along the way. This isn't just my story—it's for anyone who's ever wondered if true healing is possible. It is.It takes patience, compassion, and the courage to keep showing up for yourself… even when it's hard.
The Big Unlock Podcast · We Believe in Provider-led AI Where Clinicians Have the Final Say – Podcast with Patrick Mobley In this episode, Patrick Mobley, Co-Founder and CEO at Vivid Health shares how his personal background and professional journey inspired him to launch a platform that improves clinical workflows using generative AI. Built in collaboration with Redesign Health, Vivid Health's platform is designed to automate time-consuming, manual processes, such as patient outreach, assessments, care planning, and follow-ups—freeing nurses and care teams to focus on providing care. Patrick highlights their “provider-led AI” approach, where providers retain final control over AI-generated outputs. The platform supports over 100 conditions across 16 specialties and is being adopted in primary care, home health, and hospice settings. It reduces documentation time by over 50% and eliminates outreach labor in chronic care management workflows. Patrick also emphasizes the platform's value in scaling care, improving patient engagement, and supporting revenue generation, while offering deeper, more honest insights through automated, holistic patient assessments. Take a listen.

Are they lying to us...You often hear people say that driving change as an in-house service design professional often feels less like a sprint and more like a marathon, right? But let's be honest, that's not quite true.In reality, it's more like running an ultra-marathon (and some more). We all know that "tangible" progress in service design can sometimes feel slow and far removed.Often, the real challenge isn't about which tools, methods, or frameworks you use. It's about keeping your internal flame burning and maintaining momentum inside the organization, especially when things get tough. But here's the good news: some professionals have found ways to play the long game successfully. So, how do you sustain your energy, passion, and impact when the work feels like a long-distance race (without a clear path and unknown finish line)? That's what this new episode is all about. It's part of our new series where we dive into the actual, unpolished practice of in-house service design. For this conversation, I was joined by two experienced professionals, Linn Jansson and James Field. They are both deep in the daily realities of this work and truly get what the "in-house marathon" feels like.Linn and James share some honest insights – not just about their diverse journeys into service design, but specifically about how they navigate these long-term challenges and, crucially, how they keep their motivation high.In this episode, you'll discover where they find their 'fuel', including:The power of supportive teams and communities. The importance of recognizing those small (but mighty!) wins. How they've learned to see and appreciate the long-term shifts they are making, even when it's tough to notice day-to-day.So, if you're looking for some encouragement, practical perspectives on resilience, or simply the reassurance that you're not running this marathon alone, I think you'll get a lot from this episode. And on that note, I'm curious: What keeps you motivated when you're deep in the in-house design marathon? Hit reply and let me know.Enjoy the conversation and keep making a positive impact!Take care,~ Marc--- [ 1.
