Understanding that addressing these imbalances alone would not suffice for long-term hair loss reversal, she delved deeper into the cascade of events triggered by these imbalances. Her journey revealed that toxicant-induced loss of tolerance, triggered by mold toxicity, viral exposures, heavy metal exposures, allergens, leaky gut, and microbial imbalances, needed to be addressed to reverse her hair loss naturally. My guest today is Heather Eck. Heather Eck is a multimedia abstract artist and writer. An intuitive artist and painter, Heather interprets people, places, and experiences through color, a condition known as synesthesia. Like an enormous box of crayons, her gift operates by categorizing through intricate but specific shades of color. While this condition enables her to experience color, she responds to these encounters with people, things, emotions, and spaces by understanding the particular shade of experience that a person dwells in. She uses her gift to detect the most healing color for them to remedy their wounds. Guided by the chakra system and inspired by spirituality and the mysteries of the universe, Heather transforms these vibrant energies into captivating paintings that uplift, inspire and, ultimately, heal. Each canvas becomes a symphony of color and emotion, a visual representation of the unseen connections that weave through our lives. Heather's work is more than art; it's a medium of healing, a testament to the profound influence of color on our well-being. In this episode we discuss synesthesia, art, intuition, healing, self-discovery and spirituality.Website - https://www.heathereck.comIG - https://www.instagram.com/heathereckartistFB - https://www.facebook.com/heathereckartistYouTube - www.youtube.com/@heathereckartist LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/heathereck/Special Show Offer - https://www.heathereck.com/thankyou In this episode you will learn:1. Some intuitive artists, though, will approach a canvas without any plan at all and just let their intuition kind of guide them.” - 00:02:49“Synesthesia is kind of the easiest way to define it is when your senses get crossed in your brain. And so if I smell something in my mind, I see it as a color and a shape." 00:34:49“You are all beautiful and wonderful people. Don't let what anybody says about you prevent you from being your most authentic self. You are here to do incredible, wonderful, big things that you cannot even possibly imagine.” 00:49:19

My guest today is Sandy Rosenthal. After the near-destruction of New Orleans in 2005 while most were satisfied with the official narrative of "natural disaster", Sandy Rosenthal believed there was more to the story. It turned out there was. Rosenthal led an investigative team via the New Orleans-based group she founded––Levees.org––and discovered the real cause of the devastation: Faulty engineering which resulted in the death of at nearly 1,400 and $200 billion in property damage and business losses, not "Mother Nature." In a classic tale of "first they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win", the Levees.org team succeeded not only in exposing the details of the failure, but also uncovering a multi-million dollar smear campaign––against the people of New Orleans, Levees.org and Sandy herself––funded with U.S. taxpayer dollars. By 2015, the news media, which had upheld the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' version of events, finally capitulated, and major news outlets like the Associated Press, New York Times and the BBC, officially changed their version of events to reflect the reality.Rosenthal's book "Words Whispered in Water" which documents this story is her first book. Levees.org exists to make sure the U.S Army Corps of Engineers is held accountable in New Orleans and throughout the U.S. where the lives and property of 201 million Americans depend on the integrity of their levees.. In this episode we discuss Hurricane Katrina, advocacy work, government failures and injustices.Website - https://levees.org/bio-sandy-rosenthal-founder-of-levees-org/IG - https://www.instagram.com/leveesorg/LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/rosenthalsandy/YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@Sandy_RosenthalSandy's Book - https://www.amazon.com/Words-Whispered-Water-Government-Corruption-ebook/dp/B096GVDD88?ref_=ast_author_mpbIn this episode you will learn:1. Change is possible when you stand up for and fight for what you believe in.2.What the power and impact of truth is.3. The importance of activism and how it can mobilize a community. “We were being blamed. The victims of this horrific flooding, this was no minor disaster. This was a bona fide catastrophe. Nearly 1,400 people died within a few hours.” - 00:04:38“Right after the flooding of New Orleans, I had a lot of reporters and journalists call me or email me and ask me, Okay, talk to me about how the poorer communities, the marginalized communities, talk to me about how their levies weren't as good as the wealthy people." 00:33:25“Don't be afraid. Don't worry that someone might not like what you're saying, because if it's not one person, it'd just be somebody else.” 00:58:23

She found that the abstract nature of art allowed her to express herself freely, without owing explanations, as she intuitively knew the deeper meaning behind her work. Lauri's unique approach blends abstract art with Neurographica art– an intuitive, subconscious line work process. So I like to say that you use your non-dominant hand, because when you use your dominant hand, you're thinking too much. So you create what's like a mind map almost.” 00:18:49“if you are able to hold a pencil, a paintbrush, a sponge, a spoon, literally like household item is you can create art.” 00:31:21

Kundalini is referred to the coiled serpent energy before it is activated, and then it becomes Shakti. So Kundalini Shakti is creative life force energy.” 00:18:19“1 of the greatest tools I found for presence is you know how we joke about like men can only have 3 items on a list your brain really works on the on those 3 items so if you give your brain 3 things to focus on so for instance right now I'm focusing on what I'm sitting on and that's the point of touch and then simultaneously I focus on my breath and breathing.” 00:38:42

Like I just, I always had this like kind of internal rub with it.” - 00:08:24“I've had such a hard time trusting myself and like believing in myself, which is so ironic because there was some part of me that was like very, very self assured. I know I want this goal. I know I'm going to go after it, but on a very core level, like I didn't really, I really didn't feel worthy.” 00:31:51“I think for a long time, I thought that like free will and choice meant that we could direct our lives in a way. Like you hear a lot about manifesting and I'm going to tell the universe what I want and I do believe in that to a certain extent, but actually where I think our choice comes in.” 00:41:36

In this episode we discuss healing, overcoming trauma, shame, manifestation, self-love and abundance.Website - https://www.jilleschultz.com/IG - https://www.instagram.com/jilleschultz_/FB - https://www.facebook.com/jilleschultz11LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jilleschultz/YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@jilleschultzJill's Book - https://www.jilleschultz.com/bookIn this episode you will learn:1. How vulnerability not only empowers the storyteller but also gives others permission to confront and heal their own pain.2.How embracing pain can unlock resilience, gratitude, and a mindset of abundance.3. Why understanding and forgiveness are essential steps toward personal liberation. “Shame thrives in silence, but it can't survive in the light. The moment I shared my story, the weight I carried for 41 years began to lift. Speaking out isn't just about healing yourself—it's about giving others permission to do the same. Your voice can be the light someone else needs to find their way out of the darkness.”“Your trauma doesn't define you—it refines you. The scars we carry are not signs of weakness; they're proof of survival. When you face your pain head-on and decide to grow through it, you turn it into a source of strength. That's where true healing begins.”“Self-love isn't just a concept; it's a practice. It's choosing every day to forgive yourself, to see your worth, and to live in alignment with who you truly are. You are not the things that happened to you—you are the light that rises from it. Remember: you are deserving of abundance, joy, and every dream your heart dares to hold.”
