He surprises Iris with a visit to the Skyview, a restaurant that sits atop a 500-foot steel-beamed tower, and proposes to her. However, soon after their magical moment, a penny sets off a chain reaction that ultimately kills everyone in the restaurant and brings the entire structure down.Due to the genius “bloodlines” concept, that's the extent of Bassinger's involvement in the movie. When the opening destruction concludes, the film shifts to the present day, where Kaitlyn Santa Juana's Stefani experiences the Skyview disaster in the form of a nightmare. Yes, we do get an older version of Iris, played by Gabrielle Rose, but as far as Bassinger's direct contribution to the movie goes, she gets a single sequence to make an impression - and she does, big time.Yes, the opening Skyview disaster is a production feat that's packed to the brim with widely impressive effects and stunts, but a big reason why all of that work hits so hard is because Bassinger doesn't waste a second filling out Iris' world and sparking a meaningful connection with the viewer. Although she played a younger version of her mother's character in the 2013 film "Grudge Match," her most prominent public relationship to date was with New York rapper Angel Haze, who identifies as pansexual and agender. Following their breakup in 2015, Ireland experienced emotional trauma, seeking solace in rehab as she navigated the darkness of anxiety. Subsequently, she developed a romantic interest in UFC fighter Ronda Rousey, attempting to woo her through Instagram. Presently, Ireland is in a relationship with surfer Noah Schweizer since December 2015.The strained relationship between Ireland and her father, Alec, is a lasting consequence of the infamous voicemail incident. Alec, who has fathered multiple children with his current wife Hilaria, acknowledges the deep impact it has had on their bond, stating that it is a scab that never heals due to constant external scrutiny. He laments that his daughter has been permanently hurt by the incident.What exactly did Alec say in the voicemail that caused such turmoil? He unleashed a barrage of criticism, stating that Ireland lacked intelligence and decency as a human being, dismissing her age and labeling her mother as thoughtless. The voicemail further revealed Alec's frustration and embarrassment, vowing not to make a fool of himself again.Amidst these challenges, signs of hope emerge for Ireland. The yoga enthusiast has found inspiration in her stepmother Hilaria, a yoga professional, as she engages in yoga practices during her vacation in the Bahamas. Ireland openly discusses her body image struggles in lengthy Instagram posts, encouraging herself to work harder. She candidly shares her guilt about eating pizza while posting a video of herself dancing in front of a mirror, wearing a bra and thong.Before achieving fame, Kim Basinger had a colorful dating history, including relationships with model Tim Saunders, photographer Dale Robinette, and football player Joe Namath. Following her marriage to makeup artist Ron Snyder-Britton on October 12, 1980, Basinger developed agoraphobia after experiencing a panic attack in a health-food store, confining herself to her home for six months. The couple divorced shortly before Christmas in 1989, and Basinger paid Snyder-Britton $9,000 per month in alimony for eight years. Snyder-Britton penned a memoir titled "Longer Than Forever" in 1998, recounting their time together and shedding light on Basinger's affair with Richard Gere, with whom she co-starred in films like "No Mercy" (1986) and "Final Analysis" (1992). During her initial divorce proceedings, Basinger had romantic involvements with hairdresser/producer Jon Peters and musician Prince, who contributed to the Batman soundtrack and produced her unreleased 1989 album "Hollywood Affair."
