I know I said I was going to post the 8th edition of Pride Anthems in July but I got bored waiting :) So here it is now, Pride Anthems part 8. This edition heads back to the 90's and 2000's with some classic remixes from Hex Hector and Dezrok respectively for I5 and Jennifer Lopez. I had a tough time deciding which Moto Blanco remix of Mary J Blige to use but eventually settled on "We Ride". Wayne G delivers two killer mixes for Martha Wash and Icona Pop as do 7th Heaven for Britney's classic "Work Bitch!" and Nick Jay's remake of "Rockin' For Myself" with Carlotta Chadwick. Tommer Mizrahi's remix of Katy Perry's "Chained To The Rhythm" is awesome and Guena LG reshapes Lady Gaga's "Just Dance". The back end of the set closes out with an excellent 2021 remix of Whitney's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and a stunning reinvention from Nick Stracener on "From This Moment" by Shania Twain. Pride month is in full swing and this 8th edition of Pride Anthems kicks it firmly into high gear.
