Your Nightly Prayer
Does anybody need something from God today? In this powerful and deeply personal message, Pastor Travis Hearn explores the raw truth of our human condition—how desperately needy we are for something greater than ourselves. Whether you're praying for healing, a breakthrough, a prodigal child's return, financial provision, or a second chance, this message is for you. Drawing from Psalm 23 and Philippians 4:19, Pastor Travis reminds us that God is not just a shepherd—He is your shepherd. And because He is your shepherd, you shall not want. You have everything you need. Even in your deepest valley or driest desert, My God Shall Supply dives into four eternal truths: 1. God knows WHAT you need—He is the source, not just a resource. 2. God knows WHEN you need it—His timing is always perfect. 3. God knows WHY you need it—there's divine purpose in the pain. 4. God knows HOW to provide it—His ways are higher, more miraculous than you can imagine. This is not just a sermon—it's a call back to the well that never runs dry. Stop scraping empty wells of the world and start drinking from the overflowing, living water of Jesus Christ. Let this message be your reminder: your failures can't drain His supply, your needs can't deplete His riches, and your past can't cancel His promises. The Lord is your Shepherd. You lack nothing. My God Shall Supply.

église AB Lausanne ; KJV Deuteronomy 7 When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou; And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son. For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly. But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire. For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. The LORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face. ...

Scripture Reading: 1 Corinthians 10:14-22 Paul has been writing about the issue of eating food that had been offered to idols and that topic will have taken up three chapters (chs. 8-10) before he is done. In today's passage he plainly writes, "Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry" (1 Cor 10:14). 1 Corinthians 10:14-22 is about idolatry. Idolatry comes in many forms. Calvin calls human nature an 'idol factory.' The essence of sin is an attitude that gives glory to something other than God, putting that something (or someone) in His place. To belittle God is to scorn His glory. This first command reminds us of who God is and of who we are. It teaches us to bow before the Almighty in adoration, trust, thanksgiving, and homage. This passage ends with a reference to the jealousy of God … "Shall we provoke the Lord to jealousy?" (1 Cor 10:22). When the Bible speaks of God being a jealous God (Nah 1:2; Exod 34:14) we must not think of the kind of human jealousy that is borne out of insecurity, mistrust, and selfishness. God's jealousy is His altogether appropriate desire for His creation to honor Him as God and not replace Him with lesser things. The first commandment forbids us to have any other god before YHWH. The positive implications of this command is that we acknowledge and worship Him … esteeming, honoring, loving, delighting in, obeying, calling on, pursuing Him … with all our might, while we live.
