Folge Nummer 40 von Burns kleinem GeBlauder. Diesmal haben wir mal eine bisschen ungewöhnliche Blauderei. Der Burn erfüllt sich den ganz besonderen Wunsch, seinen Lieblingsautor Peter David zu interviewen und gleichzeitig über dessen Werk zu reflektieren. Leider aus dem bedauerlichen Anlass heraus, dass er kürzlich verstorben ist, ist es gleichzeitig auch eine Würdigung, ein Nachruf oder vielleicht sogar eine Lobpreisung. Es war dem Burn ein Herzensanliegen, das das hier auf die Seite kommt. Seine für Burn wichtigsten Werke: 1. The Incredible Hulk (1987–1998) Die definitive Hulk-Phase. Peter David hat den Hulk über 100 Ausgaben lang geschrieben und ihm endlich psychologische Tiefe gegeben. Er kombinierte Bruce Banners Kindheitstrauma mit multiplen Persönlichkeiten (z. Die meisten seiner Serien sind tatsächlich in den fetten Omnibus Bänden lieferbar, aber hauptsächlich auf Englisch. Also auf Deutsch ist da relativ wenig zu bekommen. Wir haben diese normalerweise nicht im Laden aber die sind alle easy zu besorgen. Schaut euch mal an welche der Serien, die wir hier für euch rausgezogen hab am spannendsten sind und sprecht mich einfach drauf an, was wir dann da besorgen können oder was als Einstieg gut ist.
