In 2019 after making some major health and lifestyle changes, I decided to do something good for myself and started taking ballroom dance lessons and then proceeded to compete at competitions all of over the country. I was always in relatively “good shape” but now I had a real reason to work on my body. Not for vanity, but for a sport. With a combination of diet, strength training, and yoga, I have been able to change my average dad bod into a dancer bod.
