Ashe in America, Abbey Blue Eyes, Christy Lupo, Jackie Espada, and Mrs. Rise Attire bring maximum girl chaos in this wildly funny, holiday-recovery episode of Alphas Make Sandwiches. The show opens with toddler meltdowns, tech issues, and Jackie's ongoing war with her lungs before spiraling into Thanksgiving confessions, over-cooked turkeys, and the group unanimously agreeing that hosting is a crime against mothers. Christy introduces her idiom of the week, Abbey recounts a migraine-inducing shopping disaster, and Mrs. Rise shares her not-so-peaceful attempts at Christmas decorating. The crew veers into bad hair days, school drop-off anxiety, forgotten appointments, broken nails, laundry shame, teen attitudes, and the eternal battle between moms and grocery stores. With nonstop laughter, relatable disaster stories, and unfiltered honesty about the beautiful mess of womanhood, this episode is peak AMS energy...loud, real, and absolutely hilarious.
Chaz and AJ kicked off a Mother's Day segment about mom fails by calling the newest mom they know, comedian Ayesheh Mae. The Tribe called in their stories, and then a few surprise guests came by the studio.

Sadie Robertson Huff and Maisey Redman dive right into the panic, hilarity, and unintentional life lessons learned from their moms' parenting fails. Sadie sets the record straight with Korie about whether she really DID leave the milk out, contributing to her mom's now legendary rebuke: "I've raised a bunch of slobs!" Maisey is brought right back to being the only girl wearing the life-size fork costume Beth mistakenly dressed her in for a school play. And Sadie and Maisey both reveal what they learned from mistakes their moms made. There's no shame in feeling guilty. Gwenna and Tori kick off this episode by reading listener emails about gentle parenting, pet peeves, and book recommendations. This week, they delve into the topic of how "mom guilt" and "mom shame" are often used interchangeably, even though they shouldn't be. In classic fashion, they read their definitions and share their own stories, discussing how they personally handle mom guilt. Finally, they compare their Mom Fails to see who failed the worst (or the best) as a parent. Got an idea for the show? What does it mean to be a mom? I had this idea that you have a baby, they grow up, they do what you say and follow along with your instructions. This is the kind of kid I was. However, this has not been my experience of being a mom, especially with my son. Discover some important lessons I've learned from my son. I'm sharing some of the mom fails that gave me valuable insights into the way we use food in an attempt to regulate our emotions, the difference between pain and suffering, why trying to change everything outside of us never works, and what we can try instead to help us feel better.
