More prominently, Jay Karas is known for having worked on stand up comedy specials in with Bill Burr, Ali Wong, Demetri Martin and Tom Segura, to name a few. He's also worked on Parks and Recreation, Workaholics and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. So at first thought, doesn't instantly scream "kids movie!"
